IT'S BEEN almost three weeks since Luna, Robby and Sam were kicked out of the roller rink for something they didn't start. Despite their hatred for the Nichols girl.
Luna and Robby along with Samantha run the Miyagi-Do training since their father has returned to work beside Amanda wanting to work on their marriage since their argument a few weeks ago.
Luna drives Robby and herself to the beach to do some of the exercises and also to spend some time with her boyfriend due to being unable to recently since they've been so busy training and helping the other dojo members learn new techniques.
Luna exhales and relaxes into the sand below her feet with Robby behind her doing the same using their arms to balance out the meditation techniques involved in Miyagi-Do karate.
Luna giggles misplacing her footing and falling into the sand bringing Robby down with her immediately smirking at him leading the male to connect their lips with a small smile on both of their faces.
"Sorry about my anger these past few weeks." Luna says after they pull their lips away from each other.
"It's fine Lu. I understand your anger completely." Robby responds wrapping his arms around the brunette girls waist before standing up first and then helping Luna out of the sand so they can head back home to shower the sand off their bodies.
"You know. We can't exactly get in my car full of sand." Luna states wiggling her eyebrows and taking off her singlet leaving her in her short booty shorts and training bra.
"Oh yeah? What do you have in mind?" Robby asks chuckling, "This." Luna states running into the water behind them giggling loudly.
Robby doesn't waste anytime following after his girlfriend leaving the couple splashing each other and tackling one another into the nice refreshing water.
Luna looks at Robby with the softest look on her face wrapping her arms around the males neck connecting their lips once again in a shared embrace with each other.
Eventually breaking apart with blushing cheeks before walking to the girls vehicle parked in the parking lot.
Robby gently passes Luna one of the beach towels in the backseat of her car.
"Thank you." Luna says drying herself and getting into the driver's seat of the car seeing Robby placing the towel on the seat to avoid wet car seats.
Luna smiles starting the ignition and making sure the air conditioning is perfect along with the perfect song is placing from her phone before beginning their drive back to the house to shower and relax for the rest of the day unless something comes up.
Robby watches Luna singing along to the lyrics of the song playing from her cars bluetooth.
"I think we should tell your parents about us." Robby suggests breaking the silence after a while.
"Are you sure? I mean, I'm fine with it. But are you?" Luna quizzes stopping at one of the red lights looking at the Keene male now who begins nodding eagerly at his recent suggestion.
"I want them to know about us." Robby states confidence in his tone.
"Okay. We'll tell them about us." Luna utters smiling at her boyfriend before focusing on the road ahead of them driving in the neighbourhood of her house pulling into the driveway and parking her car in her usual parking space beside Sam's vehicle.
Robby smiles lacing his hand with Luna's as they walk into the house from their previous training session on the beach.
"So, you ready to tell my parents about us?" Luna asks grabbing two cold water bottles from the fridge for both of them.
Robby leans forward pecking her lips in a desperate kiss eventually breaking the romantic gesture.
"Now I am." Robby responds with a smile following Luna into the living room seeing Shannon— Robby's mother sitting on the couch beside her mom and dad.
"Mom?" Robby questions confused seeing the woman seated in front of him, "Um. Let's give Shannon and Robby some space. Come on Lulu." Amanda suggests.
Luna nods in response sending Robby a sympathetic smile before walking upstairs to freshen up and wash her hair.
Sam walks into Luna's bedroom seeing Luna walk out from her bathroom running a brush through her medium-long hair, "So, Robby's mom?" Sam quizzes breaking the silence after a while.
"Robby's mom." Luna confirms sitting at her vanity beginning her skincare, "Oo, is that a new product?" Sam asks noticing the box packaging Luna's unboxing.
"Yeah. Moon suggested it so I'm giving it a whirl." Luna responds with a shrug.
"Cool. Let me know how it goes." Sam suggests walking towards Luna's bedroom door before turning around watching Luna rub the moisturiser into her face and neck.
"Oh and Lulu, don't worry. Robby's not going anywhere." Sam says gently leaving the brunette alone with her thoughts.
✹
A FEW nights later, Luna sits on her bed designing some new designs in her notebook for upcoming paintings looking up hearing a knock on her bedroom seeing her mom peaking her head in wearing a stunning light red dress.
"Oh Mom. You look beautiful." Luna says closing her notebook and giving Amanda her full attention.
"Oh thank you, honey." Amanda responds sitting beside Luna since she's already spoken to Sam minutes prior.
"Hey. Just so you know, your father and I are going out later." Amanda explains.
"Let me guess. Lobster night at the country club?" Luna quizzes with a smirk.
"Wow. We're not that predictable, are we? For your information, he is taking me out to dinner and dancing." Amanda responds motioning to her outfit, "That's cute and sounds fun." Luna giggles.
