"So, you ready?" asked Hoseok.

"Yeah," said Jungkook.

"Okay, just a minute. I've got a text," said Hoseok.

Come to the bedroom, but don't come in. He sent the message to the group chat. Luckily, Seokjin had turned Jungkook's phone off.

In the studio

"Nice, I think we're almost ready for the competition," said Hoseok.

"Hoseok," said Jungkook.

"Yeah?" asked Hoseok.

"I think we should have a dance solo," said Jungkook.

"Yeah, good Idea," said Hoseok.

"What's a good idea?" asked the dance captain.

"I think we should have a dance solo," said Jungkook.

"Actually, that might work," said the dance captain.

"Really?" asked Hoseok.

"Really," said the dance captain.

"Everyone, listen up!" she shouted.

"What is it?" asked Namjoon.

"Jungkook has an idea. He thinks we should have a solo," said the dance coach.

"So, whoever wants to audition, can," said Hoseok.

"I want to audition," said Namjoon.

"I do," said Jennifer.

"Me, too," said Abbie

"Okay, anyone else?" asked Hoseok.

"No one? Okay, you've got till the end of this week to practice," said the dance coach.

"Okay," said Abbie, Jennifer and Namjoon.

"Coach, can I leave? I've got to pick up my siblings again," asked Jungkook.

"Yes, Jungkook," said the dance coach

"Thank you," said Jungkook and as he left the studio.

"I wonder where he's going," said Jimin.

Jimin followed Jungkook to the alleyway.

"This doesn't look like you're picking up siblings," said Jimin to himself.

"How is he?" asked Jungkook.

"He's doing alright," said the carer.

"Good," said Jungkook.

"Jungkook, you know he's never going to get better," said the carer.

"No, he will. I just need to make sure we win Nationals," said Jungkook.

"Jungkook, I know this is hard for you, but you've got to know that even with treatment, he will never fully recover," said the carer.

"I know!" shouted Jungkook.

"Sorry," he said.

"Look, I know this is hard on you so you need to scream," said the carer.

Jungkook heard a noise.

"Jimin?" asked Jungkook.

"Hmm," said Jimin.

"Excuse me, I've got to go," said Jungkook.

"Of course. See you tomorrow," said the carer.

Jungkook ran.

"Jungkook, wait!" shouted Jimin, and he ran after Jungkook.

Jimin headed to a grassy field.

"Jungkook!" shouted Jimin.

"Jimin! Why did you follow me?!" said Jungkook angrily.

"I'm sorry, it's just Hoseok's been acting weird, and I wanted to know why he suddenly started being nice to you," said Jimin.

"Wait, are you saying Hoseok is only being nice to me out of sympathy?" asked Jungkook.

"No, actually he knows what you're going through," said Jimin.

"What?" asked Jungkook.

"I can't give any details, but I can give you a short version," said Jimin.

"Go on," said Jungkook.

"Almost 5 years ago, Hoseok's dad was a lead dancer for a big company..." said Jimin.

Flash back to 5 years before

"Dad," said Hoseok.

"Hoseok, have you been keeping up with your studies?" asked Mr. Jung.

"Yeah," said Hoseok.

"You're coming to see me tonight, right?" asked Mr. Jung.

"Definitely," said Hoseok.

On the stage

"Hoseok went to see the show that night, but something was wrong," said Jimin.

"The set had been tinkered with and fell."

"Unfortunately, Mr. Jung took a beating from the set, and was in a coma for 6 weeks. He eventually died in hospital," said Jimin.

"So, you mean to tell me that Hoseok's dad died of a totally different thing than what my dad is dying of?" said Jungkook.

"Wait, your dad isn't a dancer?" asked Jimin.

"No!" screamed Jungkook.

Earth 1

Back in sitting room

"So, Jungkook, I've told you my story so tell me one thing that's bothering you," said Hoseok.

"Well, I'm just bored and taking it out on you guys. I'm sorry," said Jungkook.

Outside in the hallway

"What?!" shouted Seokjin.

"Hyung, quiet," said Yoongi.

Back in the bedroom

"Wait, why are Hyungs outside the door?" said Jungkook.

The rest of the members entered the bedroom.

"Hello," said Namjoon.

"You lied to me!" screamed Jungkook

"I'm sorry, Jungkook. I didn't see any way of getting you to open up," said Hoseok.

"J-Just get out!" screamed Jungkook.

"Jungkook, come on," said Seokjin.

"I said get out!" screamed Jungkook.

"Okay, come on, guys," said Namjoon as he ushered everyone out.

In the sitting room

"Why did we do that?" asked Jimin.

"Right, JK's mad," said Taehyung

"At least we got something out of him," said Yoongi.

Back in the bedroom

"Stupid Hyungs. Why can't they just leave me alone?" said Jungkook.

Jungkook started crying.

"I miss concerts," he cried.
