LIFE FOR ATHENA SALTZMAN HADN'T ALAWYS BEEN EASY, I mean she was alive yes, but that didn't mean complications never came. Since she was five years old all she could rememebr was the loving care of her father Alaric Saltzman, who had been babying and protecting her all her life, alawys saying that Athena had been the biggest blessing he could ever ask. Now as for her mother she never really got to know her due to the fact that beside being the biggest blessing her father could ask for she also wasn't planned. Yes she was in fact the result of teenange pregnancy between her father and her mother they were in fact highschool sweethearts, her father being the debate club and her mother being apart of the cheerteam.

Her parents were ploral opposties but after years of pinning, secret love notes and after school french tutoring her mother and father were able to find love between one another and went to last a good couple of years that was until after prom her parents decided to do the deed and the deed resulted in her mother expecting her a couple of weeks later. Her mother wanted to give her up for adopt the mintue she was born, not wanting anything to do with her, and from the sounds of it neither did her mother's family who consantly gave her dad hell for getting her mother pregant in the first place and after munch convincing to not only his parents but to her mother's he was able to take full custody of Athena and from that moment on it's been just him and her in the world.

Athena and Alaric. Her father. Her Superman. Her knight in shinning armor. The PB to her J (as corny as it sounds) and nothing could tear them apart. It wasn't easy of course especially when he went to college, not being able to live in a dorm and instead had to switch to a single apartment his parents helping pay for the rent and him taking her to daycare throughout the day while he attended all night classes.

But he made it through and was able to graudate, with Athena on his hips, and from there the two lived in there peaceful two bedroom townhouse and Athena thought that was where she was gonna spend the rest of her life at.

Well she was quickly provide very wrong, it wasn't until her father sprung the news of there annual gamenight that both him and her were going to pack there bags and move to a small town name Mystic Falls in a week.

Athena was shocked of the news, giving North Carolina was all she'd ever knew and it all her father ever knew as well, she wasn't worried about having to leave her friends (given she never had any, her friends were the numbers of books she read in the libray) but still she was weary but her father bribed her with the classic words of moving "you'll meet some friends." and "it would be a great opportunity."

So after a very 2 hour drive her and her father offical moved to Mystic Falls. Athena would offical become inrolled in Mystic Falls High and she even got a job as a waitress at local Grill they had, sure her dad was her history teacher but that didn't borther or nor embrass her.

She even was able to meet a couple of new faces including three girls named Elena, Bonnie and Caroline, her new life in Mystic Falls seemed to be like her life in North Carolina but of course things never went that well for her.

Soon she would find out the real reason for dad mysterious visit to Mystic Falls, to get the questions answered about Athena's late step mother Isboel Flemming and because of that it would lead her once quiet life into a supernatural one, and even a supernatural background she never knew she possessed.

It also would cause her to catch the eye of a certain brunette Salvatore brother who she had eyes for a long time ago and much to her dad's warnings about him Athena soon starts to play along.

hi everyone! i am glad to be introducing my newest tvd story! and drum roll please.... it's a stefan story!! i know it's been a long time coming and yes i do man the taylor pune. i've been wanting to do a stefan story for the longest but in the past i haven't had the time too and i didn't know the plot i wanted to go or the faceclaim, and all that other writer struggles, but i've finally hit the bulleyes with my newest oc athena!! i can't write to write her for you guys and introduce you guys to her, i love her already and her character is going to blend so well with stefan's, i haven't thought of a main trope yet but i know both stef and ann give off many signs of love at first sight, friends to lover, and sunshine x sunshine and so many more cutesy tropes and i can't wait to write athena and alaric relationship because it will have it's up and down and it's like a classic father and daughter relationship ofc and ahhh i'm so thrilled!!!

and yes jensen is my fan-cast for alaric because duh!!!

also for those curious this will follow season 1 through 8, so yay!! i am putting myself through all eight seasons lmao
