Today was Arthit's first session in the therapist's room. Since Kongpob promised to help him get through his trauma that wasn't cured in those 3 years ago, he accepted to be treated by a therapist to get rid of his fear and claustrophobia. It wasn't easy for him to reminisce the past because his problems with Kongpob began from the day on as they saved Dalika from the 3 men who tried to sexually harass her. Because the therapist didn't want him to go through the trauma again, she let him just tell her about his relationship with Kongpob Suthiluck first.
Finally Arthit left the therapist's room after spending two hours there talking about his past, his pain and his fear while leaving with the taller man. He came here with a low expectation since he didn't believe to be helped by only talking about his problems but he also wished for help to get some courage to forget his past. Even though he didn't believe in a psychologist's treatment, he still hoped she would help him get through his fear to be hurt and accept Kong again. Before he entered the room, Kongpob told him that he would feel more lighter if he expressed his feeling to the psychologist but here he was, not feeling any better nor lighter.
He came out of the building, thinking about the direction he should take to catch up the bus later. He looked at the watch around his wrist, realizing that it was already quarter past 10 am. It was time to go home and pick Sun up who was spending time with his friend Pete. Pete's mother, one of their busybody neighbour who liked to gossip about the couple, accepted to babysit Sun so Arthit could take care of his business first. Because he promised the little boy to come home before noon, he had to dash home or else the little boy would turn anxious and wounder why he didn't come sooner to take him home. Somehow he didn't like to leave Sun alone for a long time but he believed their neighbour would pay attention to his lovely son.
When he was about to take the right direction to the bus station, someone in a black car parked in front of him, honking, driving the window down so he could see him clearlier. The driver turned out to be a familiar man with a handsome face. It was Kongpob Suthiluck. The latter smiled at him, waiving him to his side. Arthit went to his side, bending down to him so he could talk to him in eye level.
„What're you doing here?"
„I'm here to take you home", was Kongpob's answer, curious to see how Arthit would react to his unexpected arrival.
The shorter man reacted surprised at his answer he didn't expect to hear. Although he didn't expect him to care for him just like in the past but he was still happy to see Kongpob picking him up, showing that he was still dear to him. „I thought you're busy with work", Arthit tried to make him tell him the true reason why he came for him.
„Sun and you are my priority, P'Arthit. You come first before anything", was Kongpob's reply, still having the bright grin on his face, showing his complete white teeth.
Arthit shook his head while smiling, mumbling something like his Nong didn't change after those 3 years of seperation. He's still the cheesy N'Kongpob I met and love... I still love him huh? This time Arthit didn't have problems to admit that he's still in love with Kongpob and would like to start their relationship anew. Maybe it would be a happy ending for him instead of a sad ending just like 3 years ago. But he was still reluctant to take the bait, to return back to Kongpob. Should I really get involved with him again or should I run away as I'm having the chance to end everything now. Make I should make a clean break up with him and return to South Korea or...? His thought was interrupted as the younger man called to him, telling him to enter the car. Arthit jumped in the car whereupon Kongpob took the way to their home.
On their way back home there was an awkward silence laying in the atmosphere. Both didn't find an interesting topic to talk about. Arthit wasn't in the mood to talk about any matter so he just turned to face the window, staring outside at the people passing on the street, chatting or arguing with each other.
„It... Thit...", a deep voice called for Arthit but the latter was busy reminiscing about his session with the therapist that the voice trying to reach to him, seemed to be far away from him. „Arthit...", the person calling him raised his voice so he could listen to him at least.
Finally the deep voice reached to the older man, he turned around to face Kongpob. His eyes widened in surprise, making him look like a puppy with its round eyes. The taller man smiled upon seeing his cute face he missed so much. Kongpob finally revealed him the reason why he called him just a minute ago, asking him about the first session with the therapist.
„It was okay... I didn't get to talk much about P'Net", the name of his Phee who tortured him 3 years ago left a bitter taste in his mouth. A name he didn't want to call no matter the circumstance. A person he didn't want to recall about but had to because he needed to talk about him to heal himself from his fear from tight rooms.
Kongpob realized that Arthit didn't want to talk about his first session nor about P'Net so he pushed that matter aside and tried to concentrate on driving instead. In the meantime he gave Arthit the chance to rest on the backrest, drifting off for a while.
