One Month later - (What is with me and all of these big time skips, first 'Element's of Peace and Chaos' now this story XD lol)

Ashlie's POV -

Everyone seemed to be asleep so I took this as a sign that it is safe to leave.

I got up and floated in the direction of where Cory and I usually meet. I looked on the ground to see Uni laying flat on his back with his hands on his stomach. I rolled my eyes smiling and floated around him making sure not to wake him.

Time Skip -

I sat down on a log waiting for Cory to get here. I am usually the first to get here because I like to come here early. I still can't get over the fact that I have a real friend that isn't Uni, Nick, or Tommy. Nick and I are family so were have been friends since birth well since I was born at least. It may seem that I don't like him but he's my brother of course I care about him but he can just be over protective and emotional sometimes.

"Hey"

I looked up to see Cory walking up to me, "oh, hey Cory" I said nervously

"What's up" he asked again

"It's nothing" I said looking at the ground

He sat down beside me at looked at me

"You know this reminds me of the time when I first realized that I was dead. Except, there were more tears involved" I said

"You never told me that one"

"Well it isn't a very... 'Happy' story" I responded

"I can handle it" he said confidently

I sighed and looked at the ground

Flash Back -

I woke up leaning on a wall with a path of blood leading towards me. I pressed my back against the wall trying to get away from it as if I was dreaming. But as I move away the blood started to fade into this black liquid. I looked at my shoulder to see if there was some sort of... hole? in it but saw nothing. There was a blood stand and the same black substance on my torn sweater, I saw a pool of blood close by and I looked in it to see my reflection. I was in complete shock at the sight. My eyes were blood red and I had dirt and dried blood on my face, my hair was also all tangled. I was looked around the room and saw a generator in the center of the room. I got up and walked over to the generator, but I didn't walk up I floated. I leaned on the generator for support with my eyes wide.

"What the heck" I thought to myself as I stood on the ground

I suddenly I heard something behind me, I looked back and saw a staircase leading down. I made sure I walked down this time and went down the stairs. I saw two people at the bottom talking to each other and I heard someone... crying?

I slowly walked down the creaky stairs and they seemed to notice me. They looked at me and I backed away, it was Tommy and Uni. I ran down the stairs and threw myself into their arms. I hugged them both as tight as I could but also being careful not to strangle them while they hugged back.

"Hey worm" Tommy said releasing me

"Can't believe I would be so happy to hear those words come out of your mouth" I said looking at both of them

I silently stared at them for a while before saying, "So am I dead" I asked looking at myself again

"Ya welcome to the dead kids club, so glad Nick could give you an invite." Tommy said sarcastically

Uni punched his arm and gave him an evil look.

"Where, is Nick?" I asked hesitantly

They looked at each other as I just realized that there was still sobbing in the background. I looked around and saw something curled up against the wall. I quickly realized that it was Nick!

I ran over and knelt beside him, he seemed to be in pain. The position he was in gave it away. He was hugging his knees with one arm and was grasping his hair with the other, his face was buried in his knees. I saw his back rise and fall as his breathing hitched at an add normal pace, I also notice that he was holding something in his hand that was holding his knees.

"N-Nick" I said hesitantly

He looked up at me with his red eyes, his mask was off so I could see his face. His eyes were red from being dead and from crying.

"Ash I... I am so... I-I didn't want to do it." he said while putting his head down again

"Hey, hey, it's ok" I said while putting my hand on his shoulder

"No it's NOT!!!" he yelled while he shook my hand off

"Nick" I said as he stood up

"I just, I didn't want to hurt you but... I couldn't stop myself, I couldn't stop..." he said as he put his arm up to hide his face

"Stop what..." I asked hesitantly

"I couldn't stop, smiling. I was... happy, I was exited to kill you. Ashlie I am so sorry." he responded threw newly formed tears

"Hey, shh. It's ok Nick." I said pulling him into a hug

"But..."

