Spring

Capital: Freywood: consists of the royal castle, upper city and lower city. 

Ishel: The holy city. Where the world tree grows and many rites and ceremonies take place.

Fort Hollow: Where Spring's military resides and trains. Guards the entrance to the caverns that lead deep into the Windsong mountains.

Port Sylvenglade: a bustling marina where culture and trade thrive. Goods from Fall and Summer often come through Sylvenglade. It is also where Spring's Navy is kept. 

Faunwood Tower: Guard tower and checkpoint. Guards the border with Summer.

Faunbrook Tower: Guard tower and checkpoint. Guards the border with Winter.

Winter

Capital: Everrest: The seat of the royal family and holy city. The majority of Winters populations lives within Everrest.

Wynterfel: Another major city where Winter trains its soldiers and holy knights. 

Sylverglade: small quiet lumber city that borders the Wyntergale Forest.

Luminaria: Main trading port and Navy post. Like Spring there is a bustle of trade from Fall and Summer.
