I Have decided that it would make this book easier to write if it was in first person so I have had to change it. I hope this will make these other chapters published faster.
Elana's point of view
The warm inviting dawn arrives, filling me with warmth and love. The trees wave happily at me, causing a smile on my lips. The lake inviting me in to its cool depths. Alexander stirs, eyes adjusting to the light. He turns and looks at me, his bright blue eyes spindling courage and power. I sigh returning from my enchantment to reality. The trees stare at me, with longing and admiration. There whistling and hoots cheer me on through this tunnel of thought. I have power, I have courage as he does the trees admire me because of it, as I do to Alexander. We have equal strength, courage and power.
I can feel a wave of delight wash over me, a smile spread across my face. Alex stares at me furrowed in thought and confusion, "what is it? Why are you so happy?" He bursts unable to obtain his question. I hiccup with laughter, stumbling from the impact on my ribs, holding myself up against a tree. The giggles spread like a wild fire, we hold each other laughing, tears streaming down our faces. We trip over our feet and find ourselves laying sprawled on the ground giggling uncontrollably. "What is it? Why are you laughing?" He manages through his laughter. "Why are you?" I giggle. He thinks about this for a moment, wiping his tear stained face, returning to his sober self. "I don't know." He replied his face screwed in confusion." Your laugh, it made me laugh, like a fever, spreading through me." He continues, his face full of wonder. The giggling has vanished as if it had never happened, the world goes serious, his face stands out from the surroundings, like the rest of the world is a blur. My eyes fall to his lips, what is this feeling, I have never felt this way before, the way he looks at me, from my eyes, to my lips. I feel a pull, tugging me toward him, I feel the urge to be closer to him, to be in his arms, to have my lips against his.
Thank you guys so much for reading I know that I haven't been updating much but I'm going to try to update every couple of days, maybe I will update more on weekends 😜. Anyway I'm so happy i have got up to 500 and something readers now and I know that isn't very much compared to others but that is a lot for me. So vote and comment.