"Hey, look at me"

He hesitated but looked up at me with his damp eyes

"Remember what I said before I died. I said 'I forgive you' remember" I said in a gentle tone

He stayed silent but he broke down and pulled me in another hug sobbing into my sweater.

"You are so emotional sometimes" I whispered

"I'm so sorry Ash" he whispered through uneven breaths

"I know you are Nick"

Suddenly I fet more arms wrap around us. I looked up and saw it was Tommy and Uni, we were all in a big group hug.

"You're going to be fine bud" I heard Tommy say

"Ya you have us, so quiet the water works" Uni said after

I couldn't help but smile and I saw a simile creep onto Nick's features as well

"Thanks guys" he said wiping his tears

"I love you Nick"

"Same sis" he responded

Back to the present -

"Dang" Cory said with sincerity

"I never saw him like that before" I said looking at the ground

He put his hand on my shoulder. I looked at him and he smiled, I couldn't help but smile back. I looked at the darkness of the trees. It is really easy to hide in the forest, to easy in fact.

"What are you thinking about" I heard Cory say

"Nothing, I just wish I didn't have to hide" I responded

"What do you mean by hide"

"Well from cops, scientists, people in general actually and let's see. Oh ya the stupid sun" I complained

"Well is there a way that you can go into the sun without getting burned" he asked

"Not that I know of" I responded

"Well maybe you will find a way" he said encouragement

"That would be cool. I kind of want to look at the town again" I said looking in the direction of the town

"Again" he asked

"Well ya, Nick and I lived there before we were killed"

"Oh I never asked you, how did you go missing I mean were you kidnapped or..."

"Oh well you see... uuu, I CAN'T REMEMBER ACTUALLY" I said in shook

"Really, well what is the last thing you remember"

"Umm, I remember walking on the sidewalk and... "

"And?"

"Waking up in the entity"

"You just blacked out and woke up in the entity" he asked

"I guess" I responded

We stayed silent as we both thought about it

"So looks like I have something to do tonight" Cory said

"What do you mean"

"Well I can help you find out what happened to you guys if you want"

"Really how?" I asked with a mix of excitement and confusion

"Well if you can give me enough information I can look in the town archives and see when and where you went missing"

"Well all I can really remember is it was around some sort of music store"

"Around, by, or in" he asked

"I think I was just close to it" I responded

"Do you think you can get some info from the others" he asked

"Well I can try but what if they start to get suspicious" I said a little worried

"Umm, just say you're trying to remember what happened" he said

"I think I should be going now I got to eat and I haven't had breakfast" he said scratching the back of his neck

"Oh right you guys need to eat"

"Don't you guys eat" he asked

"No not really" I responded

"Oh umm"

"It's fine you go eat I will see what we can remember" I said getting up

"Well see you tomorrow"

"Ya I will see what I can find in the library k"

"Alright" I said

And with that we went our separate ways

Cory's POV -

I walked down the path. It was only mid day but I could feel a slight chill, like I was being watched. I looked behind me but no one was there. I started to walk a bit faster it might just be my paranoia but I have a very bad feeling about this.

"Maybe Ashlie is just trying to scare me" thought to myself

Suddenly I heard a twig snap and I froze, ok not Ashlie she would not step on a twig just to try and scare me. I stopped and looked back but again saw nothing, I started to slowly back up when I bumped into something. I looked back and saw someone standing in front of me, his clothes were all torn and he looked like he had a yellow silly face mask. He also had blood on his cloths and face that seemed covered his evil smile.

"This is going to be fun" he said as he pulled out a chainsaw

I backed up and started running.

I stayed on the path so I wouldn't get lost but I am guessing that it will be a mistake. I heard the chainsaw behind me and it was pretty far away but it started to get closer very quickly, then I realized. I moved out of the way just in time to the guy running past me with lightning speed, I turned back into the forest as he ran into a tree. But before I could he grabbed my arm and pulled me to the ground.

