Tommy's POV -

I was still holding down Uni and he was some what getting free from my grasp, but not really because I shred.

"TOMMY LET GO OF ME, NOW!!!" he yelled

"Sorry Uni but I can't have you killing my buddy boy" I said sarcastically

"Uni just calm down" Ashlie said teleporting in front of us

"Why should I" he growled

"Because I don't feel like telling Nick that we were spotted by more humans" Ashlie said

"What's the point you're dead meat once I get out of here" he snapped smiling and looking back at me

"Ya... good luck with that" I snickered

"Uni just listen to us, please" Ashlie pleaded

He looked at her of a moment

He sighed in defeat, "fine" he said

"I'm not letting go I hope you know that" I said

"I figured, so what's the reason of your betrayal"

Cory's POV -

I was starting to gain consciousness but I was really tired, I didn't want to open my eyes. I stirred uncomfortably before finally forcing my eyes open and remembering what happened. I squinted and looked around the area. I was in a clearing where it was completely shaded. I looked at my foot and saw that it had bandages on it, I tried to stand but my hands were tied to something. I looked at my hands to see rope around my each of my wrists and nailed to the ground. But it was more like they were staked to the ground by sticks carved into what seemed to be knives.

"Well, well, well" a voice said

I snapped my head up and looked around for the source of the sound but stopped and groaned. I had this pounding headache that I hadn't noticed before, it got worse as I shook my head.

"Who are you" I said looking around, slowly panning my head around the area

"SHOW YOURSELF!" I yelled but not as loud as I usual, my throat hurt and I could tell there was a slight rasp

"Oh look who's getting confident" the voice said. I recognized the voice, it was the same one from before.

I heard some sort of bell ring, I looked in the direction of the ring and saw someone start to come into view. There was this dark mist around him and parts of him I couldn't see, but they started to slowly come into view.

"I'm glad your awake... I was beginning to think I hit you too hard" he smiled holding a strange weapon in his hands, I got scared at the sight of a skull on the end of it along with a spine that extended from the the handle

"Who are you" I asked

"Know I have a feeling that you already know" he said walking closer to me and kneeling down to my level

I stayed silent and looked at him in terror as he smiled with insanity in his eyes, "Your Nick aren't you" I asked

He put his weapon against my throat and tilted my head up to face him, "Bingo" he said

He stood up while still looking at me but turned around and seemed to be admiring his weapon"I wonder what else my sister told you about us" I heard him say to himself

"A lot about you actually" I said stern

He turned and looked at me, I stared into his blood red eyes that seemed to burn into my soul. His smile grew wider but with complete insanity.

Suddenly in the blink of an eye he was right up in my face with his weapon right by my head, his hand around my throat. His grip was tighter then Uni's and that made me unable breath, I closed my eyes and I felt tears run down my cheeks.

He suddenly let go of my throat and smacked me with his weapon, I went into a coughing fit leaning forward as fresh tears ran down my face. Once my coughing started to die down I spit out some blood and slowed my breathing, I started to shake.

"You're lucky" Nick said

I looked up at him, "I don't think I want to know what your definition of 'lucky' is" I said

He laughed, "What I mean is, Your lucky that I like to play with my victims before I SLAUGHTER THEM!" he yelled while punching me in the gut

He knocked the wind right out of me, I gasped and started to breath heavily. Why are these guys so strong, does that happen when they die. I kept my head down as he started to chuckle under his breath

"You know what" I said glancing up at him but keeping my head down. "Just do it, after all you don't have anything to prove here"

"Oh" he responded

"Ya" I looked up at him, "after all how do you think Ashlie will react when she finds out you killed me"

I saw his eyes widen but they quickly turned angry and hateful, "I mean what could she do" I smiled

"Shut up"

"I mean she could leave and never come back" I said

"Shut up"

"Why would she want to hang out with a murderer like YOU" I said

"SHUT UP!!!" he yelled grabbing my throat and hitting me with his weapon again

"YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ASHLIE AND YOU NEVER WILL!!!" he yelled in my face

"Ya, right" I smirked

He looked at me with fury in his eyes but then he smiled, his eye twitched as he let go of my throat and laughed

"I see what your doing, but it won't work because you're just a stupid human" he said with a wicked grin on his face

"Aren't you forgetting the fact that YOU'RE a human" I said

"That was years ago" he said rolling his eyes

"But you WERE HUMAN before this" I retorted

"Oh please" he said putting his weapon against my neck again

"Do you really think you're talking to Nick right now" he said leaning closer to my face

I looked at him in confusion while he let out an evil chuckle, "Ya, BUD! You're not talking to Nick... You're talking to THE WRAITH!" he said standing up straight

He slashed me across the face again with his weapon leaving a deep cut letting blood leak free. All of this tossing and turning made my wrists hurt, I looked at them and saw blood start to drip onto the ground from my wrists.

"Oh does that hurt" he said tilting my head up to look at him with his hand

"Then I'll make this quick" he said raising his weapon, "good night"

I closed my eyes and looked down waiting for him to just do it.

I heard a blood curtailing scream and the sound of metal hitting each other.

