**************************************

30 minutes already passed as the little Sun was taking into a room of the emergency room after hitting his head in the kitchen in Arthit's presence. Meanwhile Arthit was sitting on the chair in the waiting room, his eyes specially fixed on a certain person. The special man was his former fiance. Kongpob was crouching down in front of him, holding his hand, gazing deep in the latter's round eyes that were filled with despair. The taller man tried to calm down the shorter man by telling him the accidents that happened to Sun while being in the nanny's, his parents and his care. Once the little boy struggled too much and fell out of his arms as he was holding him and trying to take something in the closet. The funny but sad stories showed that everything begin with little by little, every fail and success would be a lesson for him that could help him grow and be experienced later. Somehow to listen to the experiences everyone went thtough, helped the older man to calm down a little bit since he finally ceased with the crying. Together they were waiting for the doctor to tell them that Sun was safe.

„Why does it take so long?", Arthit asked, feeling desperate for waiting for so long.

Whenever a doctor approached them, they would stand up, asking if the 2 years old child was out of danger. But when the doctors they spoke to, declined that they weren't the one treating Sun, Arthit would make a sad expression, his worry rising again.

Arthit took his eyes from the younger man to keep them on the door of the treatment room Sun was. „Shouldn't they let us to him while treating his wound... After all, we're his par...", he wanted to call Kongpob and himself Sun's parents but he cut the words when remembering that he wasn't the boy's real mommy. Yeah, I'm not his mom like he think of me. Dalika's his mother... He clenched his hands on his lap, swallowing hard, the words Dalika being the bright Sun's mother tasted bitter in his mouth just like the bitter taste of a medicine he don't like to take but had to to stay healthy. He really hated the fact that his enemy who seperated him from his fiance and tortured him, gave birth to the sweet boy.

The room he was staring at, got open. A male doctor stepped out, coming closer to them whereupon they immediately stood up. Kongpob waited for the doctor to speak to them first but Arthit was too worried, too nervous too so he asked about Sun before the older man could even come to words.

The older man chuckled at Arthit's sweet reaction, it showed his sincerity and how much he cared for the child. „He's fine... He didn't break anything either but we just sent him in the CAT scanner to conclude any fracture. We'll stitch his wound now but his parents have to be beside him if we have to treat him since he's too young. He's asking for his father as I asked him who he preferred to see...", the man looked at Arthit than at Kongpob, now he stared at both of them. „Uhm who actually is the father?"

Arthit had to swallow hard as soon as he heard that Sun asked for his father instead of him. Ever since the little boy saw him and mistook him as his mommy, he never let go of him anymore. Whenever he saw him, he would run behind him and insist of him coming with them just like he did the first time they met. Because of his persistent nature, he allowed Kongpob to get close to him again. Because of the little boy, he began to let Kongpob in his life, even taking care of his son. Sun even always said that he preferred his mommy over his daddy but now he wanted his father beside him in the difficult time. Only now was Arthit really aware of the fact that he wasn't blood related to the little boy but Kongpob was. Every child would ask for his real parents if he was hurt. Blood's thicker as water after all... But it could be that Sun was angry at him because he let him get hurt. I see, he's angry at me. He's disappointed in me. Arthit was in doubt again, many questions swirling in his mind.

Kongpob realized the shorter man was feeling insecure again, he felt sad that all his effort to calm Arthit down was in vain. Great, now Arthit was desperate again. However the taller man was surprised too that Sun asked for him instead of his mommy he actually loved more than him even though he met him not long ago. Since he didn't want to cause more misery to the shorter man, he didn't ask the reason why Sun asked for him.

„I... I'm the father", Kongpob had to force himself to answer, of course he would rather lie that he wasn't the father so he could let Arthit go instead but Sun would be sad if he didn't come. The boy would think that he wasn't important enough for him. Two persons needed Kongpob right now but he had to fulfill one's wish and hurt the other. It was painful to leave Arthit alone in his world filled with insecurity.

„You need to come with me", the doctor took Kongpob to his side.

Before they went to Sun, Kongpob had to make sure that Arthit was alright. The taller man touched the latter on the shoulders, asking him if he would be alright by himself if he let him alone. Arthit nodded, telling him that he was a grown up and not a baby he needed to worry about. He almost let the bad tempered side out, showing the ghost of the Head Hazer once again just like he did during his hazing days. He rushed Kongpob to quickly go to Sun instead of wasting time worrying about him. The younger man didn't state it but he knew something was wrong with his Phee. His Phee's eyes were blinking many times while assuring him that he would be fine. Whenever the latter blinked many times, it meant he was lying or was being shy or surprised. Even if he wished to stay beside him, he still went with the doctor to his son. The moment he turned away to leave, Arthit's smile dropped suddenly, he made a long face, his hand trembling in fear while asking himself how he should face Sun if he came out to him.

