AFTER THE night at the dance Luna couldn't sleep so she spent most of past few nights sketching and painting while listening to some of her music through her AirPods.

"Have you sleep at all the past few nights?" Sam questions after walking into Luna's room seeing her wiping her forehead with paint covering her hands.

"I couldn't. But I finally finished the painting I have been working on for the past few weeks. Check it out." Luna explains pointing at the canvas that has a well done face painted onto it.

Sam gasps covering her mouth looking at the item of artwork before looking back at Luna getting out of her paint covered clothing and into some of her usual clothes for the day at school knowing her sister is still mad at their dad for embarrassing her in front of Kyler.

"Hey girls. Banana-rama chocolate chip pancakes are up and I got some strawberries for you Lulu." Daniel shouts from downstairs.

"So what are you gonna do?" Luna wonders, "I'm gonna go to school. I'm still mad at him." Sam explains leaving Luna's bedroom and walking downstairs slamming the door closed in the process.

Luna sighs coming downstairs smiling at her father and looking at Anthony in disgust seeing him lathering his pancake with heaps of whipped cream and maple syrup.

"That's disgusting." Luna groans looking at her father sharing the same look of disgust while Anthony shoves the pancake in his mouth even further.

"Okay bye dad. Bye Anthony." Luna calls out leaving the house to head to school for the day.

LUNA WALKS in the school's hallway towards her locker seeing Sam smiling at her waiting for her.

Noticing Aisha walking down the staircase hearing students snorting at her and calling her names.

Luna gestures for Sam to go up to her hoping to keep the two of them friends since what happened at the dance.

Aisha eventually slams her locker and walks away towards her class where more students name call her.

Luna rolls her eyes seeing Kyler sneaking up behind Sam, "Hey, there's my girl." Kyler exclaims loudly making Sam flinch while his arms wrap around her.

"Hey." Sam greets lowly, "Hey, what's wrong?" Kyler questions sounding genuinely concerned, "Nothing." Sam sighs.

"I got the movie tickets." Kyler explains, "You sure I'm not dragging you?" Sam quizzes, "No, it'll be fun." Kyler shrugs.

"You know it's one of those dying-teenager-in-love movies, right?" Sam asks making sure he definitely wants to go.

Luna notices him looking behind her sister towards his friend doing sexual hand movements clearing her throat and looking at the two of them in a pissed off way snapping Kyler out of his smug phase and looking back at Sam.

"Yeah, I love tragic shit." Kyler confirms still noticing Luna glaring at him, "Really?" Sam questions.

"Just promise me you won't tease me if I—like, tear up." Kyler responds making Sam laugh and Luna roll her eyes sending Sam the text message stating they have class.

"Hey, I've gotta get to class. But I'll see you tonight. I can't wait." Sam voices hugging and kissing the boy while Daniel messages both Luna and Sam— mostly Sam trying to apologise for the other night.

"Let's go to class Sam." Luna sighs not looking at Kyler and the two girls walk off into the hallway towards their next class.

SAM AND Luna both stand in the library looking at books to burrow for their studying session.

Overhearing Kyler and some of his friends coming in and interrupting Demetri, Eli and Miguel's free period for studying.

"Invisibility, a distant second would be super speed to run away fast." Demetri voices, "Run away from who?" Kyler interrupts leaning over Eli's chair.

"Whom, it's the object of a preposition. Remember English class.." Bruck's— Kyler's best friend explains seeing said male looking at him confused and annoyed.

"We were just leaving." Miguel states getting up alongside Eli and Demetri only for Kyler to latch onto Eli and grab his face roughly.

"Hey, where you going? Oh. Look at this freak." Kyler voices, "Oh." Brucks chuckles.

"Oh, shit! What kind of girl would ever kiss this shit?" Kyler taunts, "Leave him alone, Kyler." Miguel tiredly demands, "What'd you say?" Kyler mutters shoving Eli out of the way.

"You haven't had enough, 'Rhea? Huh?" Kyler mocks, "Yeah." Miguel sighs being shoved towards the entrance of the library.

"Get the hell out of here, man." Kyler demands, "You don't want this shit." Kyler mutters grabbing a hold of Demetri's bag off his back.

"No. Come on. Not the trash! I just threw a... yogurt in there." Demetri groans while Kyler shoves the bag in the trashcan.

