LUNA RUNS down the stairs noticing Sam and Anthony sitting on the couch together in their own worlds.

Luna, Sam and Anthony's heads snap at the sound of the doorbell signalling their grandmother's arrival.

"Grandma!" Anthony exclaims running towards the door and opening it.

"Hey cutie. Give me a hug!" Lucille demands bringing said boy in for a tight embrace while Luna and Sam stand together with a smile on their faces.

"Oh. Sammie. Lully... when are you both gonna stop getting so pretty?" Lucille voices tightly hugging the two sisters who both hug back.

"There are those baby browns! Get over here!" Lucille demands seeing Daniel walking down the staircase.

"Hey, Ma." Daniel greets hugging his mother while she kisses him on the cheek.

Luna sits at the table outside inhaling the scent of the food being cooked on the barbecue by Louie and her father.

"You know, it's bad enough that this monster is teaching kids, now he's somehow convinced the All Valley Board to let Cobra Kai back into the tournament." Daniel voices explaining the whole meeting the other day and Cobra Kai— Daniel's enemy Johnny Lawrence has reopened for the kids of the valley.

"Oh. That's horrible. They can't let them back. Oh. They're nothing but a bunch of bullies." Lucille mutters.

While Luna sips on her orange juice anxiously knowing her best friend and Sam's boyfriend are members of that dojo.

"They can't all be bullies, right?" Sam wonders sharing the same thoughts that Luna has.

"Trust me, sweetheart. You don't know the half of it. Those Cobra jerks made my little boy's life miserable. Tell them how they pushed you down that hill." Lucille suggests looking at her son.

"They've already heard it, Ma." Daniel states while Amanda walks out from the main house with food.

"I thought it was a cliff?" Anthony questions aloud confused receiving a glance from his father in response.

"Pasta salad?" Amanda wonders mixing the salad beside Sam and Luna.

"Oh. No, thank you. I don't like that prepackaged stuff from the store." Lucille responds with a shudder.

"Oh. Well... I would've made some. But I got home late from the dealership." Amanda voices sitting between her two daughters dishing them up some pasta salad that Luna happily digs into feeling the tension between her mother and grandmother heating up.

"Oh... no. That's okay. I get it. It's tough being a working mom. But at least you have a partner." Lucille states looking at Amanda.

Daniel walks over to the table placing some sausages and different various food items on the table for everyone to dish up capturing his mother's attention.

"Remember how I used to come home from work and then started cooking from scratch?" Lucille asks slightly mocking Amanda.

Luna sighs biting into a sausage watching her mother looking at Daniel and Louie breaking the lid of a bottle on the back of a chair.

"Yeah, Ma." Daniel hums sitting down at the table, "You know, that son of a bitch has a lot of nerve entering the tournament. Especially after everything he's done to you and you fixed his car for free. I don't know, man. I say we get the car back. You know... I could find out where he lives." Louie rambles looking at Daniel.

"Dad, what if Cobra Kai has changed? I mean, there's some kids from my school who are in it. And it doesn't automatically make them bad, right?" Luna questions.

"Please. Cobra Kai will never change. Promise me you stay away from the kids who are associated with it. That goes for both of you. All right?" Daniel demands looking at both Sam and Luna who both suck in deep breaths before starting to eat again.

Lucille sits up looking at Luna, "So Lully, how's your painting going?" Lucille questions.

Luna clears her throat placing her fork down onto the table, "It's going really well, Grandma. Maybe I could show you some of my designs later?" Luna suggests seeing Lucille light up at the suggestion.

"It would be an honour honey." Lucille states with a nod watching her granddaughter sip on some more water and fidget with the cake on her plate not really wanting the dessert.

"Hey. I've heard you've gotten back into karate." Lucille voices looking at her son.

"Yeah. It had been too long. There's this kid Robby who works at the dealership... we train together, Ma. I tell you; I just didn't realize I missed it so much. Missed him so much." Daniel explains.

"Mr Miyagi. He was so good to us." Lucille responds, "Oh, Ma. The best." Daniel mumbles sadly.

Amanda walks out from the house after taking a business call, "Well, I just got a call from the dealership. Sheila just said that a couple sketchy guys rolled up on motorcycles looking for Louie." Amanda states looking at the male who looks up hearing his name while facing Daniel.

"Oh, yeah. I forgot to tell you. I met these bikers when I was at the auto convention in Vegas. We got hammered at the Palms, man. We were drinking boilermakers. It was a sick time. Anyway, uh, long story short... when they found out who I was, we came up with this great idea. LaRusso Luxury Motorcycles." Louie explains.

Luna and Sam roll their eyes together smirking at each other since their eye roll was in sync, "What are you talking about?" Amanda quizzes.

"Relax. I just said we'd start with four. And then work our way from there." Louie responds with a shrug.