Sun laid on the bed in the treatment room, there was a five centimeter cut on the back of his head, many sterile compress were put under his head, staunching the bleeding. When he saw his father entering the room, he immdediately sat up. He wanted his father to take him in his arms but the young nurse refused, trying to make him stay put on the bed.

Kongpob knew how to handle his own son, „Hey, my tiger...", he smiled when he walked over to him, standing before him and touching him on the cheek, caressing his thumb over his chubby cheek. „Everything's going to be okay, yeah?"

Sun nodded, relieved to see his father by his side. Although the doctor told him the same that he would be alright again, he didn't believe him but only his father. Right, blood was thicker than water so the boy believed his father more than the experienced doctor. The doctor wore his sterile gloves to stitch then dress the wound after carefully giving him a syringe of local anaesthesia to reduce the pain. Kongpob remained next to Sun, holding his small hands into his two large hands and smiling to him during the whole treatment. His lips became numb the more he had to keep his smile but it didn't matter to him since it was for his son he wanted to do everything for. The boy twitched whenever he felt the needle touch his skin, he was scared and wanted to cry in daddy's arms but he didn't shed a single tear for an unknown reason. He remained though till the end, earning the hospital staff's respect.

Some minutes after, the doctor smiled to Sun, telling him that he was done, praising him for his braveness during the treament. Accodring to the eldest man, Sun was the first child he had to take care of his wound but didn't cry at all. Kongpob caressed his son's head, proud of his son's braveness. Even if he was proud of him, he was still curious why he didn't want Arthit but him by his side.

„Every child I had to treat, would always call for the mother when I ask them who of their parents I should let over... But it was different in Sun's case. He choose his father by his side instead of his mother."

Sun was too young to understand the heavy feelings he left in Arthit as he choose his father over him but he was old enough to understand the doctor's words. He clenched his hands on his small laps, holding back the tears.

„Didn't he ask for his mother? Not even once?", Kongpob hoped to hear that Sun asked for Arthit so he could use it to calm the latter down when they meet again. He would use the fact that Sun did wish to see him to assure him that Sun loved him, letting him know that the child wasn't angry and wished his father by his side because he missed him. But he was a little bit disappointed as he heard that Sun didn't ask for his mommy. Not even once. Now he began to think that Sun was really angry at Arthit for letting the misfortune happen. Maybe he's too young to know that it wasn't Arthit's fault. He carefully caressed at the child's head to show his concern and let him know that he was still there for him.

Kongpob took Sun in his arms, leaning the boy's head on his strong shoulder. The father and the two hospital staffs were busy discussing about the boy's diagnose and further treatment that they didn't notice the boy's eyes swelling up in tears. Sun tried to hold back the tears but he couldn't take it anymore. He sniffed, making a soft noise. A crying noise echoed in the air, disturbing the discussion between father and doctor. They looked around, searching for the place where the noise came from. Kongpob suddenly felt something wet on his shoulders.

„Sun?", Kongpob called his son when he noticed that the noise came from him, from the boy he was holding in his protective arms. He realized that his Shirt was wet with Sun's tears.

The small shoulders of the boy went up and down, shaking in fear. Kongpob could feel the boy's frail body trembling in his arms, crying for an unknown reason. He immediately sat the child on the hospital bed, mustering him from head to toes to see if he had more injuries than expected. But the child seemed physically fine. Kongpob caressed on his head, asking him if his head was hurting.

Sun sniffed, looked at the ground, hiccuped many times, „Mowwy angly at Sun?", the question suddenly came from the child while sobbing.

„What?", Kongpob understood him depite the sobbing but he wanted him to repeat his question to make sure that he heard him right.

Somehow Sun didn't have the courage to look Kongpob in the face because he feared the latter was disappointed at him too and would scold him for letting himself get hurt again. The taller man, worried his son would aggravate his condition by crying, gave him time to talk to him but Sun refused to speak up, his look still fixed on the ground, his hands fiercly clenching his bloodsoaked jeans. The doctor fell deep in thought, trying to reason the child's strange behaviour. Sun's sudden cry was surely odd for both hospital staff. He didn't cry during the whole stitching but now he the tears streamed down nonstop. But why? Ah... After thinking a moment about it, it finally dawned in the doctor's mind.

„Are you scared that mommy would be mad at you?", the older man approached him in a soft way, trying to lure him out of his shell so the child would tell him about his fear.

Sun nodded, now the father and the doctor understood him.

„Why do you think mommy's mad at you?", Kongpob asked this time.

„Sun hurt... Sun no listen mommy... Sun no ask mommy."

The physician's lips curved up into a smile. The little child made his day. It was the first time he smiled genuinely and not because it was a part of his profession as pediatrist but because the child's behaviour was sweet. Although he pitied the small child for crying over such small matter, he somehow couldn't stop himself from smiling. It was a cute situation after all. Sun was young but was already thinking like a grown up. He don't like to disappoint his mother. His love for his mother reached a new level. His mother must be lucky to have him as a child.