After driving for more than five minutes, Kongpob parked in front of his house, the older man immediately took the way to his neighbour, ringing on the bell. As soon as the door got open, his neighbour revealed herself in front of him. Sun toddled towards Arthit while calling mommy, hugging his legs all the sudden. Arthit hugged him too, ruffling his hairs, telling him he was a good boy for waiting for him. He took him in his arms, smiling at him and holding him closer to his body. After expressing his gratitude at his neighbour for taking care of his son in his absence, Arthit bidded farewell with the neighboor then went back to their house. Sun called daddy as soon as he noticed Kongpob waiting for them in front of the door. The little boy was happy to see both his parents together. It was a rare ocasion to see both together since his daddy was always busy and had to take care of his works first. Sun was restless, moving up and down in his mommy's arms untill his father gave him a sweet kiss on the forehead, making the boy feeling happy about it.
Kongpob, the gentleman he always was, opened the door, letting Arthit and Sun enter first before following them straight in the kitchen. Arthit let Sun sit down in the child's high seat after washing their hands in the bathroom. Kongpob told Arthit he took 2 hours break so he could drive Arthit back home but he needed to return to the office to eat for lunch. When he was about to leave, the shorter man hold him back, telling him he could prepare something fast for the three of them to have the chance to eat lunch together.
As the taller man wanted to sit down, Arthit interrupted, telling him to wash his hands first before sitting around the table with them. Although Arthit never cared about cleanliness before, now he changed and turned into a fussy wife ever since he had the chance to take care of Sun as his own son. Kongpob smiled, shaking his head, asking himself since when his ex-fiance changed into such a clean freak. Even though he was complaining that he was chased out of the kitchen, Kongpob still enjoyed the fact that Arthit was acting like a housewife just like he dreamed about 3 years ago... No, just like he still dreamed about. With a bright smile plastered on his face, he went in the bathroom, washed his hands then returned in the kitchen to sit beside Sun around the table.
Meanwhile the shorter man turned back to wash the vegetables, placing a pot on stove, pouring water on it and scathering the noodle in it. While he was busy cooking the food for them, Sun and Kongpob couldn't take their eyes from him, mustering him from head to toes. Both son and father were grinning the whole time. Sun smiled because he loved his mommy and was adoring him just like a child would always admire his mommy for cooking for him. The same didn't seem to be for Kongpob's case. He wasn't adoring him because Arthit was acting like a housewife but because he missed him as his fiance. For Kongpob, Arthit wasn't just beautiful but the latter was his love and his life. Arthit captured him in his grip as if he put as cast on him so his love for him would never fade away. The older man gave Kongpob the feeling he was special, someone Arthit needed in his life.
Unfortunately Arthit didn't realize Kongpob's hungry eyes and Sun's puppy eyes filled with adoration staring at him. He was too deep indulged in his own cooking he perfected in the last 3 years that he missed the sweet reaction of both father and son towards him.
Finally the table was set after more than fifty minutes of preparing the food, the side dishes that consisted of vegetables, meatballs and some drinks were in the middle of the table. There was each a bowl placed in front of Kongpob, Arthit and Sun. The little child was eating the meatballs in his noodle soup first, swipping in his chair but this time both daddy and mommy were watching out for the little child not to fall down like last time. Kongpob and Arthit were chatting after making sure that it was safe for Sun to swip in the chair like that, laughing at Sun's habit of eating the meatballs first then the noddle and the vegetables at the last. Like always the food was too bland for Arthit so he took the chili powder to pour it in his bowl, finally it was to his liking after tasting it. The atmosphere around them was calm, making the three of them look like a real family who loved each other deeply.
*****
Kongpob just came home after working for more than 8 hours in the day but he had to work on some documents on the laptop as soon as he sat down on the sofa in the living room. Sun toddled forwards to his father, showing him the new teddybear his mommy bought for him to play with. Today he wanted to play with his daddy since they didn't spend time together ever since he can remember it. Even if it was night time, he still wanted his father to have time for him because he never had the chance to see him in the mornings when he woke up since the taller man had to leave for work earlier.
