But before he got hit, this girl run's up to him with Increasing Speed, touches him, And Teleport's herself to the other side of the road. Saving the man on the scooter-bike's life. Then the girl, Teleport-ed herself away.

The girl, apparently Is wearing, a black hoodie and black jeans. AND apparently, the Government and scientists have been trying to catch her for years. They wanna know what and who this girl Is. And how she's doing this.
