Actually to be a sucessfull doctor u need to struggle a lot
First learn a lot n then work under ur seniors for abt 10 yrs n then where u go with ..
But she had achived so much as she's just 25 but her achivemnts r more

Arjun Malhotra  - a mentally unstable person brother f Manik he was first a good mentally stable person but situations made his mind a child
He's 3yrs smaller than Manik ...

Nandini a helpful doctor ...
Who's always ready for helping all stays with her Dada n dadi
She don't stay with her parents as they don't give time for her
N are always behind cracking deals
N r money minded but that doesn't mean they don't love Nandini they do love her so does she
But due to their buzy schedule they din give her time
So from childhood she stays with her grandparents ....

Manik gets to know about Nandini
N has got few hopes for his brothers cure
But but but
She refuses him ...
