You couldn't keep doing this.

You are sitting in class after Shinso was finally convinced that you were fine. The class hadn't started yet, thankfully. You were lost in your thoughts. Your mind drifted to the lie you told Shinso about your quirk.

Wait.

Flashback

On the rooftop.

"I- I'm sorry! My quirk is invisibility and I forget to control it sometimes, sorry for scaring you!"

Flashback Over

OH NO! You had totally forgotten that you had already told Shinso your quirk was something else! He didn't seem to remember this morning, but the more he thinks about it, just like you, it's sure to come to his mind. How are you going to fix this?!

You start to twitch and fidget in your seat, and Tokoyami, who happens to sit in front of you, turns around.

"Are you alright (Y/N)? I sense you are troubled." He says, calm as ever.

"I- well, ya. I'm just nervous about something." You half admit. It's not a lie, not really. But if Shinso found out about your lies, you would have a big, big, problem.

Class passes slower than normal, and you feel like each passing minute is like torture. You didn't pay attention to the teacher at all, but instead were thinking up something to tell Shinso when you two walked home together later. You racked your brain to find an excuse. You planned to ask him if he even remembered the rooftop incident. You had planned to act as if it never happened until you realized that he had dropped his that night and you still had it, so there was no denying it happened. You could tell him that you lied because you were self-conscious about your quirk, but it wouldn't explain you sneaking up on him while you had frozen time. But you didn't have a lot of options at the moment.

The bell rung, and you picked up your bag quickly and rushed out the door before anyone else could even get up out of their seat. You were sure you got some strange looks from your classmates, but that didn't matter right now. It was the least of your problems.

Shinso.

Where was he????

You ran around the halls looking for him. People probably really thought you were crazy now.

Oh why did this have to happen to you?!
