Jedi: Endgame

Estren1000000

As I've said before, my tags do not work lmao but this was who the request was from :)

Also ik I had kenobi as dr strange in the last marvel one, but now he's cap and rhodey kinda so just roll with it

Obi-Wan's breath caught in his chest as he looked at the burning debris around him. He choked on the blood in his throat as he was overcome by the reality of the dire situation.

This was the end.

But he sure as hell wasn't going down without a fight.

He tightened his grip on his flickering lightsaber, switching his footing to position himself to fight.

He thought that his ears must be failing him.

He could almost swear that the voice he was hearing was that of a clone.

"General? This is Commander Cody," the voice said. Obi-Wan gasped. Cody had disappeared when Sidious snapped...

"Come in General," he repeated, just as a blinding light surged from behind him out of thin air.

"Well..." Obi-Wan began as he saw his old friend. "Hello there."

And before he knew what was happening, everyone was coming back- everyone who had been gone.

The rest of the 212th followed behind Cody, marching in time with one another, their blasters hoisted up to their chests.

Another circle of light exploded above the Jedi, followed by tens- no hundreds -more.

Yoda narrowed his eyes in determination as he stepped out of one of the portals, a small band of Wookiee's following behind him.

A Mandalorian flew in, who Obi-Wan recognized to be Jango Fett, a man who he had nearly killed. He flipped his blaster in one hand and caught it, head moving from side to side as he observed the battleground.

And then, as if from nowhere, Ahsoka Tano herself was charging to the front of the group, her eyes full of hope as she stood on a rock, her lekku blowing slightly in the wind. She detached the lightsabers from her belt, and nodded at her grandmaster with a small smile.

Obi-Wan returned the grin, looking around at everyone who had come to fight with him, tears sparking in his now-hopeful eyes.

"For the Galaxy!" One of the clones shouted.

"For the Galaxy!" they chorused. "Sir, yes, Sir!"

Rex stared straight ahead at the enemy as he strode out of his portal, lifting his blaster up in preparation. The rest of the 501st followed suit behind him.

An army made up entirely of the Togrutas that the Jedi had rescued from Zygerria arrived through another one of the brilliant rings of light.

The rest of the Jedi council arrived through another portal, lightsabers ignited, creating a rainbow of luminescence.

A very excited looking Hondo Ohnaka even showed up with a small band of pirates. One of the Jedi slipped something that looked suspiciously like credits into his hand.

Anakin Skywalker sat up from the spot on the ground where he had been lying unconscious for the past ten minutes. His mouth hung open in awe as none other than Padme Amidala arrived in front of him, one blaster gripped tightly in each hand, a look of pure determination on her face.

"Everyone, this is?" Yoda asked, turning to a fellow Jedi.

"What? You wanted more?" Mace Windu said in reply.

A large ship landed with perfect timing in front of the growing army, allowing the remaining clones who had not been snapped away to hop off and join the fight.

The air was suddenly full of the shouts and cries of various soldiers, the clicking of guns being set to kill, and the whoosh of lightsabers being ignited.

Ahsoka flipped her lightsabers into reverse grip, and across the field, Anakin Skywalker raised his own, ready to avenge the death of the sister that he did not know had returned.

"SOLDIERS!" Obi-Wan heard his voice shouting above the crowd. He focused his energy on his broken lightsaber, and when he turned it on, it was steady. "FORWARD!" he cried.

"SIR, YES, SIR!!!" came the screams of almost every warrior.

And the atmosphere was engulfed in chaos once more, though this time, it was a good thing.

Jet packs were humming as people flew above the crowd, lightsabers were slashing through metal, and blasters were knocking enemies down right and left.

Anakin and Padme found themselves back to back, Padme shooting down countless droids, while Anakin sliced them in half, blocking blaster bolts from hitting the pair.

"Just like old times!" she shouted over the noise.

"I always enjoy these aggressive negotiations with you!" Anakin replied, tossing a smirk at her.

Rex shot down almost everyone he aimed for, his precision with the blaster nearly perfect.

Anakin found himself separated from his wife, cutting away at enemy droids and aliens. As he shot down a small battle droid, he heard something behind him, and found himself face to foot with an enormous monster of a droideka- much larger than the normal ones. He felt himself knocked onto his back from a metallic fist. He lifted his lightsaber, knowing that he wouldn't be able to stop it from hitting him again in time, when it was slowly pulled back on its own.

"What the...?" he muttered to himself as the droid was deactivated.

"Hey! Whoa..." breathed a familiar voice, as footsteps ran toward him. He felt one hand wrapped around his forearm tightly, and the other on his armor clad tricep. His eyes widened when he saw who was standing in front of him- a face he was terrified that he would never see again.