„I think we're the one who made him cry", the physician admitted, chuckling at the pinkish colour on Sun's chubby cheeks and his big round eyes that turned red and were filled with tears again.

„I don't understand it... Can you explain it to me?", the younger man seeked for a better explaination.

„We wondered just now why he didn't ask for his mother... It's actually rare but it occured sometimes that injured children don't call for their mothers when they needed one of their parents but for their father because they feared the mother would scold them for not listening to their warnings. He's just scared that his mother will leave him since he didn't listen to her."

„Mommy leve Sun?", finally the boy opened his mouth to tell his father about his feelings, his fear of losing Arthit again.

Kongpob's heart melted as he finally listened to the reason the child cried all the sudden but it ached when Sun asked him if Arthit would leave him again. It felt like his heart was broke in thousand pieces again. It reminded him of the past as Arthit suddenly broke up with him and left him without telling him about his whereabout. That time he almost went crazy, searching for the latter everyday that he even forgot to take care of himself. The basic needs a human being needed, didn't concern him so much like searching and finding his fiance. Arthit, you don't know it but Sun loves you as his mommy so much. Not only me would you hurt if you leave again but Sun too. He would be heartbroken, just like me.

Kongpob facepalmed at his own stupidy that he didnt realize sooner that Sun loved Arthit too much and would never be angry at him anyway. Because he always waited for him and finally met him, he would not want to disappoint him or else he would loose him again. Kongpob, you idiot. He was angry at himself that he made Sun worry so much by asking why he didn't ask for Arthit. Instead he should had calming him down by telling him that Arthit waited outside for him. He even made Arthit worry for nothing.

Sun's tears kept streaming but he didn't sob anymore since he wanted to face his father this time. „Daddy angly Sun too?"

A smile appeared in the younger man's face. He shook his head, „No... I'll never be angry at my boy. Mommy is not angry at you too. He's waiting outside for you."

The doctor's eyes widened in shock when Kongpob mentioned the mommy as a „He", meaning it wasn't a woman but a man. He chuckled at his own stupidity too, shaking his head for not noticing sooner that Arthit was behaving like a worried mother over his precious child.

After the doctor made sure that Sun wasn't in pain, he gave his permission to discharge Sun. Kongpob took the boy in his arms, leaving the room for outside. Sun was smiling here and there at the fact that he would see his his mommy soon. Even the grown up Kongpob couldn't wait to see Arthit and tell him about the good news. But to their own surprise, there wasn't any trace of Arthit. Kongpob looked everywhere, dashed outside to search for him. But there was still no Arthit. He was panting after the many runnings, Sun still in his arms. Don't tell me, he left me... us again.

The way Kongpob was agitated and panting, was scaring the small child. He trembled in his arms, clenched onto him to not fall down. As the taller man noticed that he was about to scare his son again, he finally calmed down. I'm sure, he's still in Thailand... Don't panic first or I'll make Sun worry again.

He smiled at his son, „Should we go bring mommy back?", there was the question that brought a sweet smile in the little child's face.

It was the question that made father and son's heartbeat slow down in relief. This time Kongpob promised he wouldn't let Arthit leave no matter the circumstance. He needed the shorter man in his life. Now Arthit was needed in Sun's life too so it would be difficult for him to leave for Korea again unless he wanted to break two men's heart, shatter them into pieced that they wouldn't recover over it again.

****

Arthit sat on the chair around the table in the kitchen, he was peeling the potatoes his mother was going to prepare for today's lunch. He seemed absent minded, his mind was somewhere else. If not by Kongpob and Sun, where else? The fact that he ran away without bidding his farewell to both of them, didn't let him relaxe either ever since he came back to his parent's house. You heard him right! Arthit ran away because he didn't want to face Sun. No, he ran away because he feared Sun's reaction when seeing him. He feared to be rejected by the child so he wanted to save his heart from getting hurt by running away. I'm sure Kongpob will be angry at me... I hope Sun's fine.

He was so deep in thought that he missed the discussion between his mother and P'Seung Il. Mrs Rojnapat was stirring the soup on the stove while Sung Il was cutting the gabbages since he had calming hands than Arthit who seemed to be in a bad mood for an unknown reason. Whenever the latter was feeling irritated, no one dared to talk to him or else he would clash at them like a lion that was woken up from its deep sleep. Apropos sleep! Seung Il remembered that Arthit hated it to be disturbed in his sleep too. Once the older man wanted to work out with him and woke him up early in the morning without knowing that he was making a big mistake. It was the first time he made acquaintance with the ghost of the fierce Head Hazer that came out of Arthit, teaching him a lesson. Ever since that day he was careful and would always look at the time that it was forenoon before waking Arthit up.

P'Seung Il shook his head when reminiscing about the past as he didn't knew how scary the shorter man could be if someone disturbed his lovely sleep. He trembled, promising that he would never make such a mistake again.