Sam looks at Luna guiltily not knowing about this side of her boyfriend until now.

"Now it's double dip." Kyler utters while Demetri groans picking the bag out of the trashcan with yogurt all over it.

"Oh, that was a burn, Ky." Brucks snickers following behind Kyler like a little puppy.

"Oh... god. Dumb shit. What a bunch of losers." Kyler responds with a laugh walking past the two LaRusso's sisters.

Unaware of them standing there having heard the entire thing, "Dude, I think he was gonna cry." Brucks chuckles leaving the library.

After school Luna drives back to the house to study and finish her painting knowing Sam will probably need someone tonight after her date with her disrespectful boyfriend.

Luna lays in her bed watching a show on her laptop seeing Sam walking into her room without knocking.

Climbing onto her bed and lying beside her sighing in annoyance, "Well we're over. He's such a disrespectful asshole." Sam grunts hearing Luna giggle at her swearing.

"Oh finally Sam. Join the Kyler hate club. Welcome." Luna smiles looking at her sister and offering her some strawberries covered in chocolate.

Sam happily takes before both sisters fall asleep always knowing they're gonna have one another when things get tough.

THE NEXT morning Luna and Sam both wake up smiling at one another.

"You finished it?" Sam questions sitting up seeing the finished artwork sitting on Luna's wall.

"Sure did. Oh! By the way... it's yours." Luna explains with a yawn, "Mine? Seriously?" Sam exclaims seeing Luna smiling at her nodding her head.

"It's all yours. I did it for your room because you said you didn't have any cool artwork." Luna voices with a shrug suddenly being forced backwards in a tight embrace by her sister.

"Thank you Lulu." Sam whispers breaking the hug and taking the painting into her room to let Luna shower and get ready for school.

After her shower and morning routine that involves doing her makeup.

Luna walks into Sam's bedroom seeing her painting already hanging on Sam's wall in the perfect spot.

"Perfect spot for the perfect art piece." Sam says brushing her hair seated at her vanity.

"It sure is." Luna hums looking down the hallway hearing Daniel calling out for them, "Kids... breakfast!" Daniel shouts.

"Are you joining us this morning or are you still mad at dad?" Luna wonders looking at Sam who gets up offering her hand and walking downstairs together.

Daniel and Amanda look up hearing footsteps walking towards the kitchen, "Morning girls." Amanda greets looking at both her daughters.

"Morning mom, dad, Anthony." Luna greets back looking at the lack of breakfast on the table noticing Sam doing the same thing, "What? No banana-rama and strawberry pancakes today?" Sam questions.

"Are you kidding? I'm just about to whip up a batch right now." Daniel states looking at both his daughters smiling at them.

"I thought this wasn't a restaurant." Anthony voices repeating what Daniel said minutes ago.

"Just eat your muffin, okay?" Daniel demands looking at his youngest son.

"Hey, Sam, Lulu. It's gonna be hot again this weekend. Sam, maybe... you uh, wanna invite Kyler back over for a swim?" Daniel questions looking at Sam.

"I don't think Kyler's gonna be around anymore." Sam explains seeing their parents look at each other, "Oh. I'm sorry, honey." Amanda says.

"Uh, that's too bad." Daniel mumbles, "Don't look too excited, Dad." Sam smiles looking at their father.

"What? What excited? Who's excited? What? Excited? This is my sad face," Daniel says pointing to his face looking at his two daughters who laugh.

"It's a very, very sad face." Daniel says hearing Sam chuckle lightly smiling at Luna who huffs relieved at her sister getting rid of Kyler as a boyfriend.

"Oh Mom, Dad. Lulu finished that painting and gave it to me." Sam exclaims happily seeing Amanda and Daniel light up at the mention of Luna's finished artwork.

"That's super cool." Amanda says with a nod while Anthony looks up at Luna.

"How come you've never done anything for me?" Anthony quizzes with a glare.

"Because lil bro, you've never asked me." Luna explains with a shrug, "Well, can you please do one for me?" Anthony huffs.

"Yes, tell me what you want done or give me some ideas and I'll get started on it." Luna voices looking at her little brother who nods happily.

"Bye dad. Have fun at the dealership." said girl says watching her father gather his belongings and leave the house.

While the others finish their breakfast and go to school for the day doing their usual routine days.