"Holy cow," she said breathlessly. "You will not believe what's going on. Do you remember when we were on that crazy planet, and I got all dusty?"

His mouth hung open slightly as he stared down at her lovingly. He wasn't dreaming- she was really here.

"Well, I must've passed out, 'cause I woke up and you were gone... but Master Yoda was there, right? And he was like 'Five years, it has been. Need us, they do'," she continued, trying her best to imitate the Jedi Master as Anakin's eyes glassed over with relieved tears. He tilted his head, looking straight into her eyes that matched his so perfectly.

"And then he started doing that yellow sparkly thing that he just did a few seconds ago..." she trailed off as he took a few steps closer to her.

"C'mere, Snips," he whispered, closing the distance between the two of them.

"What are you doing?" Ahsoka asked, leaning her head against his shoulder. She was confused, yet she accepted the embrace gratefully. Anakin's hand reached under her lekku, and to the spot where her neck met her back, pulling her closer to him.

"Oh," Ahsoka breathed, patting him on the back once. For a few moments, all that she could hear was the sound of Anakin's heavy breaths, tickling the side of her face. He closed his eyes, swallowing to keep the tears down. "Oh, this is nice," she said, squeezing his shoulder.

Yards away, the soldiers were desperately trying to keep the gauntlet away from Sidious, passing it amongst themselves.

Plo Koon shot his Electric Judgement at the Sith Lord, stopping him in his tracks for a few moments.

"Rain fire!" Sidious hissed.

"My Lord! Our troops!" one of his cronies yelled. Sidious struggled against Plo's lightning, shaking as he shouted back.

"Just DO IT!"

Huge blasts shot down from the sky. Plo was knocked out within seconds, allowing Sidious to regain control of his body, and continue his fight for the gauntlet.

Ahsoka held tightly to the metal glove, her knuckles growing whiter by the second. With her other hand, she was swinging madly at battle droids as they closed in on her.

She cried out in terror as they huddled around her, knowing that there was no way out of this. A figure running by grabbed her hand, pulling her out of the mess.

"I've got ya, kid!" Padme called, pulling Ahsoka along with her as they ran through the field. They ran together for a few moments, before she lost her grip on the Senator's hand, collapsing in a heap of debris.

As Sidious's guns raised to the sky, a swarm of Mandalorian's swept down to the battleground, jet packs hissing as they flew amongst the soldiers. One of them landed beside Ahsoka. She pulled off her helmet to reveal a head of short red hair, and a cocky smile.

"Hey... I'm Ahsoka Tano," Ahsoka said quietly, clutching the gauntlet to her chest.

"Hey, Ahsoka Tano... got something for me?" Bo-Katan asked.

"I don't know how you're gonna get it through all that," Ahsoka commented, handing the glove to the Mandalorian and gesturing to the chaos surrounding them.

"Don't worry... she's got help," came the voice of another Mandalorian. A whole group of them landed around her. Bo-Katan pulled her helmet back on, holding the gauntlet to her side as they took off.

Sidious yelped in fear as the Jedi attacked, defending himself frantically with his lightsaber. One by one, he knocked them out with his Sith lightning, laughing obnoxiously to himself as they fell to the ground.

Suddenly, arms were around his neck, as he found himself under a pile of Mandalorians. They punched and kicked, not holding back in the slightest.

He struggled to grab his lightsaber, attempting to beat them in hand to hand combat. He knocked them to the ground, one by one, until Bo-Katan was the only one left. He wrestled her for the gauntlet.

His lightsaber proved to be useless against her armor, so he turned it off. He zapped her into unconsciousness with his Sith lightning, pulling the gauntlet onto his hand, cackling mercilessly.

Anakin sat up, the noise around him suddenly stopping as he realized what was happening. He was not about to lose everyone again- no. He turned his head, eyes making contact Master Yoda's.

He lifted his hand, holding up one, little, green finger.

This was it. There was only one way to win.

Anakin knew what he had to do.

He charged at the Sith Lord, tugging at his arm with all his might. They made eye contact, glaring at one another.

"You could be so much more powerful with me, Sky...walker," Sidious growled slowly, yanking his hand away from Anakin.

But Anakin would not give up. He felt the Force flow through him as the stones attached to his own glove, unbeknownst to Sidious.

"I will never join you," he grunted. Sidious narrowed his eyes, and tossed the man away from him.

"I am inevitable..." he snarled, looking Anakin dead in the eye as he snapped his fingers.

But it did not work.

Sidious gasped as he realized what had happened. The stones were gone.

He had lost.

"And I..." Anakin began, the power of the infinity stones overloading his body, "am..." it felt as if every single one of his cells was being lit on fire- his body merely a temporary vessel that would soon be discarded, "the..." he glared into the Sith's yellow eyes, "Chosen One."

