At the apartment, Johnny was finished setting up dinner, when he suddenly noticed Julia and his star student, Miguel, arriving. "Hey Julia, Miguel, come over for a bite?" Johnny offered. "Something I've been wanting to talk about."

"Uh, yeah, sure. I mean, we just had an early dinner with the LaRussos though." Miguel answered.

"Oh."

"Yeah. We went to this place called Katsuya. Mr. LaRusso's friends with the chef, so he brought out all this fresh fish. It was so good. Uh, but we're stuffed." Julia explained.

"We have to get ready, we have this thing with Anthony and Sam later, so..."

"It seems you've been spending a lot of time with LaRusso lately." Johnny assumed. "Yeah, I guess. I mean, he paid for my mom's car, showed me how to fix an engine. Today he taught me how to drive!" Miguel explained.

"He did what?" Johnny asked.

"I drove down Ventura with him. It was so great. How come you haven't told me about Chicago?" Miguel asked.

"What happened in Chicago?" Johnny assumed that Miguel was talking about Illinois Chicago, like the place in the USA. "No, The band." Miguel corrected him. "You know, uh, "You're the Inspiration," "Glory of Love." Peter Cetera's badass."

"Peter Cetera is the opposite of badass. What happened to Scorpions? Slaughter? Just out the window?" Johnny explained and asked.

"No. Uh, they're cool too. It's just different, is all." Miguel answered.

"Yeah, very different."

Miguel rolled his eyes. "Okay. Look, what did you want to talk about?" Miguel asked.

"Oh, nothing. Do your thing." Johnny answered.

"Okay. But, hey, look, let's do dinner tomorrow. You can make those Manwiches?" Miguel asked.

"Oh, yeah, sure. Okay." Johnny answered.

It was now nighttime, and Joey was driving Anthony and Jesse and their girlfriends, Katie, Julia, and Clara to the theater in his red 2018 BMW X7. "Dude, you should've seen what happened at the birthday party. These kids threw glitter all over Sam." Anthony said, and Joey, Katie, Julia, Jesse, and Clara laughed.

"I know, right. That Instagram post was hilarious." Julia said.

"Yeah, about time she was taught a lesson for being a bitch to Tory." Katie said. She liked Sam, but couldn't deny that she was being a jerk to Tory lately ever since the LaRusso house fight at Christmastime.

"Anyways, you excited for this movie?" Joey asked everyone.

"Hell yeah! Katie and I have seen it with our dad a lot times. It's awesome." Julia answered. They drove to the theater, and were followed by Evan Pierce, who was driving his yellow Lamborghini with his girlfriend Alyssa Mills, Ethan Moskowitz, and his girlfriend Amy Mills, Charlie D'Amico, who was driving his green Mercedes-Benz G Class with his girlfriend Aurora Mills, Bradon Alexopoulos, and his girlfriend Anna Mills, Matty Kreese, Glenn Kreese's older brother who was driving in a 2018 Toyota Sienna gifted to him by Terry Silver with his girlfriend Lucy Payne and her younger brother Kenny, Lonnie Silver who was driving a 2018 Porsche Cayenne that had a silver paint job (hence his name) with his girlfriend Angelique Jimenez, her younger sister, Candy Jimenez, Glenn Kreese, and his girlfriend Ellie Silver, and Clive Toguchi, who was driving an orange and green Jeep Wrangler with his younger sister Chelsea Toguchi, and his girlfriend Izzy Sutherland. Izzy's younger brother Archie Sutherland, and even Lia Cabrera, who was Archie's crush, were with them too. They then arrived at the theater and found places to park where they were facing the theater screen.

Meanwhile Kyler was in his Jeep with Edwin in the passenger seat, and Robby, Tory, Steve, and Emma in the backseat. "Hey, I'm feeling this movie, man." Kyler said, since he was a huge fan of the movie. "This Jean-Claude Van..." Edwin said, but suddenly saw Jean-Claude Van Damme get hit in the balls. "Damn! Right in the nuts! Ha! Oh, man!" Kyler exclaimed, and he and Edwin started laughing. "Can't help but feel sorry for this guy since he might not have kids!" Steve started laughing too.

"Not into the movie?" Robby asked Tory.

"C'mon sis, you gotta admit that this movie's funny. Especially the part where the guy gets hit in the nuts!" Emma said as she laughed, though she didn't fault Tory for still thinking about what happened at the birthday party.

"No, it's fine. I just had a shitty day." Tory answered. "I'd ask, but it's none of my business." Robby said.

