While we are running, I spot some trash cans nearby. There!

I grab Ray's arm lead us to those, as we hide behind, hold our breath, waiting for him to go pass.

_ Tch! I lose them again.

The foot step goes by, the echo is faded.

Ray seem to be thinking.

_ We should head back. There is no way out ahead. I bet the key is hides in the last room that we haven't checked.

_ By the way, I found this thing. Think you might like it. - I hang over the bird to her.

She looks happy a little. She smile sweetly to the little white creature.
That.....doesn't suit her at all!

_ Let's keep it with us, it's bleeding. _ She hide in in her overcoat then we head back to the building.

We go down to a secret room. A witch hang on the wall, I think that's it. Ray pull it, which lead to a clicking sound somewhere.

Just as we about to turn back, foot steps can be heard on the other side of the door. That's a good sign....to RUN! How exciting~

The jerk breaks down the door. Guess he stronger than I thought. But no time for that. A terrible sound fills the room. Blood dripping from his shoe and there's the bird's corpse. Poor creature...

Ray is so shock than she just stand there, her body shiver from head to toe. I just have enough time to push the man out and block the door.

I grab the corpse, take Ray hand, make her to follow.

She gain back awareness and mumble.

_ We need to make a grave for it at least... It needs a place to rest.... - She tug my sleeve. Now it's her turn to grab me to follow her to a plots of land.

She kneels down, I take the shovel at the corner and dig a hole.

She keeps staring at the bird. Usually it would creep someone out, but not me. This is not the first time, not only her does that though.

_ How could someone does this horrible thing to a poor creature....
Don't worry........I'll fix you.... There...
Just as new.....I'll make you, my bird, "better"....

She carefully put the sewed little white creature into the hole, then look at it one more time before turn her attention to me. She nod.

We follow each other to the end of the road. There....the elevator!

And we made it.