He snapped his fingers.

And Sidious's world went dark.

The next thing Anakin knew, he was propped up against something cold, but he didn't mind. Black spots filled his fuzzy vision as he blinked up at the people around him, fading in and out of consciousness.

He breathed heavily as Obi-Wan knelt down in front of him. His hand cupped the side of the younger man's face as he stared at him with sad eyes. A proud, melancholic smile overtook his face as he stepped away, tears streaming down his face for his fallen brother.

See you in another lifetime, Anakin thought to himself.

Ahsoka ran to his side, her eyes already puffy and red-rung with tears as she took in his current state.

"Skyguy?" she sniffed desperately, collapsing in front of him. "Hey, Anakin, can you hear me?" She fumbled around for his hand,  taking it in her own shaking orange one. "I-it's Ahso- Snips," she continued, hyperventilating. "Your Snips," she whispered, tears dropping onto their hands.

Don't cry... it'll be alright, he wanted to tell her, but his mouth would not move.

"Hey," she breathed, squeezing his fingers slightly. "We won... Anakin." She tried to steady herself, but her heart betrayed her, longing for Anakin to sit himself up, wrap her in his arms as he had done moments before, and tell her it would all be okay.

"We w-won, Anakin," she repeated, staring desperately into his glassy eyes. "We won. You did it, Skyguy, you did it," she sobbed. She lifted his hand to her trembling face, allowing herself to feel the comforting gesture just one last time before her brother slipped away.

I love you, kiddo, he wanted to say to her.

"I'm sorry," she said breathlessly, as gentle hands arrived on her shaking shoulders. "Anakin," she cried as Padme stroked her lekku. Ahsoka closed her eyes, kissing her best friend's hand softly, before lowering it to his side, and standing up. She rubbed at her eyes, desperately trying to make the tears stop.

I love you, Snips, he repeated in his head. So much love.

Padme knelt in front of him- her Ani.

"Hey," she said, gulping down the lump in her throat as she placed her hand over his heart. It took all the strength inside of him to lift his hand up to cover hers.

"An...gel," he struggled to say.

"Threepio?" she whispered to the droid beside her. For once in her life, she knew that she could find his calculations useful.

"All injuries fatal," he responded quietly.

Padme blinked, nodding her head. Anakin pursed his lips, attempting to give her one more smile before he left.

"Ani," she continued, returning the smile. Her eyes filled with tears, but she was determined to not let him see them. "Look at me."

He obeyed, his head swaying sideways to meet her glance.

I love you, my Angel, his thoughts spoke, desperate to get the words out. But he still couldn't. All that came out was a soft grunt.

Padme lowered their hands to her abdomen, where she was carrying their future child, something she was glad that she had told her husband before the battle had begun.

"We're gonna be okay." She stroked his arm, swallowing her pain once again, and replacing it with another sad smile. "You can rest now."

Her hand traveled up his neck and to his head, gently combing her fingers through his hair.

It was only when his head fell backwards that she let the tears wash down her face. She bowed her head, letting them moisten the earth below them.

Ahsoka and Obi-Wan both gasped as they felt his life drain through their bonds.

But it was going to be okay.

Subconsciously, Obi-Wan slipped his hand into Ahsoka's, rubbing comforting circles around her fist with his thumb. She turned to him, letting her tears soak his chest as he held her.

Padme leaned forward to kiss her husband's paled cheek. She leaned her head into his shoulder, sobbing quietly, just before he faded away into the Force.

Padme climbed up off of her knees, joining Obi-Wan and Ahsoka, as they all mourned the death of the brightest light in their lives.

After almost an hour, they finally left, walking with their heads hung low to board their ship.

Ahsoka's head lifted up as she suddenly remembered something.

"I'll be right back!" she exclaimed, sprinting across the dirt to where her friend had taken his final breaths just a few moments ago.

She knelt down, picking up his lightsaber and cloak. Instinctively, she wrapped the cloak around herself, almost breaking down again when she realized that it still held his warm scent. She stood up, burying herself in the fabric, when she heard a voice.

She turned, gasping at what she saw. She knew she couldn't have imagined it.

The pale blue outline of a Force ghost lingered behind her.

"Anakin?" she asked quietly, trying not to get her hopes up.

"I'll always be with you " he replied softly, disappearing into thin air.

And in her heart, Ahsoka felt something ignite. A warmth that she knew could only have come from Anakin.

And she knew he was right.

THIS IS SO LONG AHHHH! I altered the Endgame dialogue to make it fit better. I hope y'all enjoyed...? I wasn't expecting this to turn out to be so long, but whatever.

Have a great night! Leave ideas if ya want!