"Here's your stuff." Kenny gave popcorn and two drinks to a Cobra Kai student through the window of their car.

"Hey yo, bitch boy. What about mine?" Kyler asked as Kenny walked over to him. "You said you didn't want anything." Kenny sighed. "I want some now. Get me two buckets of popcorn with butter, four large Cokes, two hot dogs with mustard, no ketchup, and a pretzel." Kyler demanded, and Emma rolled her eyes and scoffed. "If you're gonna be getting that much, then you better share it with us."

"But I can't carry..." Kenny said, but was cut off by Kyler. "And some nachos with extra cheese and jalapeño poppers, all right? Hurry up, man." Kyler demanded. Robby, Steve, and Emma got out of the Jeep and closed the doors after exiting. "Hey. Don't worry about him. Hazing the new guy. It's a good thing." Robby assured Kenny, who asked. "It is?"

"Yes. Trust me, it's a lot less dangerous than what I had to do."

"All you gotta do is just keep your head up, you'll earn respect. Got it?" Emma advised.

"And, um, get me a Butterfinger."

"And get me some SweeTARTS." Robby and Emma assured Kenny before asking him for more stuff, albeit more nicely.

Kenny had all of Kyler's snacks and he was walking back, but suddenly noticed Nathaniel and Bert. "So Lexi wants me to send pictures now." Nathaniel was talking to Bert about Lexi DiMarco. "Dude, I think you're being catfished." Bert told Nathaniel, who just said, "That's a risk i'm willing to take."

"Not these guys again." Kenny said in panic as he looked at them with wide eyes, when Hawk, Ethan, Clive, Izzy, Chelsea, Archie, Lia, and Amy were walking behind him. "Damn." Hawk and Ethan had bumped into Kenny, making him drop the snacks.

"Dude, what the hell!? Why would you do that!?" Chelsea scolded Ethan with a glare.

"I'm sorry!" Kenny apologized.

"That's sucks." Hawk quipped, and Ethan, Nathaniel, and Bert approached Kenny.

"Those pieces of shit." Robby muttered.

"Oh no they don't." Emma seethed. She, Robby, and Steve stepped out of the Jeep.

"You should really watch where you're going kid." Hawk taunted Kenny.

"The same goes for you." Robby told Hawk as he, Kyler, Steve, Lucy, Candy, Angelique, Glenn, Matty, Ellie, and Lonnie, and the rest of the Cobra Kais were standing with him.

"Look who it is." Ethan was referring to Robby.

"You betrayed Miyagi-Do, traitor!" Nathaniel spat at Robby with a glare.

"Oh there's a traitor here for sure! He's gonna get what he deserves." Tory joined as she stared daggers at Hawk.

"Yeah, there ain't no way you're getting away with betraying Cobra Kai!" Emma stared daggers at Hawk.

"I don't think so." Sam said as Miguel, Anthony, Julia, Katie, Bradon, Evan, Clara, Chelsea, Lia, the Gouldman brothers, Nathaniel, Bert, Alyssa, Anna, Aurora, Charlie, and the rest of the Miyagi-Fangs stood with her. "Not if I have anything to say about it, Princess." Sam taunted Tory.

"Hey, guys. Can you believe that they have Mr. Pibb and Dr. Pepper?" Demetri suddenly showed up, unaware of the ongoing staredown, but when the Miyagi-Fang and Cobra Kai students stared at him, he then realized what was going on. "Oh shit. Not another rumble."

"Careful, LaRussos. Mommy ain't here to play peacemaker." Tory told Sam and Anthony.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Sam asked.

"That goes for you too Lawrence sisters." Angelique reminded Julia and Katie. "She's right, that pathetic bimbo and whore of a mommy ain't here to save you." Candy taunted.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY!?" The Lawrence sisters yelled at the Jimenez sisters.

"Guys, stop! We can't do this. We'll beat them on the mat." Miguel reminded.

"Oh really? You do remember what happened the last time we fought, right?" Robby brought up the school brawl.

"Okay. Meet us at the baseball diamond in 30 minutes. And no weapons." Miguel challenged Cobra Kai to a fight.

"We won't need 'em." Tory scoffed. "Yeah." Miguel whispered.

"We don't have to fight anyone, right? My probation officer would be very upset, angry, and disappointed if she found out I was involved in one." Lucy said.