Sun called him many times but Kongpob didn't reply to his calls. The little boy sulked, shaking him on the leg to turn his attention to him. It didn't help either since Kongpob turned to face him only to shoo him away, telling him that he was busy and he should play with his mommy instead. With a sad expression darkening his face, the child returnd in the direction to the kitchen. He met Arthit on his way there, the latter was hiding behind the wall, observing father and son's interaction. He pitied the boy for being shoed away by his own father. Arthit heaved a heavy sight, his heart tightened for the child who's father didn't even have time for him. Sun looked up to Arthit, scratching on his arm while looking at him with his puppy eyes. His eyes were shining, maybe filled with tears to be rejected by his daddy. His sad expression reminded Arthit of the past when he had to wait for Kongpob every night. Now the younger man was doing the same to the boy too, letting him wait for him but wouldn't even have time for him in the weekend too.
Arthit was tortured by a persitent headache. It wasn't a good idea to remember about sad memories or else he would find it more difficult to stay beside Kongpob since the latter was responsible for the many headaches he suffered from in the last few years. By shaking his head, he tried to delete sad memories from his head, maybe surpressing it somewhere deep he wouldn't reminisce about it again. He needed to bane those unpleasant memories for now to enjoy life with Kongpob instead. He should enjoy the reunion with his ex-fiance instead of dwelling in the past and and refusing to move forwards in the future.
It was bedtime for Sun. The little boy changed into a pyjama but he had to brush his teeth first before going to bed. Sun had to climb on the chair to look in the mirror. While mother and son were brushing their teeth together in the bathroom, Arthit came of the bright idea how to bring father and son together. They needed to spend some time alone because ever since he entered this home, it was only Sun and him playing most of the times. Kongpob didn't have time for Sun and hi... No, why talk about myself? I shouldn't be too selfish and demand for Kongpob to pay more attention to me too. It was more important to bring father and son together. Maybe he would have the chance to have Kongpob for himself too if the latter acknowledged his mistake for neglecting his son this few days. A smile played around his lips when thinking about him spending more time with Kongpob. He blused too. Sun turned to face him, making a confused face, asking himself why his mommy was smiling without any particular reason. Too bad the boy couldn't read Arthit's mind to know that he was smiling all ears because of him imagining his daddy and him having a romantic relationship just like before.
After successfully brushing their teeth, Arthit took Sun's tiny hand in his big hand, walking with him in the child bedroom. They laid down on the bed, Arthit reading a fairytale for the boy to fall asleep. It didn't went well like he suggested because Sun didn't sleep right away like usual but was wide awake the whole time he read him the story. Sun listened to his soft voice that was telling him the beautiful story about a bully bear being saved by a friendly tiny mouse. Arthit even had to read him another story untill the child finally fell asleep.
Sun was sleeping safe and sound beside Arthit, the shorter man snuggling in closer to him then covering the blanket up to his chest. Somehow he couldn't fell asleep in the two hours he spent in the bed. He had too much though swirling around in his mind. Disturbing thoughts about whether he should tell Kongpob about his disease or not. Together with Konpgpob, he agreed to have a treatment to cure his claustrophobia. If he decided to give Kongpob another chance and stay in Thailand, he had to tell him the truth about his illness. Even if he hide it from him, the taller man would eventually find it out someday. It's better to tell him about it myself, right? His mind was in chaos, he wouldn't sleep no matter how much he forced himself to fall in swet dreamland.
Arthit carefully slided away from the sleeping Sun, patting him on the head and giving him a little kiss on the forehead then leaving the room for the kitchen. When he neared the living room, he realized the light still on in the living room. He went there only to find N'Kongpob still working on the file on the laptop, the glasses he wore were on the tip of his nose but he didn't bother to adjust to the glasses since he was too concentrated on the work. The shorter man took a look at the clock hanging on the wall, it was aleady 2 pm. He went straight in the kitchen, preparing some midnight snack for them. After slicing some fruits and decorated them in the plate, he left the kitchen with two glasses and a bottle of water.
He managed to snatch Kongpob's attention away by making a „thunk" noise while placing the plate, the glasses and the bottle on the table. The taller man looked at the snack he specially made for him, a little smile cracked in his face. Before Kong began to chase after Arthit again, he was secretly enjoying it to be taken care by P'Arthit as the latter returned to Thailand but now he was more sly and cheeky, openly showing his gratitude instead of hiding it. Now on he would express his feelings whenever the chance was giving to him. Finally the old cheesy side of Kongpob left its dungeon, showing itself to impress P'Arthit just like in the past.
„Thanks...", he expressed his gratitude before taking a fruit from the plate, tasting it then crossing one leg over the other and tiping on the keyboard of the laptop.