„Can I ask what kind of a doctor you're?", Mrs. Rojnapat suddenly asked.

Even though he was fooling around, Seung Il was in high alert when Mrs. Rojnapat asked him which speciality he mastered in medicine. He had to carefully approach the topic, „Ähm I'm a nephrologist... Why do you ask me about it?"

She stirred her soup, it looked like she didn't want to look him in the eyes while talking about his work as a nephrologist. „I See... How did you meet Arthit? I mean my son didn't study medicine but how come that he made acquaintance with a doctor in Korea?". She waited for his reply but when the answer didn't come, she turned to face him, forcing a smile on her lips. „I'm just curious about you two."

Did she realize something? Seung Il was sure she noticed something was wrong with Arthit or else why would she suddenly ask him that question. Did Seung Il think she would never notice that there was something else going on? She wasn't stupid nor blind. Arthit studied ingenieur and Seung Il medicine, two different specialities. She came to the conclusion that their meeting wasn't a coincidence just like they told her. Maybe they met because they had something in common. A mother would always sense if something happened to her child. Her instinct already let her know that they were hiding a secret from her. Arthit was surely sick!

The taller man looked behind to Arthit but the latter was still indulged in his thought that he didn't realize that his mother was going to find out about his illness. Seung Il always adviced him to tell her about it before she heard it from someone else but he refused. Now she played a detective and came to her own conclsuion that her son was ill. He sighed, wishing he could calm her down that her son was fine now. Arthit was out of danger if he took his medicine.

Arthit, still peeling his potatoes, wasn't paying attention to his work, his eyes staring a hole in the wall. He peeled the potato he was holding too much that only a little bit of the big potato it was in the beginning remained. Since there wasn't any flesh on the potato anymore, his finger slipped whereupon the peeler cut his finger. Ouch! It bleeded. He stared at the little cut, froze on the spot instead of treating the wound. Because he still was worried about Sun's health, his mind wasn't reasoning like it should be. Seung Il who noticed red stain dripping on the table, ran to him, holding on his finger and mustering it clearlier. It didn't seem to be a deep cut, it could be dressed with a patch. As the older man went to take the first aid kit, the ringing doorbell echoed in the kitchen. Arthit took his bleeding finger in the mouth to staunch the bleeding, walking to the entrance to open the door for the person.

There was a surprise awaiting him outside. Kongpob, holding Sun in his arms, waited in front of him. Kongpob had to force a smile on his lips since he still felt hurt for being left behind by the shorter man again. He was relieved that Arthit was still in Thailand but he couldn't give words to his feelings right now. Sun seemed shy, he clunged onto his father even more. Arthit felt the odd atmosphere in the air, he knew he caused their misery. Of course, he felt relieved to see Sun healthy but the bandage wrapped on the little boy's head made his head ache. His smile dropped, he felt guilty.

Kongpob knew he had to speak first to get rid of the disturbing silence since Arthit wouldn't be so brave to break the silence first. Beside he would never win Arthit back if he didn't make the first move and be persistent just like during their hazing day. „I'm here to take my son's mommy back...", he said with a soft voice while grinning brightly, showing his shining perfectly white teeth.

Arthit was flabbergasted, he never expected Kongpob to come and take him back after letting his son getting hurt and running away instead of facing the situation. He was shy, blinking his eyes many times, opening his mouth to mutter something, only to shut it again. He just acted like the little child Sun. Kongpob found it so cute that his son resembled his former fiance so much. Even though Arthit and Sun weren't blood related, he took after Arthit instead of his real mother, the witch Dalika.

„Who's here to take my wife away from me?", P'Seung Il questioned, coming over to them. Although he heard Kongpob talking about taking his son's mommy back but he couldn't resist teasing both younger men. Alhtough Kongpob and Arthit were suffering due to the accident that happened to Sun, Seung Il was amused, enjoying to see them frustrated. Two frustrated lovebirds would eventually speak to each other if a third wheel came, stirred more trouble and angered them. He was willing to play the evil in this case to bring them close to each other.

The tallest man's statement made Arthit roll his eyes. The shorter man wanted to smack him as soon as he came beside him but he couldn't use violence in Sun's presence. It would be a bad example for the boy. Of course, Seung Il knew neither of them were pleased with his statement but he didn't let take his statement back either. He laid his arm around Arthit's hips, purposely touching on the latter's sensitive part of his body to provoke Kongpob. Kongpob's eyes twitched in anger. Where do you think you're touching? He still kept his big smile in his face although he was pissed off and would rather tear them apart in the second. Rest calm, Kongpob. Don't do anything you would regret later... He tried his best to remain calm but his heartbeat accelerated, his throat feeling dry. I'll ki... No, you won't hurt anyone... Calm down Kongpob, Sun's here too.

