i have inhaled it
and filled my organs with it

but now it is dripping down my chin

i am tired of existing of water

that i don't even own it anymore

it has become the water
that i tried to push down

now instead of blood
there is a river running through my body
i did not think it was possible
to be drowning from within
but all i can feel now
is the water dripping down my chin

i pushed down so much love
that i have become it
and now i am raining

i am raining all of that pent-up love
until my heart is the desert i used to know
until i have washed you out of me
and i can finally experience again
