RUSHING DOWNSTAIRS with paint covered clothing searching the kitchen for her sketchbook since she left it downstairs earlier.

"You all good honey?" Amanda wonders walking inside from watering the garden beds by the dojo and pool.

"Huh? Oh yeah just searching for... this!" Luna voices holding the book in the air smiling at her mother.

While practically sprinting back up the staircase to spend most of her morning relaxed and in the artsy zone in her bedroom.

Luna smiles coming downstairs the next day after spending yesterday in her room painting and practicing her swings for her boxing teacher.

Luna hums grabbing some snacks before leaving the house for school seeing Sam's car not in the driveway meaning her sister's already at school.

Sam smiles seeing Luna placing her notebooks in her locker, "Hey Sam. Hey Luna." Miguel greets smiling at the sisters.

"Hey Miguel." Luna responds, "Hey." Sam smiles, "Hey. I didn't realise this was your locker." Miguel utters seeing Luna squint in confusion.

"Yup. That's me." Sam chuckles looking at the boy, "Yeah, anyways, glad I ran into you. Um, I've been thinking about you a lot lately," Miguel explains confusing both Sam and Luna even more.

"Um... I mean, not a lot a lot. Just the normal amount that someone would think about someone else," Miguel rambles nervously, "Are you okay?" Sam questions.

"Yeah. Um... I mean, I was. Do you want to go out on a date with me?" Miguel quizzes anxiously.

"Oh," Sam mumbles looking at Luna unsure, "Um... Miguel, that's really sweet. I mean... I would like to. But with everything that happened with Kyler, I'm kind of taking a break from dating right now." Sam responds.

"Yeah. No. I get it." Miguel nods trying to hide his embarrassment with a smile, "But I'll see you in class?" Sam suggests with a smile.

"Yeah. Perfect. Okay, see you in class. Bye Luna." Miguel utters walking away from them.

Luna looks at Sam and puts her hand in the air counting on her fingers.

"3, 2, 1 and his turning around." Luna comments smiling at Sam, "What if it's not a date?" Miguel exclaims as a suggestion.

"What if it's just two people... hanging out at the same place. Having fun separately... but together?" Miguel inquires seeing Sam look at him with a squint.

"That sounds like a date." Luna shrugs looking at her friend and sister, "Really?" Miguel mutters facing Sam once again.

"It wouldn't be a date." Miguel states, "If it's not a date... then I guess it sounds like it could be fun." Sam responds with a nod.

"Great! What about tonight?" Miguel questions cheerfully, "Pick me up at eight." Sam demands gently.

"Yeah. Totally... okay. Yeah. Ooh! I have a bike." Miguel groans hearing Luna giggle stood beside her sister.

"Uh, okay. Then I'll pick you up." Sam confidently finalises, "Okay, yeah." Miguel smiles walking away from the two sisters while Luna shriek in excitement for her sister playfully shoving her shoulder.

"Looks like the princess might've definitely found her prince charming!" Luna exclaims with a giggle.

Sam sighs in relief and closing her locker to walk towards their next few classes before they head home.

"Now, all we need is for you to find your prince charming. So he can sweep you off your feet." Sam responds.

"Mhm. Nope. Not interested in dating at the moment." Luna shrugs walking into the classroom and taking notes that the teacher has left on the board ahead of them.

LUNA SITS in her bedroom typing away on her laptop looking up certain painting designs and saving them for future inspiration.

Sam grabs her keys and pecking her head into Luna's bedroom waving goodbye.

"Bye! Have fun. Oh and be safe!" Luna calls out hearing Sam laugh down the hallway.

Luna sighs looking at her vanity where her makeup and hair accessories are sitting.

Said girl scoffs getting off her bed and grabbing her bikini from her drawer set changing into it to go for a night swim to try and ease her thoughts about painting and boxing.

After doing a few laps and holding her breath under water, Luna floats around on top of the water for a while looking at the stars in the sky.

Unaware of her father getting home from the board meeting looking at his daughter confused.

"Lulu? Aren't you cold?" Daniel exclaims seeing Luna look over at him and paddle with her hands and legs shaking her head.

"Nope. The water feels nice and it also helps me relax." Luna explains hearing Daniel sigh while a smile breaks through his lips.

Luna shrieks seeing her father jumping into the water and immediately start splashing her.

Which captures Amanda's attention in the house smiling at the father-daughter duo laughing loudly amongst each other.

Eventually getting out of the pool and making their way inside to sleep for the night since it's quite late.

Luna sighs in comfort lying in her comfortable bed hearing Sam sneak back inside seeing Luna's fairy lights on.

"You awake Lulu?" Sam whispers pecking through the door, "Yeah." Luna confirms seeing Sam happily skip towards her bed with red crimson cheeks.

"Oh my god! No way! You two kissed? So much for not a date." Luna giggles using her fingers in quotation at the not a date part seeing Sam smile happily.

"I really like him, Lulu." Sam mumbles looking at Luna laid beside her on her pillow.

"Good. He'll treat you better than Kyler ever did." Luna responds bopping Sam's nose.

While releasing a yawn suddenly feeling sleep calling her name alongside Sam who catches the yawn.

"Anyways, goodnight Lulu." Sam tiredly voices, "Goodnight, Sammy." Luna responds while Sam closes her bedroom door quietly.

Luna eventually finds herself joining slumber land within five minutes of relaxing in the comfort of her bed.

Waking up in the early hours of the morning feeling a sudden urge to continue her painting she's doing for herself with different sorts of paints.

Sam walks into Luna's room seeing said girl on her floor covered in lilac purple paint and other various paints seeing the painting of someone's face coming along.

"That's awesome Lulu." Sam smiles while Luna looks up at her sister smiling at her.

"Can you help me lift this up?" Luna asks gesturing to the huge canvas.

"Of course." Sam nods helping Luna lift the canvas from her floor and placing it in the corner of her room out of harms way.

"Want to go to the mall?" Luna wonders picking up her car keys seeing Sam immediately start nodding.

Following after her to her vehicle to spend the day together like they have been doing a couple times in the last few months.