Arthit pinched at P'Seung Il's hand that held his hips but the latter refused to let him free even though it hurted when the shorter man pinched him. After he managed to calm down, N'Kong put Sun down. The boy hide behind his father's leg, he didn't want to let go.

This time Arthit didn't wait for the child to speak first. He went to his knees to match the boy's size. „Are you feeling okay?"

„Mommy not angry?", he mumbled so soft that they almost didn't hear him.

Arthit came closer to him so he could hear him clearlier. „No... Why should I be mad at you?"

„Sun dint lisen to mommy... Sun play and fall... Mommy angry?"

Arthit had difficulty to puzzle Sun's words together. He knew Sun was asking him if he was angry at him but he was confused. Kongpob went to his knees since both of them were having difficultiy in communicating. He was willing to play the interpret.

„Sun didn't call for you in the hospital not because he was angry at you but because he feared you would be mad at him for not listening to your warnings."

It finally dawned in the shorter man's head: Sun was scared of him scolding him, meanwhile he feared to disappoint Sun. His lips curved up into a smile when he noticed that he was foolish for running away instead of staying beside the boy. The smile in his mommy's face lifted the heavy tension in the air, Sun found courage to approach Arthit, coming out behind his father.

„Sun bad?"

Arthit shook his head, „Sun is a sweet and good child. I'll never be angry at you", there was the answer Sun waited for.

All the sudden little arms wrapped around Arthit's neck, Sun hugged him tighly, smiling at the peaceful atmosphere in the air he missed so much around his mommy. The shorter man smiled brightly, embracing the child too.

„It's my fault that you got hurt, Sun... I'm sorry for leaving you in the hospital too", Arthit apologized for leaving the hostipal too soon even though the boy anticipated to meet him.

The cute Arthit and Sun were hugging each other, smiling, showing their dimples. Their smile were brighter than the sun in the sky, giving a warm atmosphere around them. Both Kongpob and Seung Il were enjoying the beautiful, peaceful scenerio in front of them. The presenting picture of Arthit embracing Sun was too cute. Kongpob wished to take picture of them to save it as background in his cellphone but Arthit would ask him to delete it. He really regretted it that he caused the bad rift between the shorter man and him. Because of their past, he couldn't act like before and take picture of them.

There was a flash sound echoing in the air, light flashing at them. Arthit looked behind only to find P'Seung having his cellphone out, taking picture of him hugging Sun. The shorter man hissed at him, wanted to take his phone away but Sun didn't let go of him so he could smack at P'Seung Il.

Kongpob turned to the place where the click sound of the cellphone came from, hissing at P'Seung Il for stealing his idea of taking pictures of the cute Arthit and Sun. Seung Il realized the hatred burning in the latter's eyes but he just shrugged off, taking another image of them just to provoke Kongpob, hiding the cellphone in his pocket, smiling brightly at Kongpob. The latter raised his eyesbrown, recognizing the older man provoking him. Rest calm, Kong... He's doing it on purpose to provoke you so don't fall for it. He knew it was an attempt to make him lose his mind but he couldn't controll himself even though he didn't want to give P'Seung Il what he wanted by snapping out either. One could say Seung Il attempt to make him explode from jealousy was working. Jealousy overwhelmed him, his heart poundering, his whole body heating up.

Seung Il adverted his attention to Sun, the boy he named the chibby version of Arthit. He approached him, trying to pock his finger on the child's chubby cheek. The boy, as if he sensed someone his father loathed was getting close to him, suddenly opened his eyes, glaring at Seung Il, clenching his hands firmly onto Arthit's back. His look fixed on Seung Il, made the older man freeze on the spot, the finger he wanted to touch the child with, halted before the boy's cheek. Woah, he looking at me just like his father did just now. I think both father and son don't like me... The tallest man mumbled something, The apple does not fall far from the trunk.

Even though he muttered so faintly, hopping nobody would heard him, Arthit heard him talking about apple. The shorter man turned behind to face him, asking him if he said something about a fruit. Seung Il smiled, shaking his head, the gentle smile of his doctor brought a genuine smile on Arthit's lips. A smile that brought Kongpob's jealousy into a new whole level. It was the first time that he saw Arthit smiling genuinely, brightly, showing his dimple in happiness. But that sweet smile wasn't meant for him nor for Sun but for another man who took Arthit from him. All the sudden he felt his hand grabbing at something... Wait! The thing he hold onto was soft and warm. As he looked down, he finally noticed the warm object in his hand. It was Arthit's hand he was holding, he just grabbed onto him without even knowing why or when he reached out his hand to the shorter man. Now everyone was looking at him. Even Mrs Rojnapat he felt guilty towards for hurting her son had her eyes on him, she waited behind her son, mustering Kongpob's every steps as if she was the human CCTV. His former mother-in-law looking at him intimidated him, his confidence to win Arthit back faded away, turning into nothing as ahes in a few seconds even though it took him long to gather his courage and chase after Arthit again.

