It was just another normal night for Stella. She was currently flying around, doing her normal night routine. Which was just collecting star dust from the north star, granting wish magic on the north star, and changing the sky to night once sunset appeared.

It might seem like a lot of work for one person, but she has learned how to get around easily. With the help of Nymphs, who were her workers and they helped collect star dust and shine the stars, and her Pegasus, Starlight, helps her go to places faster. It's true that she can fly, but most of the times it's faster if she rides on Starlight.

She was currently at her home which she named Moonlight Castle. She found the castle long ago. It was abandoned so she made it her home. She cleaned up the place and made it livable again.

When she was first staying at the castle she found her Pegasus, Starlight, who has been living there for what she thinks a long time. She found the Nymphs staying there as well and decided to take them in. She gets along well with each of them and they help her with collecting star dust and making the stars shine.

" Stella!" one of the Nymphs she named Lela, said. None of them had a name when she met them and they didn't seem to mind when she named them.

" Look!" she pointed out to one of the windows and Stella looked out the window.

Her eyes widened as she saw the Northern Lights. " Thank you, Lela."

Se looks back at Lela. " You're in charge while I'm gone, okay?" as Lela nods she walks over to the window and whistles.

A few seconds later Starlight appears outside of the window. Stella smiles and climbs onto Starlight. " Hey, girl. You know where we need to go."

Starlight neighs before flying towards the North Pole.

Minutes later she arrives at the North Pole. " Wait out here, Starlight." she tells the Pegasas as she gets off of her.

Stella flies inside and to the room where the Globe was at and noticed the rest of the Guardians were there.

" So, what's the problem?" she asks as she stands on the ground besides where Tooth was fluttering by.

She looks over as Sandy flies in on an airplane. North smiles. " Sandy, thank you for coming." the airplane disappears as different symbols appear over Sandy's head while he looks at North worriedly.

North nods. " I know, I know. But I obviously wouldn't have called you all here unless it was serious."

" The Boogieman was here! At the Pole!" North tells them.

Stella and Tooth both gasp. " Pitch? Pitch Black? Here?" Tooth asks worriedly and North nods as he gestures to the Globe." Yes. There was black sand covering the Globe."

Bunnymund, or better known as Bunny to them, walked over to him with a paint brush and a egg. " What do you mean, black sand?" he asks, but North continues to speak. " And then a shadow!"

Stella rolls her eyes and crosses her arms, beginning to think that North made this all up.

Bunny looked at him. " Hold on, hold on. I thought you said you saw Pitch." he said as North nervously rubbed the back of his neck. " Well, uh, not exactly."

Bunny glares at him. " ' Not exactly'?" he looks over at Sandy and points at North. " Can you believe this guy?" A question mark appears above Sandy as he shrugs his shoulders.

Bunny nods in agreement and continues painting the egg he had with him. " Yeah. You said it, Sandy."

" Look, he's up to something very bad." North said.

Stella sighs. " Isn't he the one that disappeared for what, years? And is just coming back all of a sudden? Maybe you're just being dramatic about this."

North shakes his head. " Oh, no. I feel it in my belly." he says as he holds onto his stomach.

Bunny looks at him with an annoyed look. " Hang on, hang on. You mean you summoned me here three days before Easter because of your belly?" he asks as he points at North's stomach. " Mate, if I did this to you three days before Christmas.." Bunny starts to say angrily, but North interrupts him as he takes the egg away from him. " Please, Bunny. Easter is not Christmas."

Bunny fakes laughs and glares at North as he walks away from him.
" Here we go." he hops over to where North was. " North, I don't have time for this! I've still got two million eggs to finish up!"

Stella smirks. " Then you better get to hopping." she said as Bunny glares at her. " Stellie, you shut it. I don't go over to your Moon House and tell you how to light the sky."

Stella shakes her head. " Everything you just said is so wrong. It's a Moon Castle and I don't light the sky, I make the stars, constellations and...why am I telling you this? You already know."

Bunny nods. " That is true and I don't care to be told again so please, stop talking."

" No matter how much you paint, egg is still egg." North tells Bunny who rolls his eyes. " Look, mate, I'm dealing with perishables. Right? You got all year to prepare."

