Rosepaw slowly followed behind Fallensnow and the others, her tail dragging in the dirt behind her.

When they reached the camp cats surrounded them. "Is she okay?"

"What happened?!"

"Let them through!"

They stepped back and the three went forwards to Berrysplash's den.

Rosepaw sighed and followed them, getting ready to get yelled at.

Darkstorm and Jayflight gently laid Fallensnow down in the closest nest.

Suddenly, Berrysplash came in and gasped. "What happened?!"

Darkstorm and Jayflight shrugged and looked at Rosepaw, who laughed nervously.

"Well, you see..." She started, but was caught off as Risingstar padded in.

She gulped, but continued her story.
"Fallensnow was showing me the territory.. and I scented something... and crossed the border.. a-"

"You did what?! Jayflight hissed.

"Let her continue" Risingstar said emotionlessly.

Jayflight only snorted in response but stayed quiet.

"Anddd these cats came over and tried to take me hostage, but Fallensnow attacked them." Rosepaw finished.

Risingstar nodded slowly while Jayflight rolled his eyes. Darkstorm stayed silent.

"Rosepaw, I'd like to see you in my den." Risingstar meowed, and padded out.

Rosepaw silently followed and pushed through the thick brambles.

When she entered, Risingstar was laying in her nest. "What exactly was the scent you picked up?" She asked.

"S-Scarletkit..." Rosepaw stuttered.

Risingstar sighed and stood up. "Alright, why don't you go get some rest. It's been a long day."

Rosepaw nodded and left the den, heading towards the apprentice den.