Kongpob wai-ed respectfully to Mrs Rojnapat, had to force himself to look her in the eyes to not seem disrespectful. 1 year... Yeah, it was the first time he met Arthit's mother after a year passed. Since he decided to give up on searching for Arthit and raise his son alone, he never saw the Rojnapats again. After searching for his former fiance but he never found him, he decided to have his full attention on Sun instead of neglecting him and himself.

Mrs Rojnapat greeted him back, exchanging greetings with Sun before giving Kong a little smile that could mean everything. It could be that the little smile was to show him that she still saw him as her beloved son-in-law she missed so much and was happy to see him again. The little smile could mean the opposite too, telling that she did smile out of respect to not embarass him, hiding the fact that she didn't want to see him again since he hurted her son 3 years ago. However Kongpob felt uncomfortable to be around her, his guilty feelings torturing him more and more. He looked at Seung Il ruffling Arthit's hairs to play with him, the shorter man grunting, telling him to stop it while smiling brightly. To see Seung Il being in good term with Arthit was too painful. Now he was sure that Arthit was over him and found a new love in the doctor. Maybe it was better for the shorter man to find someone else who wouldn't be as stupid as him to hurt him. It was time to let go.

Kongpob took Sun back even thought the boy resisted, protesting by stating his wish to stay by mommy instead of going with daddy. But Kong ignored the boy's cry for mommy, bowing down his head to them, bidding farewell with them and taking his way back to his car. The boy he was holding in his arms, sniffed back the tears, staring at Arthit with his big puppy eyes that were filled with tears, sadness and disappointment for leaving again.

It broke Arthit's heart to see them leaving like that. To see Kongpob leaving him here, alone, broken hearted in the darkness was painfull. His heart pained, screaming for the unbereable pain. Now he remembered how it felt to be left behind. So did he feel when Kongpob always left for work and took care of Dalika instead of him. No... He promised himself to never feel lonely again. But why? Why am I feeling lonely as he let go of my hand?

Arthit looked at his hand Kongpob hold onto just a moment ago, still feeling the warmth of Kongpob's hand on his skin, tickling him, making him feel loved and blessed. He saw to them, Kongpob put Sun in the child's seat in the back seat, fastening the belt arount the boy but he himself didn't enter the car yet. He too stared behind to the shorter man, his eyes filled with sadness, sorrows, worries and guilt for disappointing him again. Their eyes met, falling into each other's eyes. Arthit felt guilty all the sudden, didn't even knew the reason why he had guilty feelings residing in him. His hand Kong hold onto just now, trembled, he touched on his heart, clenching onto his chest to lessen the pain. But it didn't help. The pain remained, tormenting him, showing him the things he would miss when he let them leave. It still hurted to see them leave. Even though he was the one breaking up with Kongpob, he couldn't let go of him neither. He couldn't forget him, he couldn't despise him either for putting him through so much stress.

„Won't you regret it if you let him go?", a soft voice spoke behind him

He knew Seung Il was adressing to him, asking him if he wouldn't regret his choice for letting Kongpob leave. Somewhere deep inside his heart, he had the feeling Kongpob wouldn't come back again if he entered his car right now and drove away. Kongpob would finally let go of him, just like he wanted. He should go... Why should I regret it? ...If I'm the one who ended our relationship 3 years ago.

Arthit turned to face P'Seung Il, „No, I won't regret it", his voice sounded so serious and sincere but his expression was telling otherwise. He wasn't confident that he would forget Kongpob nor he wouldn't regret his decision for letting him go. His eyes were cold as ice but they were filled with sadness and fear to be hurt the moment he let Kongpob go. The fear to live alone without Kongpob overwhelmed him. He was scared of the lonely future even if he was the one who changed his bright future into a sad and lonely future. He could lie to Seung Il but not to his heart.

Kongpob was about to walk over to the driver's seat as something warm brushed against his wrist, touching his skin, gently wrapping his hand in his own as if the hand holding onto him was wavering, unsure if it should grab onto him or let him go forever. Kongpob looked from the hand holding him up the face of the person grabbing at him. Arthit was in front of him, panting, gently breathing on him. The latter's breath grazing Kongpob's face, tickling softly on his skin, making him feel excited and good too.

Arthit's cheeks turned from pale to red then suddenly to pinkish the intense Kongpob's gaze on him got. Is he blushing? Arthit's mouth was trembling as if he felt cold in this unbereable heat of summer. „Don't... Don't you need me?", the shorter man's soft voice faintly stated, fearing the latter's answer.

Kongpob shocked about the unexpected question, remained frozen. No answer, no reaction from him. His silence was a torture to Arthit. The more the shorter had to wait for a reply, the more he got scared at the answer. Kongpob was flabbergasted, shocked, surprised and even confused too. „Huh?", there was his reaction Arthit didn't actually wait for.