I looked up slightly and saw Ashlie in front of me with her arms somewhat spread out while Nick was a fair distance away, like he was pushed back. She looked back at me and I saw tears in her eyes, she looked back at Nick who was still smiling.

"Nick you need to back off" Ashlie said with her voice shaking

"You just don't get it do you" Nick said

I saw Tommy walk out from some bushes and stand beside Ashlie, along with Uni, he looked at me with an 'I'm sorry' face.

I heard Nick laugh as he made a bell appear and he disappeared as he rang it. I saw Ashlie step back to get closer to me, I think she was trying to protect me. I saw Tommy revving up a chainsaw and Uni had a cleaver in his hand, it still had my blood on it.

It was really quiet, you could hear a pin drop in the grass. We all listened for some indication of where Nick was but my ears started to ring with how quiet it was.

But things started to go down when Tommy fell to the ground holding his leg. I saw his mouth open like he was screaming but I couldn't hear anything aside from a slight ringing. I felt my arms start to go limp, I looked behind myself at the tree I was leaning against and saw blood, my blood. I looked down and closed my eyes but opened them again, I need to stay conscious.

Ashlie's POV -

I thought we would be able to convince Nick not to kill Cory but this didn't work as I thought it would.

I looked back at Cory while Uni helped Tommy get back up. He didn't look good, he was pale and his blood was splattered across the ground and tree. He was leaning his head against the tree looking up at the sky.

"Do you want to prove yourself and truly apologize to us" I whispered Uni while still keeping guard

"Ya" Uni responded

"Then get Cory out of here" I said

Uni nodded and started to cut the ropes around his wrist. I felt myself turn empty when I saw the blood that had built up on Cory's wrists.

"Be careful" I said as he cut the final rope

"I'll try" he said

"Oh I wouldn't do that if I were you" Nick said

We all looked around to see if we could see if we could find out where he was

"Nick I know you don't want to do this, fight it, you have before so DO IT AGAIN!" I yelled shutting my eyes as more tears ran down my face

"Why would I want to though" he whispered in my ear

I quickly swung my weapon in the direction of his voice but all that was there was Tommy, "Hey do I look invisible to you" Tommy scolded

"Sorry" I apologized

"Nick let's talk about this" Uni said standing up

"There is nothing to talk about" Nick said ringing the bell and appearing in front of Uni

Uni jumped back, "The point is that you along with Tommy and Ashlie are traitors" Nick said

Before we had any time to respond Nick hit Uni with his weapon, causing him to fall to the ground. I looked back at Cory to see him asleep, he must have passed out from the blood lost. To be honest I am surprised that it took him this long, "Nick please stop" I cried looking looking back at him

"Why should I" he responded smiling

"Because I know you don't really want to do this" I said walking closer

His eyes widened and his smile dropped, "I know you Nick... your not a bad person, you never were" I said with more tears coming down my cheeks. "Please don't be like the Wraith" I pleaded

He stared at me with worry in his eyes, he looked at Cory and I saw him start to cry. He looked at me one more time before ringing his bell and turning invisible.

I looked around but it was no use, I knelt down by Cory and put my hand on his forehead. I looked at Tommy who was helping Uni stand, "we need to get him to a hospital" I said

"How, we can't go in sunlight" Tommy responded

"We can do it at night"

"We can't be seen either" Uni stated, leaning on Tommy for support

"Then we can... we can" I wasn't able to finish. I looked at Cory and felt myself start to cry again, "I don't know what to do, I was stupid for thinking this could work out" I said closing my eyes and tilting my head down

"Ashlie things with change, we can make this work" Tommy calmly said

"No Tommy we can't, this was a bad idea" I protested hugging myself

"But it already did" Uni said

I looked up at him, "I mean you convinced Tommy and I that we could be friends" Uni said walking over and kneeling beside me

"But, Nick he almost killed Cory" I said with a shaky voice

"But he didn't, because you care about both of them"

I looked at Cory then back at Uni, I smiled. "Thanks" I said

"No problem, now let's get him some help" Uni said standing up and offering his hand

I took it and Tommy lifted Cory carried him bridal style, "let's go" Tommy said

"I think I know a spot" I said

Time Skip -

We saw the fence and I gestured Uni to follow Tommy and I, he nodded. We were at the part that Tommy had knocked down, we entered and went to the alleyway that was close to the door.

"Here" I whispered

Tommy nodded and set Cory down carefully so he was leaning against the wall, "now what" Uni asked

I looked to the entrance of the alleyway that lead to the street, I saw two people walking by. I picked up a rock and threw it at them, hitting one of there legs, "go" I said to Tommy and Uni

We left threw the fence but I stayed back and watched the two strangers look around the alleyway. They saw Cory and they looked like they started to freak out, I couldn't hear what they were saying. One of them took out there phone and dialed something. I looked back at the guys who were waiting for me. I walked over to them, "You ok" Uni asked

"It's not me you should be worried about" I said looked back at the fence, I felt someone's hand on my shoulder, "I'm sure he'll be fine" Tommy said

"Let's hope so"

(I had a lot of fun writing this chapter and I hope you guy's like it^^ I had a small writer's block on this chapter but not as bad as some of the other ones X3)