"Louie, what did I say about using my name to make deals?" Daniel interjects slightly annoyed.

"I'm sorry, cuz. I'll make it up to you. I promise." Louie states hearing Daniel groan annoyed.

"Where have we heard that before?" Amanda taunts also annoyed, "Hey, be nice. He just made a mistake." Lucille responds looking at Amanda.

"A mistake is forgetting to lock up work. Which he has done several times. This is interfering with our business. So just stay out of it... just stay out of it." Amanda voices.

"'Stay out of it'. Yeah. That's a very nice way to talk to your mother-in-law." Lucille mutters, "Ma, she didn't mean it that way." Daniel sighs.

"No. No. I meant it that way, okay? Because if it wasn't for her... we never would've hired Louie in the first place." Amanda snaps gesturing to Lucille sitting beside Anthony and Daniel.

"Amanda." Daniel voices trying to calm down the situation while the kids are seated at the table.

Luna sighs knowing an argument was going to be started at this family dinner retrieving her phone from her pocket Luna responds to text messages and looks at some inspirational paintings tuning out the arguing adults around her.

"Hey!" Louie exclaims offended, "He's family. And you always take care of family!" Lucille responds pointing at Louie.

"We do take care of family! Because not only did we hire Louie. We also host Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter.." Amanda snaps listing off different holidays unaware of Sam and Luna both sighing already over the family dinner.

"Host? Oh, come on! It's easy to host when everything is catered." Lucille responds.

Amanda gasps growing more and more angry with her husband's mother, "Ma. Ma." Daniel states shaking his head.

"Is this about the pasta salad? What do you want, Lucille? Whatever you want. I will go into that kitchen and I will make it right now." Amanda mutters standing up angrily.

"No. Forget it." Lucille responds, "If you're going to the kitchen... I'll take another Yoo-hoo." Anthony suggests holding up his drink earning annoyed scoffs off both Luna and Sam.

"Oh my god, Anthony! You make everything worse." Sam comments, "Shut up." Anthony responds seeing Luna looking up from her phone wide-eyed.

"Hey, don't say shut up." Daniel demands while the table erupts in chaos.

Luna curses under her breath getting up from the table and walking inside looking back seeing her father looking at her worriedly.

AFTER ESCAPING the dinner war, Luna sits in her bedroom gently patting the canvas and tracing some patterns onto the blank canvas hearing her phone ringing on her bed seeing Eli's contact name.

"So you're telling me your sensei made you run from dogs and you ended up being bitten?" Luna repeats confused seeing Eli nodding through the FaceTime icon on her phone.

"It was awesome!" Eli exclaims noticing Luna screwing up her face overhearing the arguing downstairs.

"You okay?" Eli questions confused, "My house is like World war III right now." Luna responds with a deep sigh.

"Oh, no. That's not good. What's going on?" Eli frowns worried for the sake of his best friend.

"It's my mom and my grandma. You know how they just go at each other sometimes. Sam and I are probably gonna end up being the peace negotiators all weekend." Luna mutters noticing Eli yawning.

"Go to sleep E. You've had a big day. I'll be fine." Luna smiles hiding the hurt behind a fake smile.

"Alright. Night Lun." Eli responds before ending the phone call oblivious to the pain Luna's currently experiencing due to feeling the change of their friendship.

Luna paces back and forth dipping her paintbrush in the paint, "Lulu, I really need you out here. Sam's coming downstairs too but your mom and grandma are about to kill each other. Come on." Daniel demands gently not wanting to make Luna mess up her painting.

"Sure. I'll be right there." Luna responds with a soft smile following after her father seeing Sam waiting at the bottom of the stairs for her noticing the paint covered clothing.

Eventually the arguing stops and everyone goes their separate ways, some to bed.

Luna and Sam return to their bedrooms to study and continue painting praying for the peace to last for the night.

THE NEXT afternoon after painting for half of the night Luna floats on her back in the pool with Sam seated in one of the lounge chairs taking in the sun.

"Hey. I'm gonna head inside. My laptops gonna die. You all good?" Sam questions snapping Luna out of her floating daydream.

"Yeah... I'm good. Just enjoying the peacefulness." Luna laughs while Sam nods walking inside.

Luna inhales dunking her head under the water before pulling herself out of the pool unaware of the male entering the backyard in search of her father.

The male stops in his step seeing Luna laid out on the lounge chair sunbathing with sunglasses covering her eyes.

Said male looks her up and down finding her incredibly beautiful before turning around and walking into the bamboo wind chimes alerting the relaxed brunette who sits up with a polite smile.

"Oh, hey. I take it you're here looking for my father?" Luna greets with a smile standing up and walking towards the male.

"Yeah. He's been training me back here in the dojo." the male responds with a friendly smile.

"Well then, Sam and I should be thanking you. Our father tried roping us into it." Luna responds.