Arthit sat down beside him, crossing one leg over the other, taking a sip from water he poured himself in a glass before paying attention to Kongpob. He stared intensively at him as he was indulged in his work, making the taller man nervous all the sudden. Odd! Kongpob wasn't nervous beside Arthit before but why was the older man's intense gaze on him making him go crazy and disturbing his concentration. Kongpob's heart skipped a beat whenever the shorter man racked his fingers through his hair, blinking his eyes many times without taking his eyes from him even for a second. The younger man gulped heavily, facing the older man.
„Can't you sleep?", he watched Arthit taking another gulp from his drink, observing the latter closer how his adamaple went up and down as the water he drunk streamed down his oesophagus, a little waterdrop dropped down from his lips, rolling down under his pyjama. Hot! Too hot! Kongpob felt hot all the sudden, his body temperature raising by Arthit's hot sight that allured him like crazy. Is he tempting me on purpose?
Kongpob's heart was beating faster, hammering hard against his chest, making him almost lose his mind, his calmness and his coolness. He let himself almost be overwhelmed by lust but he managed to controll himself in the last moment. A relieved sight escaped his mouth, his heart being tense since he had to hold back his lust to not burst out. To hold back his thirst that was urging him to jump at Arthit, he quickly took another fruit, devouring it in a go. It didn't help either, he snatched another one, putting it in his mouth. Because the fruit was too big for his mouth, it stucked in his throat, making it hard for him to swallow and breath. Arthit gave him a glass filled with water whereupon he gulped it down with the fruit. The older man suddenly giggled, his laughter filled the room, lifting up the awkward atmosphere in the air.
Arthit's sweet laughter sounded like music from angels in Kongpob's ears, he loved it to hear him laugh and see him smile in happiness. It was the only thing that kept his heart beating in joy and kept him working like crazy to finish his work earlier because after work his reward would be waiting at home for him. This reward would be his Sun P'Arthit. To hear Arthit's laughter was like his remedy, it reminded him of their happy days, the times he could call him his fiance, tease him, kiss him, make love with him and adore him freely without fearing the consequences. He missed the good old days so much that it pained to see Arthit sit so close to him but he seemed so far away beyond his reach. He couldn't touch him like he would like to.
„No... I don't know why but I'm not sleepy at all", Arthit finally replied as he noticed Kongpob could swallow down the fruit with water, „Are you going to pull all nighter again?"
Arthit's question forced Kongpob to cease with his work. It reminded him of the past when he left Arthit alone most of the times to finish his work first. He felt embarrassed that he didn't change and was working like a robot again without thinking about his family first.
„Sorry...", the taller man felt the need to apologize.
„You don't need to feel sorry towards me but towards Sun...", he heaved a heavy sight to get rid of the heavy feeling loaded on his chest to see Kongpob neglecting Sun. „I don't want to complain much but please pay more attention to Sun. He's missing his father."
„I'm sorry..."
„Like I said, this words should be heard by Sun... Not by me", of course Arthit would like to hear Kongpob apologize to him too for making him wait for him every night in the past but everything that happened in the past should remain in the past. He decided to move on instead to keep dwelling in the past and hurt himself with sad memories. Beside he didn't want to be selfish, thinking about his own pain. Their priority should be Sun now. He took a fruit to eat it in calmness, „Do you have time next weekend?", Arthit asked him.
„Hm, I have to see in my schedule first... Why?"
„I want you to go with Sun and me on the beachside... What about this weekend?"
„Ah, I see... I'll make it happen."
„And don't disappoint me this time", the older man said, making it sound like a threat N'Kong shouldn't neglect if he wanted to keep him here in his house.
Kongpob smiled, nodding his head that he wouldn't break his promise this time. He decided to work for an hour before going to bed so he told Arthit to go to Sun's side and rest more but the latter refused since he couldn't sleep anyway. It was more effective to stay beside him if he wasn't incovenient to him. Of course the younger man denied to not be disturbed by him but he would never admit that to have Arthit by his side was making a mess with him, his body and his mind. If it was the old Kongpob, he would use the change to tease P'Arthit but he couldn't be his old self because the shorter man wasn't the old Arthit either. He had to wait for a better opportunity if the oddness between them was cleared and they could regain their old relationship.