"Let's go." Robby said, and he and the Cobra Kai students walked to the baseball diamond. "You guys see anything?" Kyler asked. "They'll be here." Robby said. "They'd better be." Tory said. All of a sudden, the lights on the baseball diamond turned off, and the sprinklers were turned on. "Whoa!"

"My makeup!" Candy and Angelique yelled since their makeup was now ruined.

"Dude, genius move! We didn't even have to throw a punch!" Hawk laughed as he and the others drove off. "My favorite kind of victory." Demetri said as Hawk laughed.

"We ain't letting them get away with this!" Emma yelled.

"We won't." Robby assured them.

The next day, at the Cobra Kai dojo, The Park brothers, Robby, the Nichols sisters, the Payne siblings, the Jimenez sisters, the Kreese brothers, Ellie, Lonnie, and a few other Cobra Kai students were having a huge argument. They were livid after the sprinkler prank, and definitely wanted revenge.

"We gotta hit 'em back with a home invasion." Kyler yelled.

"They hit us with a sprinkler?" Robby piped up.

"This is total bullshit! Just shut up and..." Tory yelled.

"Jesus fucking Christ, fuck home invasions, we tried that last time and we lost! And what if the LaRusso's press charges on us!?" Emma yelled back.

"Well those Miyagi assholes have to pay somehow, because no one ruins my makeup and gets away with it!" Candy yelled back.

"Besides, I'm rich, and if the LaRussos press charges, I can just bribe the police!" Lonnie scoffed. Kreese and Silver saw the argument unfold from their office.

"Now you see what we're dealing with. As long as LaRusso and Lawrence are together, our students have a target. We have to strike back." Kreese reminded Silver.

"No. I agreed to come back. agreed to come back to do what we originally set out to do. To turn kids into winners. To bring Cobra Kai back to its former glory. But if we're gonna do that, we have to learn from our mistakes." Silver explained.

"What mistakes?" Kreese asked.

"You had the entire Valley in the palm of your hand and you blew it. All because of the rivalry you had with Miyagi." Silver reminded Kreese.

"He attacked my students. You weren't there. I'll never forget that morning when Johnny Lawrence, my champion, he came into the dojo with a black eye. And his confidence? Shattered. I wasn't gonna let that old man get away with that." Kreese scoffed.

"I understand. But now, we're the old men. And we should use the wisdom we've learned. Cobra Kai, it was never about revenge. It was about building strength by taking your fears and turning them into a weapon. That's what we should be focused on. If we're just gonna rehash the past, history will just repeat itself all over again." Silver explained.

"So you're saying, after they humiliated our students, we just stand down and do... nothing?" Kreese asked.

"I didn't say we'd do nothing." Silver answered.

"Henceforth, Miguel Diaz shall be known as The Rainmaker." Demetri announced. The Miyagi-Fang students were satisfied that they struck back at Cobra Kai without even having a fight.

"El Diablo de la Lluvia!" Hawk said.

"Yeah but, If they hadn't fallen for it, we would've beaten them." Sam said.

"Maybe, but it could've gone bad." Miguel said.

"What could've gone bad?" Johnny asked.

"We were about to get in a gnarly fight at the drive-in, Sensei, but Miguel saved the day." Hawk explained. "Oh yeah? How'd you do that?" Johnny asked. "We told the Cobra Kais to come to the baseball diamond. Just in time for the grass to get watered." Julia answered, and Johnny's smile faltered. "So you picked a fight, you didn't show up, and then you doused them with a hose?" Johnny asked.

"Oh, it was sprinklers." Demetri said, but Johnny glared at him. "I'll go back to saying nothing."

"You just poked the bear. What do you think's gonna happen? They're just gonna leave well enough alone?" Johnny asked.

"From everything I heard, it sounds to me like Miguel practiced restraint. Found a way to get out of a bad situation without anyone getting hurt. What did you want him to do, get in a drive-in switchblade fight? I'm proud of you. You've taken Miyagi-Do teachings to heart." Daniel patted Miguel on the shoulder. At that point, Johnny had gotten even more jealous. "Okay, LaRusso, we need to have a talk." Johnny said, but suddenly Kreese and Silver showed up.

"What the..." Daniel muttered.

"Wake up and smell the coffee, Mr. LaRusso. You're getting in that ring. This guy wants to break you! Ow! Humiliate you! Hi-yah! Stomp you into the ground! From now on, when people say karate around here, what they'll mean is Cobra Kai karate! John Kreese's karate!" Daniel had gotten flashbacks of when he joined Cobra Kai as a teenager.

"Gentlemen. It seems we have a few things to discuss." Silver said.