"So you must be one of the daughters he talks about all the time." the young male wonders with a laugh.

"I would hope so! I'm Luna." Luna states, "Robby." Robby responds still in adoration of Luna's beauty.

"Oh, look at this. My current student and one of my former student. You know, if you want to join us, Lulu, there's still time." Daniel offers looking at Luna who smiles looking at the time on her phone.

"As tempting as that sounds... Sam and I are actually going to the mall with Mom and Grandma." Luna explains.

"Oh. That's good. Just text me if there's any bloodshed." Daniel responds receiving a laugh from his daughter.

"We're taking two separate cars. Mom and I are going in mine and Sam's taking Grandma. Speaking of I should probably head inside and get ready." Luna voices.

"That's a good idea Lulu." Daniel confirms, "It was nice meeting you Robby. Bye Dad, I love you." Luna says walking into the house leaving a stunned Robby stood beside her father.

"Robby, give me a hand with this. We're gonna take the SUV." Daniel demands softly.

Luna rushes back outside forgetting her bikini cover up, "Oh, Robby? Good luck with the tree." Luna winks before walking back inside upstairs to her room with a smile on her face.

"What's got you so happy?" Sam questions sitting on Luna's bed, "Oh nothing." Luna responds running her hand in her hair before motioning downstairs since she's ready to go shopping for the day.

"We'll meet you there. Come on Mom!" Luna states while Amanda follows her daughter out of the house towards her car.

"You're extra chirp this afternoon. What's going on?" Amanda questions.

"Nothing. I just met Robby." Luna explains seeing Amanda smirking at her.

"Oh. You met him? How'd you like him?" Amanda wonders looking at her daughter in the drivers seat.

"Friendly and good looking." Luna shrugs not looking at her mom at the last part already knowing she'll have a huge teasing smile on her face.

"Aw. My little girl has a crush!" Amanda laughs seeing Luna shaking her head and pulling into the mall seeing Sam and their grandmother finding a park also.

"Let's do this and promise not to fight one another." Luna demands looking between the two adults who sigh and nod in agreement.

Before walking ahead of the two sisters who fist bump and wink at each other knowing their plan is going well for the moment.

AFTER SPENDING the afternoon at the mall Luna, Sam and their mother and grandmother arrive home agreeing to make dinner with each other tonight.

Luna and Sam both walk downstairs seeing Daniel and Robby standing in the kitchen.

Daniel looking at his wife and mother standing together without fighting.

"You owe us big time." Sam whispers standing beside their father.

"How did you two do it? Hey! You know what? I don't even care." Daniel smiles looking at his two daughters.

"I'm hungry. Hey, you hungry? You want to stay for dinner?" Daniel questions looking at Robby— who is looking at Luna stood beside Sam mixing up different salads.

"Uh, sure. Yeah. Thanks." Robby confirms seeing Luna smiling at him accepting the offer, "Hey, Ma. Where's Louie?" Daniel asks.

"Uh, he said he couldn't make it tonight." Lucille responds while Daniel pours himself a glass of red wine.

"Keeps getting better." Daniel mumbles seeing Luna laugh lowly at something Sam said beside her before gesturing outside because it's such a nice night.

While dishing up different plates of food, Luna sits beside Robby handing him a glass of coca-cola listening in while her father and said boy tell them about today's lesson.

"You had to have fallen off more than once." Sam voices seated beside Luna who's sipping on her glass of coca-cola looking at Robby agreeing with her sister.

"Oh amen to that." Luna responds pointing at Sam who laughs, "I slipped once. But... you know, I caught myself and climbed back up. So that doesn't count." Robby explains.

"No. That totally counts as falling!" Luna exclaims with a laugh, Robby looks at Luna taking in her beauty.

Which Sam notices smiling to herself also seeing the sparkle in Luna's eyes while she looks at the young male.

"You got to tell them about the handstand," Robby voices looking at Daniel, "I almost did it this time. I was this close." Daniel responds.

"No, you didn't." Amanda gasps not believing her husband, "It was incredible." Robby voices smiling.

"How much did he pay you to stay that?" Luna smirks taking a mouthful of food smiling at the male.

"Don't start with that." Robby laughs pointing his fork at the brunette who laughs shaking her head in disbelief.

Before finishing her dinner and eating her dessert her mother dishes her with a peck on the forehead.

Luna giggles to herself at the memories of the previous dinner walking into her bedroom seeing Sam sitting on her bed smirking at her.

"What?" Luna frowns confused, "You've got a crush." Sam giggles feeling Luna launch a pillow at her body.

"No! I don't!" Luna denies before settling down and sitting beside Sam.

"Don't worry Lulu. I think he feels the same way." Sam states walking out of Luna's bedroom.

Leaving Luna alone with her thoughts of a certain teenage boy who makes her feel all giddy and sparkly inside.
