Luca pov

We appeared in yet more woods. Nico looked fine, maybe a little tired, but fine. Max had gotten sick, and was currently hunched over a bush.

I looked around. "Um guys" they looked at me. "Wheres Addika?!"

Nico looked around. Cursing under his breath.

I checked through our odd connection.
Addika! ADDIKA!

Nothing. I just felt empty.

I started panicking. Where was Addika?! Is she ok?!

I felt hands grip my shoulders. Apparently I had been shaking.

"Luca! Whats wrong?" It was Max. He was holding me.

"I-its Addika! I-i dont know what happened. B-but shes gone!"

"Guys, we gotta go!" Nico whispered.

"Wh-what?" I stuttered, still worried.

I felt something watching us. I turned slowly. In the shadows was a HellHound.

Not Mrs. O'Leary.

"GO!" Nico pushed Max and I in the other direction. "Get past the pine tree and you'll be safe!" He yelled.

Max took my hand and we ran.

We were about halfway up the hill.

A blonde man came running. He had a bow and quiver. He rushed past us. Towards Nico.

We got to the tree. We looked back to see the blonde helping Nico fight the HellHound.

Nico slashed at the HellHound's chest, causing it to explode into golden dust.

The blonde grabbed Nico and helped him up. Putting Nico's arm around his shoulder, and wrapping his arm around Nico's waist.

He helped Nico past the tree.
"Ok guys can you head up to that big blue house over there-" he used his head to motion towards said building. "- and ask for Chiron. Im going to bring Nico to the infirmary and Ill be there in a few minutes."

Max nodded and took my hand, pulling me towards the big house.

Grrr... im in a bit of a slump but i needed to update something. So yea.