"I don't need my chainsaw to kill you" he said holding a sledge hammer

He held it in both hands in a ready position to move it up and deliver the finale blow. But he looked at my leg and back to my face with an evil grin on his face. He then stepped on my leg.

I grunted in pain, "Oh sorry bud, didn't mean to hurt you. Does this help" he said as he put even more weight on my leg.

This time I screamed in pain while I tried to kick him in the stomach with my other leg but he had no reaction

"Oh this is how we are going to play huh" he said removing his foot

As he did he moved the hammer above his head in a ready position. I closed my eyes and waited for my life to end but then I heard something fall to the ground.

"DON'T. YOU. DARE." I heard a familiar voice say

I opened my eyes to see Ashlie floating in front of me with her medical saw in hand over the fallen man.

I sat up and started to back away, "Ashlie? What are you doing" the guys said standing up

"Stay down Tommy" she said holding the saw higher than before

"Or what" he said with his hammer in hand

"Now how about you move out of the way so I can take care of him" he said stepping around her

But she just got in front of him again, "You want to get to Cory you're gonna have to go through ME" she said forcefully

He looked at her confused for a moment but then his eyes widened as if with realization. He then backed away and started laughing.

"Wait. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Did you really?" he said looking from Ashlie to me

"No way Ashie you really made a HUMAN friend?" he said dramatically

"Yes I did and you are not going to hurt him" she responded folding her arms

"Oh my god you actually did it" he laughed doubling over

I stayed silent and stared at both of them

"Wait until Nick and Uni get a load of this" he said

"WHAT!!! Tommy you can't tell them" Ashlie said floating closer to him

Even though Ashlie was floating the boy who I am now guessing is 'Tommy' was still taller than her

"You know I have to" Tommy responded

"Tommy you know what they will do to him if they find out" she said

"What, will they do" I asked

"CAN IT DIPWEED THE ADULTS ARE TALKING" Tommy yelled suddenly

"TOMMY!" Ashlie yelled back

"Kidding, basically if they find out you are friends with Ashlie. They will make you very dead" Tommy said

"Oh" I said while Ashlie rubbed her shoulder

"But of course I could just end you right now... Make it quick and harmless instead of slow and painful, because guaranteed that is what they will do to you." Tommy said while getting his chainsaw

"Tommy" I heard Ashlie say

"You know I can't help it Ashlie" Tommy said in a serious tone

"Well control it or I will make you" Ashlie said

"I can't, I don't even know how YOU control it"

"Well I can show you. Lesson number 1, introductions" Ashlie said helping me up and walking me over to Tommy

"Umm, is this a good idea" I said

"What could go wrong" Ashlie said encouragingly

"Well, I could cut him in half" Tommy said with a grin on his face

"Tommy" Ashlie said glaring at him

"Kidding. Ok" Tommy said extending his hand

"You probably know this but names Tommy"

"Cory" I said shaking his hand

His skin was freezing just like Ashlie's but since he was wearing some fingerless gloves I could only feel his fingertips.

"Good now... You're not going to tell Nick and Uni are you"

"Oh my god Ash" Tommy said face palming

"Come on Tommy PLEASE!"

"Ash I have to, do you know what they will do to ME if they find out I knew about this" Tommy said gesturing to himself

"Then if they do find out I will take the blame, Tom please I am BEGGING you please don't tell them." she pleaded

Tommy's arms were folded and his eyes were closed with his head tilting to the ground, he stayed silent.

"*sigh* fine" he finally said

"Eeeeeeeeeee!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!" Ashlie yelled while giving Tommy a hug

"Wow I have never seen you this happy before" Tommy confused tone while hugging back

"Wait so you're not going to kill me" I said nervously

"Na you're good bud" he responded

We all smiled and I left to go back to town while Tommy and Ashlie went to there I guess 'home' but Nick and Uni seem like bad news to me. Ashlie said that they are really nice and I believe her but I don't want to know what happens if I run into them. But I guess I am safe.

For now at least