It didn't take long as a faint sound echoed in the living room. It was a soft snor but the sound fading away with the loud tapping on the keyboard of the laptop. Kongpob looked aside only to find Arthit moving his head from to and fro, he dozed off a moment after their discussion ended. Kongpob smiled, couldn't believe that Arthit fell asleep right away even though he couldn't sleep just a few minutes ago. The shorter man couldn't sleep in Sun's bedroom but he fell asleep as soon as he was with Kongpob. It showed how much Kongpob meant to him, he was his sleeping pills that would help him to fall asleep. He could rest and feel comfortable and more safe only in the taller man's side. Now it was obvious that they needed each other. Kongpob's heart could only keep beating in happiness with Arthit beside him. Arthit would forget the past and live in a brighter future as long as Kongpob was next to him.
Arthit was moving his head dangerously, almost hitting his head on the backrest of the sofa. The younger man just touched him on the cheek, slowly bending his head aside, leaning his head on his broad shoulder. Arthit snuggled in, leaning closer to his body to make himself comfortable in his sleep. Now it was difficult for Kongpob to work on his file. His shoulder felt sore some minutes after but he ignored it for Arthit's sake, continuing tiping. Arthit's exhaled breath brushed against his neck, raising the hairs on his neck, causing his body to react with goosebumps. His concentration was completely disturbed by the sleepy beauty beside him. Even if he forced himself to keep working, he would make more mistakes since he wouldn't be able to concentrate anyway.
As he ate the last slice of fruit, he shut his laptop down, closed it then placed it back on the table. He leaned his hand on Arthit's head, carefuly standing up then crouching down in front of the sleepy beauty without letting go of him. He mustered Arthit's face intensively, his eyes wandering over every parts of the shorter man's face, memoring everything about him. Even the way Arthit's chest bent up and down while beating and the way his bangs covered over his eyes. Kongpob's lips curved up into a bright smile, revealing his perfectly white teeth.
Kongpob leaned an arm over Arthit's back, the other arm under the older man's knees before lifting him up, carrying him in his strong arms. Arthit suddenly moved in his sleeps, moaning. Kongpob had to wait since he didn't want to wake him up and earn a beating for carrying him like a girl again. Instead of waking up, Arthit crossed his arms over the taller man's neck, snuggling closer to him, his head leaned on his shoulder, his nose touching Kongpob's neck, his breath grazing the latter's hot skin, letting chill ran down his spine. Kong's heart stopped working before accelerating all the sudden due to Arthit's sweet face being too close to him and his breath tickling him. After making sure that Arthit was in his dreamland, the younger man took the stairs up in Sun's bedroom. As soon as he entered the room, he realized that Sun took after his mommy Arthit, taking over the big bed to make so nobody else would fit in with him. How could he resemble P'Arthit so much even though they're not blood related? He was impressed about both Sun's awful sleeping habit. If he didn't see Sun's real father himself, he would think that both Suns were father and son. Not only did Sun resemble Arthit visually but their characters were the same too.
Unfortunately there wasn't enough place for the shorter man to sleep next to his son. After making sure that Sun was sleeping safe and sound, he closed the door, turning around to his own bedroom. He was reluctant to bring Arthit in his bedroom. How would he react if he find out that he slept with me in my bed? The thougth of Arthit and him sleeping in the same bed was too tempting and bittersweet. The sweet image threatened to cause nosebleed whereupon he baned the fantasy for the time being. Again the old brave Kongpob came out of him, he walked in his room, brushing off the though of being punished later. Do it and let him punish you later! It was his life motto for now.
Kongpob slowly let Arthit down on his bed. He went to his closet, changing into his pyjama then brushing his teeth in the bathroom. As he returned in his bedroom, he looked around to make sure that he hide every pictures of Arthit and him. As he assured that everything was hidden, he went to his bed, reluctant to sleep beside his evil senior. He shrugged off, climbing on the bed, sleeping on his back. He was tense, uncomfortable too. He wasn't accustomated to sleep in this position so he decided to make himself more comfortable, taking the alluring bait, turning to Arthit's side, covering the blanket to the latter's chest.
„Good night...", he said. Arthit's beautiful face was too tempting, his chance would go to waste if he didn't use it to touch him. He came closer to him, placing a passionate kiss on the latter's forehead. It was satisfying. Even if he wished to kiss him on the lips, he should be satisfied for touching him at least.