Arthit couldn't reply back either, he himself was surprised and confused at his own reaction. Why did I chase after him? Why didn't I let him go but ran after him to stop him from leaving me? It was my chance to get rid of him forever. Now that I stopped him from leaving me, he won't let go of me again. I missed my chance. Even though he scolded himself from stopping Kongpob, he didn't sound angry at himself nor regretful either. Somehow he was relieved that he listened to Seung Il and his heart instead of his brain that was against the idea of him returning to Kongpob. Getting close to the man who broke his heart 3 years ago. What do I really want? Get close to him and renew our relationship or get close to him only to abandon him again? I don't know yet what I want. It was a frustrated situation for him but he choose to not answer to that question now but just follow the tide and stream to the place Kongpob was bringing him to. Maybe I'll have my answer to that question later.

„I mean, don't you need me to babysit Sun anymore?"

A bright grin appeared on the taller man's face, „Yes", he immediately replied, couldn't resist the offer he didn't expect nor dreamt about. As he noticed Arthit's intense gaze on him, he felt embarassed, blinking many times. „I mean yes... If you don't feel bothered by it."

„No", Arthit too didn't hesitate to give an answer. Somehow he felt relieved that Kongpob still needed him to take care of Sun.

„Is it okay for P'Seung if you take care of Sun?", the younger man asked.

„Why do I need his permission?"

„I mean he wouldn't be happy to see his fan spending more time with his ex instead with him."

Arthit blinked many times, feeling offended that Kongpob still thought of him and his doctor being in a romantic relationship. Even if Seung Il was handsome, he wasn't his type. „I will say it just once so listen well!", he said through gritted teeth, „P'Seung Il isn't my boyfriend", finally he revealed the secret that kept Kongpob on the egde ever since he met the taller man.

Kongpob's eyes widened in surprise, „Oh... Really?"., he sounded like he felt sorry for Arthit but the truth was he was head over heels when finding out that Arthit wasn't dating P'Seung Il. He could even dance in joy since it meant that he still had a chance by Arthit. Maybe I can win him back. There was Kongpob's confidence again. Now he would do everything to make Arthit his again.

„Beside he's not my type... You're more my ty", Arthit suddenly remembered that he was about to wake up the beast from its deep sleep by telling him that he was more his type. He covered his hand over his mouth, cursing at himself for being stupid and having a big mouth.

Kongpob, sharp as always, didn't miss to catch Arthit's words. His lips slowly curved into a smile, grinning brightly when knowing that he still was Arthit's type. „I see... So I'm your ty", he wanted to repeat the words but Arthit covered his hand on the taller man's mouth, preventing him from speaking further.

„Don't you dare say that!", the shorter man hissed at him, ordering him to not repeat after him. He went to the other side to open the door of the car and sit on the passenger's seat but Sun calling his mommy over, telling him he should seat beside him instead next to his father.

Arthit looked at Kongpob, the latter frustrated, furrowned that his son snatched his former fiance away from him. He hissed at his son for using his cute to steal Arthit away from him. Now he regretted it that he was a grown up and couldn't use the cute way to win Arthit by his side, admitting his defeat towards the little boy. Arthit wasn't happy about sitting behind since he wanted to be next to Kongpob but he couldn't decline Sun's offer either. The child's sweet voice calling him over melt his heart, forcing him to sit in the back. When both of them sat in the car, Kongpob started the engine, took the main road, driving back to Kong's house.

It was dark in the sky, maybe quarter past 8 p.m. Kongpob sat on the sofa, his legs crossed, his laptop on his lap, he was going over the document he worked on ever since last week. He took one of the snack, sliced fruit that Arthit prepared for him, eating and enjoying it. Arthit took the stairs downwards, remaining in front of the taller man. He clenched his hands behind his back, waiting till Kongpob closed the laptop to have his attention on him.

„Sun's in bed now... I'll go home", he bidded farewell with him but he couldn't go since Kongpob grabbed at his wrist, preventing him from leaving.

The taller man was searching for an excuse to make him stay over the night. He wanted to spend more time with Arthit to satisfy his need, his urge to see and kiss him everyday. Beside it was dark outside so he didn't want him to take the bus or the cab home since the latter would refuse his offer to take home. Ever since he let P'Net acduct Arthit 3 years ago, he was more careful now and protective too. Maybe too overprotective towards the shorter man. But be overprotective was better than not care about him at all.

„Did you read him a good night story", there was the excuse he found after thinking for a moment.

„...No. Should I?"

„Yes, you need to or else he won't sleep."

„But I have to take my bus in 20 minutes. Can't you read him the stories instead?"

Kongpob opened his laptop, pointing to the documents laying on the table before them, „I have to finish my work first. Sorry, I don't have time for reading stories..."

