::Outgrown love::

Outgrown the love in my heart for you has gotten,
Like a vine's futile attempt to reach the sun.
It knows well that if it get to close it will burn,
But a silly heart in love listens to none.

Is it wrong to want to listen to your voice every passing second?
To want to touch your blue silken hair?
To want to listen to the melodies of your piano?
To want to show you how much I truly care?
· · ─ ·𖥸· ─ · ·
Outgrown the love in my heart for you has gotten,
But can you blame a jasmine for loving the moon?
For the moon is the first thing a jasmine sees after unfurling,
It wishes to convey its love, but it will wilt too soon.
· · ─ ·𖥸· ─ · ·
I looked at the sky, it's still blue,
The ocean, just as deep,
The grass retains its green hue;
But I'm not me without you.
· · ─ ·𖥸· ─ · ·
Outgrown though my love for you may be,
I neither regret nor hate my feelings,
For you are, after all, so lovely,
How could I not have such feelings?