He closed his eyes, slowly drifting in land of dreams. As he was about to fall asleep, soft arms suddenly wrapped around him. He immediately opened his eyes, only to realize Arthit turning to his side, embracing him in his sleep. The shorter man felt comfortable for now, his face looking peaceful too. Thanksfully he was in his dreamland that he didn't notice the chaos he left in Kongpob's mind and body. Because of him letting himself so close to Kongpob again, the younger man was wide awake now. He wouldn't be able to sleep anymore due to his lust for the shorter man raising.
****
The yellow light of the sun bathed through the window, lighting its light in the entire room, getting rid of the darkness that took over the bedroom a hour ago. The warm light projected itself on a beautiful face of a young man who was still sleeping on the bed, laying on his left side. The sudden change from dark to light disturbed the young man even though he liked the warm ray falling on his face. A soft moan escaped his mouth, he turned to his side, finally waking up. Arthit stretched his arms on the soft matress under him, letting out a soft moan through the entire room. A faint smile played on his lips, revealing his cute dimple. A look at the mirror showed him that it was already 6 oclock in the morning. Too early!
Arthit was never an early bird as everyone would describe him. He would always ignore the tickling clock, sleep till he would suddenly wake up and realize that he was going to be late for work again. In South Korea he did the same, couldn't wake up earlier so he would miss the termin for the treatment he was supposed to get for his recorvery. But ever since he met Kongpob again, everything changed for him. Not only his habit of sleeping longer and waking up late but his character changed too. He was now an adult who would think twice of the consequence first before acting. Why? Besause of Kongpob's son Sun he had to take care of.
Ever since he got the chance to play the child's mother, he would find himself wake up before the alarm would even get off. To raise a child wasn't an easy task to do since one had to be always vigilant, a multitasker and patient. Especially if one was bound to play the housewife role too. He grunted, cursing at Konpgob for taking the favourite, better role. The father role. The bread winner who didn't have to take care of the chores, household and child. I'm not paid enough for this job... Wait! He isn't paying me anyway. Only now did he remember that he was working without payment for Kongpob. No way... Kongpob's working as the director and even got a promotion as the director for the entire company. He's earning a high salary for his work and he's not paying me? More curses swirled in his mind, bad words he had to say to Kongpob when Sun wasn't around them. Their child didn't have to listen to his curses.
Even though he complained about waking up to too earlier, there was a satisfying expression on his face. Today he could finally sleep safe and sound just like he did 3 years ago before he left Thai to receive a treatment in South Korea. This night he could sleep without having any sorrows or nightmare torturing him the whole night. But what happened? He couldn't sleep beside Sun before so he went in the kitchen to drink water but found Kongpob still working on his file. They chatted for a moment. He couldn't remember anything after the talk, didn't even knew that he dozzed off beside Kongpob and disturbed him with his work. According to himself the little talk between Kongpob and him helped him to get rid off of the worries tormenting him.
The door opened slowly as if the person who was about to enter the room wanted to sneak a peek first in the room before stepping in. A little child showed himself in front of them. It was Sun. The child's presence was like the morning sun to Arthit, it calmed him down whenver he saw him first thing in the morning. But what's Sun doing there instead of laying beside me?
Arthit smiled to him, welcoming him with a bright smile that could even make a competition with the sun. He wished him a good morning, waving him to come to him. The boy's lips slowly curved up into a smile when seeing his mommy laying there, calling him to his side. He toddled to him, gazing pass Arthit to his left side, staring at the other side of the bed that should be empty since Sun left the bed earlier.
„Mommy sleep with daddy?", Sun asked, a bright grin cracking in his face.
Arthit was flabbergasted, couldn't understand why the boy mentioned his father right now even though he wasn't beside... Before he could deny Kongpob's existence next to him, a soft moan echoed right next to him, a pair of strong arms stretching widely, the person's hand touching him on his waist. He looked aside, only to see Kongpob laying beside him. The taller man finally woke up. The first thing his eyes set upon was the beautiful man he loved more than himself. His ex-fiance! Although Kongpob couldn't hold back his smile, expressing his happiness for having Arthit in his life back, the latter reacted shocked to see him next to him. No wonder he could sleep safe and sound just like 3 years ago. Kongpob was the main reason why he didn't have any nightmare tormenting him. The younger man was his dream catcher, always making sure that he would dream only about sweetnes and love. Now he knew that he would never be free from Kongpob's grips if he couldn't manage to avoid him. Kongpob caught him in his spell. He was the only one who would give him joy and a bright future.