As the two idiots were arguing Stella looks over at Sandy noticing he was pointing towards the big window that shown the moon. She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion and looked over at the window seeing a beam of light moving and she knew exactly what that meant.

" Why are rabbits always so nervous?" North asks as he throws the egg back to Bunny who barely catches it. " Uh, guys." Stella speaks up, biting her lower lip nervously.

Bunny points at North. " And why are you always such a blowhard?"

Stella looks over realizing that Tooth has been flying around the room talking with Baby Tooth and North seemed annoyed with it. " Tooth! Can't you see we're trying to argue?"

" Sorry. Not all of us get to work one night a year. Am I right, Sandy?" Tooth said as she looked at Sandy who had a arrow above his head pointing it towards the window.cTooth gasps as she looks at the three baby minifaires that were with her. " San Deigo, sector 2." she tells them and two of them fly off.

Stella looks over at Sandy who looks at her with a look that read help and she chuckled. " Don't worry, Sandy. I got an idea."

" Come on, mate. Pitch went out with the Dark Ages. We made sure of it." Bunny said, trying to convince North to let him leave. " I know it was him. We have serious situation. " North turns to face Bunny.

Bunny looks at him with an annoyed expression. " Well, I've got a serious situation with some eggs."

Stella rolls her eyes and whistles loudly to get their attention. Tooth's talking and the arguing stopped as Stella asked, " Would y'all shut up and look at Manny?"

North looked over at the moon, noticing the beam of light and laughs excitedly. " Ah! Man in Moon!"

"Sandy, why didn't you say something?" he looks back at Sandy who angrily blows sand out of his ears. Stella sent him a sympathetic smile his way. " At least you tried, Sandy." she said and patted his shoulder.

North looked back at the moon. " It's been a long time, old friend. What is big news?"

Stella watches as the beam of light shines on the circle and a shadow of Pitch forms. Her eyes widened as she looks over at North. " You were right." she mumbles under her breath as if she didn't want to admit it out loud he was right.

Bunny looks over at North. " It is Pitch." he says as North pats his stomach while looking at Bunny with an ' I told you so ' look.

North looks back at the moon.
" Manny, what must we do?"

The circle in the middle opens up and a crystal rises up. " Uh, guys, you know what this means?" Tooth asks excitedly.

Stella grins. " Yes! A new Guardian, finally!" she said excitedly, earning some looks from her friends. She just looked at them and shrugged. " What? I'm excited!"

" He's choosing a new Guardian." North said with a smile and, of course, Bunny didn't seem happy about this.

" What? Why?"

" Must be big deal. Manny thinks we need help." North said as Bunny laughs. " Since when do we need help?"

Stella tilts her head to the side. " I wonder who Manny is going to choose. Must be someone important if Manny thinks we need help."

Tooth flutters around excitedly. " I wonder who it's going to be!"

Stella looks over at Sandy seeing a four leaf clover appear above his head. She tilts her head to the side.
" You think it's going to be the Leprechaun? That would be interesting."

Stella chuckles as she noticed that Bunny was saying to himself, " Please not the Groundhog, please not the Groundhog."

Stella looks at the crystal with surprise as a boy with a weird shape stick appears.

" Jack Frost." North said with a shrug of his shoulders.

 " Uh, I take it back. The Groundhog's fine." Bunny said with wide eyes.

Stella rolled her eyes as the baby minifairies look at Jack Frost dreamily and she chuckled seeing that Tooth was looking at him dreamily too.

" Tooth." she called out and Tooh quickly snapped out of it. Tooth chuckled awkwarldy.. " As long as he helps to, uh, protect the children. Right?"

Bunny sighs. " Jack Frost? He doesn't care about children! All right? All he does is freeze water pipes and mess with my egg hunts! All right?"

Stella frowns. " Oh, come on. He isn't that bad. Just give him a chance."

Bunny shakes his head. " Nuh-uh. He's an irresponsible, selfish..."

North interrupts his complaining.
" Guardian."

Bunny shakes his head and crosses his arms stubbornly. " Jack Frost is many things, but he is not a Guardian."

Stella looks over at the image of Jack Frost above the crystal and crosses her arms, wondering how this was going to turn out. " Well, he is now."