Arthit sighed, giving in then climbing the stairs up while mumbling that it looked like Sun was his son and not kongpob's child. The taller man heard him, chuckling, staring at the older man's back while the latter took the stairs up. He sneaked a glance at the shorter man's ass, suddenly remembering Arthit's moan when they had an intercourse. He licked his lip, gently scratching at his chin while reminiscing the loud voice the older man always made under him. His body felt hot, his cheek turning red. He suddenly shook his head to bane the picture from his mind, he shook his head so hard that it ached a little bit. No, I have to delete the image for my own sake or else I'll have nosebleed again.

****

Kongpob looked at the watch around his wrist, it was already half past 9 p.m. He took his glasses off to put them on the table, closing his laptop, taking the stairs up in Sun's bedroom. The little boy was sleeping safe and sound on the bed. To his surprise he found Arthit sitting on the chair beside the bed with the book next to him, having his head on the soft matress, sleeping too. He walked over to his former fiance, crouching down on the ground, looking at him. He smiled while gazing at the sleepy beauty in front of him, his hand moved to the older man, caressing softly at his head. Even though he didn't have enough of Arthit, he had to part way with him since he had to sleep too. He placed an arm around Arthit, the other arm under his knees then lifted him up in his arms, carrying him to the entrance. As if it was their daily routine, Arthit laid his arms around the taller man, feeling comfortable to be carried in strong arms. Kongpob chuckled at the latter's sweet reaction, thanking god that Arthit was sleeping or else he would resist and tell him that he wasn't a girl for him to be carried like that.

However Kongpob hold on at the entrance as he thought hard if he should take Arthit in his room or not. If I lay him down in my bed and he wakes up tomorrow, he'll hit me for taking advantage of him. Kongpob imagined Arthit waking up in the next morning, moaning, sitting up then looking around only to find out that he was laying beside Kongpob on the same bed. He could imagine the shorter man fuming at the fact that he slept in the same bad with his ex.

Kongpob shook his head, scared at the bad-tempered Head Hazer that will take his bad mood out on him if he really took advantage on him and let him sleep in his bedroom. He went back then carefuly laid him beside Sun, covering the blanket till his chest. He wanted to leave but couldn't resist the feeling that overwhelmed him. This time he gathered his courage, bent over to Arthit then laid his lips on the latter's, his lips parting from each other. The shorter man's breath brushed against his nose, making Kongpob feel hot, excited and aroused. He stole a brief kiss from Arthit. But it wasn't enough. He kissed him again but managed to hold back, retired back when he was about to go deeper with the kiss but the latter moaned suddenly. He shook his head at his own recklessness, giving Sun a soft kiss on the forehead then switching on the lamp only to turn off the big overhead lamp. It didn't take long till Arthit moved in his sleep, turning aside. Sun did the same, turning aside to his mother's side. Now both cute man and boy were sleeping while facing each other. The cute scene conjured a smile on the latter's face. He closed the door then went back in his own bedroom, dialing Mrs. Rojnapat's number after resisting for a while, askin if he should call her or not. It went through, she picked up the call whereupon Kongpob let her know that her son would spend the night by him today.

„I see... Khun Kongpob, please don't mess up the second chance Arthit gave you."

He scratched at his forehead, feeling relieved that his former mother-in-law wasn't against the idea about them reuniting again. „I won't."

„And please, take care of him this time. Don't let him hurt again or I'll be the one to make him let you go this time", she souded serious but she knew she would never be able to oppose to Kongpob anyway. She loved him like her own son and was grateful that he made her son happy in the past. For her only Kongpob would be the only one who could make Arthit happy. She would never make them break up either but she was just scaring him a little bit so he wouldn't make the same mistake again. Hopefully everything will be alright this time.

„I will, I promise", Kongpob hung up after promising her to take care of Arthit this time and bidding farewell with her. He raked his fingers through his hair, heaving a heavy sight, sitting on his bed, looking in the front. It seemed like he was staring into space but it wasn't like that. In fact he was staring at the big frame hanging on the wall in front of him. Since he turned the frame back, the image was revealed now. It was a picture of him and Arthit kissing each other after the Thank you P's party.

A smile appeared on his lips. His cellphone suddenly vibrated, he took it out. He opened the LINE, an unknown number had sent him a picture. It was an image of Sun and Arthit hugging each other. The same picture P'Seung Il took of them today, the picture he wanted to have so much. Even though he hated Seung Il, he was still gratefull towards the latter for sending him this picture. Even though he found out that Seung Il wasn't dating his Arthit, he still didn't like him for an unknown reason. Maybe he was just jealous because the taller man could touch Arthit whenever he wanted, something he couldn't right now since Arthit allowed him to be close to him but not touch him. Someday their relationship would return to how it was in the beginning. I'm sure of that.

He saved the unknown number as P'Seung Il -.-. With a smile on his lips, he saved the picture of Arthit and Sun hugging each other as background in his cellphone, going with a finger over it, admitting that he loved those two important persons too much.