Kongpob slept beside me... Did something happen between us? He pondered, nibbling on his fingernails without even being aware of that. After thinking for awhile, he wasn't sure if he did something with him or not. He couldn't remember anything after ending the talk with him yesderday. How would one prove if he did something inappropiate the other night? The best proof was one's own body. The evidence for having a rought night would be left on his body. He wanted to touch himself everywhere but couldn't since it would be too obvious that he was having dirty thought. Kongpob shouldn't find out that he was thinking about having an intercourse with him. Beside he couldn't see on his body if he had hickeys or not. He listened properly to his body, if he felt any pain somewhere. No he was fine on the backside too. It's a good news. Since he didn't feel sore anywhere on his body, he came to the conclusion that nothing happened between Kongpob and him. But why do my lips itched? As if something soft and tasty touched him there the other night? Maybe it's just imagination?
Just now he said that he was glad for not having any intercourse with Kongpob. But why does my heart ache so much? Why am I feeling disappointed? Don't tell me... Did I... Arthit find out on his own that he wanted something to happen between Kongpob and him the night so he felt disappointed. He admitted it: I wished he did took the chance to make me want him.
Sun calling him mommy, woke him up from his dazed absence. He moved by blinking his eyes many times, still shocked after finding himself in Kongpob's bed again. Sun clenched on the bedsheet, trying to climb many times on the bed to them. He failed a few times but none of his parents tried to help him. However the boy didn't give up either. They let him give his best to climb up to them so he could feel proud and happy for succeeding in helping himself without his parents' support. As Sun managed to come to them, he hugged his mommy first. Arthit couldn't resist the urge to hug him back, his soft arms wrapped around the little child. Kongpob calling to Sun, taking the child's attention to himself. He jumped at him, Kongpob taking him in his arms, tickling him. Their laughter resounded in the air, making this morning sweet as never before. The taller man took the child and swirled him around like an airplane. Father and son were having a good time with each other. Arthit too. He couldn't resist the smile, his heart feeling content for having those two men in his life.
Even though Kongpob was calm about Arthit and him sleeping on the same bed, he was secretly overjoyed that the shorter man shared a bed with him. He finally slept peacefully again after 3 years of nightmares plaging him. Nightmares about losing P'Arthit to another man, about P'Net, about Dalika, about Sun turning his back on him to search for his real father. The worst nightmare was to accept the fact that he lost P'Arthit forever and would never see him again. But this night he didn't have to worry about such bad dreams anymore because he man he dreamt about everyday was beside him, letting him getting closer to him every day just like before. He just have to try pushing towards Arthit than they would be able to be together again.

There was a young man sitting on the hard ground of a small room, one leg bending up, his arms crossed over his chest, his head leaned on the wall, his eyes closed. It seemed like he was sleeping but he was wide awake. He was just bored with the world, ignoring the other 4 men from 30 to 50 years old scathered around him. His eyes slowly opened as another older man in front of the closed door called for him, telling him that he had a visitor. He followed the older man through the long corridor to enter another room. The room was seperated with hard glass, there was some small holes made in the glass for a small talk between the man and the visitor. A woman dressed in complete dark knee-length dress was on the other side of the glass, she wore dark sunglasses. Apparantly she was hiding her beautiful face, didn't want to be recognized that she visited such a filthy man like the man sitting before her.
„Won't you sit down?", the young man proposed to so she would stop glaring at him as if he was a monster who would devour her as soon as she sat down.
She glared through the dark sunglasses at him, gritting her teeth. Apparantly she hated the young man in front of her to the point of wanting to confine him somewhere she would never have to see him again. P'Net was staring at her too, grining brightly to provoke her more since he knew she hated him right now. As she mustered him from head to toes, she realized that he seemed more brighter than the last time she visited him. He even aged in those 3 years in the prison too, didn't look like a man in his end twenty anymore but in his middle thirty. The last time she visited him in the prison was 2 years ago, just before Dalika met her demise. That time he resembled a crazy man who lost his sanity, also everything deared to him. The reason for him giving up on life was N'Arthit, the man he abducted but let free after recognizing that he only hurted him by keeping him by his side. She could only guess the reason why she asked her for another favour again, just like 2 years ago.
P'Net showed to the chair in front of her, „Sit down...", he repeated. Somehow he didn't care about her looking down on him but he still hated it that she ignored his friendly request of her taking a seat.
„I don't want to come close to you than I already did... I don't want to contamine your filthy character", was the reason why she didn't want to sit there. Beside she feared to contamine some kind of disease if she sat down there since she didn't knew who took place here before she came. She hated herself for being here the third time. Although she promised herself to not visit him again, here she was in front of him, talking with him.
„Don't worry about me infecting you", he approached her, his forehead leaned on the hard glass. She jumped in fear even though he would never hurt her thanks to the glass seperating them. He smiled sweetly, innocently too, „You're already filthy, just like me..."
She clenched her hands, had to take a long breath to calm herself down, „I don't want you to call me anymore. I changed, P'Net. I'am not the same Jane you knew before", she told him, didn't want to see him ever again since she decided to forget the past and the mistakes she did just to have the man she wanted to be with. She admitted that she did many evil things but it time to settle down. Now that she was going to marry her dreamman, she didn't want to disappoint her fiance anymore by lying to him.
P'Net chuckled, standing up to leave her. Before he exited the room, he waited in front of the door, turning back to face her. A devilish smile appeared on his face, „You changed? If you really did, you wouldn't take my threat serious and come here to meet me but would tell them about my request", was his last words to her. He returned to his cold, dark cell, leaving Jane flabbergasted there.
Jane was fuming in anger, bitting on her underlip. „I hope you rot in your cell", she cursed, screaming through the entire room so he would still hear her. She stomped out of the visitor's room, taking a look at the prison building, hoping she would never set foot in this building filled with criminals again. Another thougth dawned in her head. She just hoped she didn't make another mistake she would regret later by showing up here. Because the last time she did him a favour by sending a letter to Dalika, was the last time she saw her too. A day after her visiting her, Dalika commited suicide.
While taking the direction to her car, Jane cursed herself for letting him hurt her pride by calling her to meet him, asking herself where P'Net find out that Arthit left for South Korea and even came back few weeks ago. She nibbled on her fingernails, regretting the fact that she betrayed N'Kongpob, N'Arthit and her fiance P'Cha too. Although she promised herself to never let herself be threatened by him again so she could escape his grip, she ended up taking his threat serious. She was scared he would reveal her fiance the mistake she did 4 years ago when she sabotaged Arthit's work. Her conscience told her that it would save her explanation if she herself told P'Cha the truth but she feared he would leave her if he knew which kind of woman she was. She loved him too much and didn't want to lose him so she choose to betray Kongpob and Arthit to save her own life. Even though she knew P'Net hurted Arthit before, she still gave him what he wanted. Even though she knew her senior wasn't up to anything good, she still fulfilled his wish instead of warning the boys about him. Let's hope he won't target them again just like 3 years ago. P'Net was right about her being still selfish. If she did really change, she wouldn't waver about telling them about P'Net. Some humans were selfish after all. They would want to same themselves first before taking care of their fellow human beings. Even though they knew that they would regret the decision they made later, they would still make it only to tell themselves later that they should have listen to their heart and do otherwise.
Net arrived in his cell with a bright grin on his face, he sat down on the ground, facing his small shelve he kept his most important belongings in. He stared at the yellow envelope he received that Jane gave the old guard. With an excitement almost making his heart jump out of his chest, he carefully opened the envelope to not damage the content. A picture was revealed, a young beautiful man smiling in the image, showing his cute dimple. It was taken at his friend Bright's engagement ceremony.
Just to have his picture with him, he went through thick and thin to force Jane to bring him an image of Arthit. To see the shorter man smile in the picture made his heart skip a beat. This time he promised to keep him out of danger too. Why? Because he still loved him deeply. He would get rid of every threat who targeted him, just like he did to Dalika 2 years ago. Unfortunately there was still someone out there he didn't get the chance to get rid of. It was the same person who visited him a few weeks ago and told him about Arthit's return to Thailand also about his plan. The person didn't only target Arthit but Kongpob and Sun too.
A serious expression darkened Net's handsome face, even his four cellmates around him noticed him forging out a master plan. They whispered to each other, asking themselves how such a good looking man could turn into a whicked person. No, they didn't knew that it was Dalika who turned him into a monster. Without knowing that the monster she created, would turn against her and bite her someday.

And what do you think of this chapter? Arthit is going to end up with Kongpob again :) And Net returned? Did he do something to Dalika? Don't worry too much: The angst in part 2 won't be over the top like in part 1 :D... It'll be the main key to resolve everything ;)