"Yeah. What about you? Oh. Let me guess... drawing up designs all night and forgetting to eat?" Amanda wonders, "I'm not that predictable, am I?" Luna mumbles.
"Hmm. Well look, whatever you do... have fun and I can't wait to see some of your new designs." Amanda states gently placing her hand under Luna's chin looking at her adoptive daughter lovingly.
"Thanks, Mom. There's some new paintings in the studio... if you or dad want to have a look at them." Luna explains, "We'll have a look later." Amanda confirms leaving Luna's bedroom.
Five minutes later, Sam bursts into the girls room with a confident look on her face.
"Party at Moon's. Let's go, Robby's in." Sam demands looking at Luna's shocked face.
"Okay, yeah. I'm down." Luna nods in confirmation standing up grimacing at the outfit she's currently wearing quickly changing into a sundress and cute sneakers meeting Sam and Robby downstairs.
Robby stares at his girlfriend in absolute adoration while Sam smirks seeing the sparkling stars in the boys eyes, "You look stunning." Robby stammers checking out Luna more.
"Well, thank you. You look handsome as ever too." Luna responds taking the boys hand and walking outside.
Sam leads them to her car since she agreed to drive the three of them there knowing Demetri and some of the others are meeting them there.
Sam parks her car on the nature strip outside Moon's house noticing the people standing around outside and hearing the laughter and booming voices inside.
"Well, this is a party alright." Luna mumbles suddenly feeling exposed in the dress she's wearing.
Robby notices the look of fear on Luna's face and gently laces their fingers together silently telling her he's always gonna be beside her.
Luna smiles grateful for Robby before snapping back into realisation what happened a few nights ago with his mother.
"Sure you're up for this? With your mom and everything?" Luna questions wanting to make sure Robby's doing okay since the two of them haven't really had much alone time since their time spent at the beach together.
"Yeah. Definitely. I could use a distraction." Robby responds looking at his girlfriend with a small smile on his face receiving one back in return.
"There's a lot of people out here already." Chris voices walking beside Sam and the others towards the front door of the house belonging to Moon.
"Yeah. I guess Moon must've invited other kids from school." Sam responds climbing up the stairwell footpath.
"I only brought Trivial Pursuit. If I'd known there'd be this many people... I would've brought Balderdash." Demetri states.
"Dem, I don't think anyone will be playing any board games at a party with possible alcohol around." Luna states hearing the boy scoff in response.
Robby and Luna lead the Miyagi-Do members into the party, Luna smiles at a few people greeting her since she's best friends with the parties host she's also well known at school.
"Oh crap." Sam quietly mutters looking at Luna coming to a stop beside Robby noticing Cobra Kai sitting on the couch glaring at them.
"You've got to be kidding me." Luna scoffs seeing Hawk scowling at her from the sofa sitting beside Aisha and Mitch.
Miguel and Tory walk in from the backyard laughing about something.
"Oh." Miguel mumbles looking at Sam shocked, "Let's go." Tory voices purposefully shoving into Luna's shoulder before walking off into another part of the house.
"Bitch." Luna snarls watching the retreating figures of Miguel and Tory.
"Sam! Luna! I'm so glad you girls came!" Moon exclaims hugging Luna tightly and smiling at Sam.
"Kegs are out back... drinks are in the kitchen and the vegan pigs in a blanket just got out of the oven." Moon explains.
"Moon, you never said anything about inviting Cobra Kai." Sam responds looking at Hawk, Chris and Aisha still sitting on the sofa glaring at them.
"Well, I figured with summer ending and school starting back up, we could stop all fighting and be friends again." Moon suggests, "It's wishful thinking." Sam utters in response.
"Sam, trust me. Get rid of all this negative energy. Clear your chakras and have some fun." Moon demands walking away to greet some more guests.
"I mean... I'm down for some fun. Come on Robs." Luna states grabbing her boyfriends hand walking off into the kitchen to grab a drink of soda— knowing Robby doesn't drink so she won't either.
"Baby, you can drink." Robby states seeing the coca-cola in Luna's hands.
"Maybe later. Right now I'm happy with this." Luna responds gesturing to the soda.
"Okay, Lu." Robby smiles feeling a glare on the back of his head when they enter the living room again to walk out into the backyard to greet others.
"Ignore him. You're mine." Luna explains knowing Hawk's the one glaring at Luna and Robby's locked hands.
"I'm yours? God, you're so hot." Robby groans throwing his head back making the brunette giggle.
"Damn right... you're mine." Luna smirks running her hands down Robby's chest hearing him suck in a deep breath.
"Okay. Maybe you don't need any alcohol." Robby chuckles, "Me alcohol? No never. This is just who I am. Why am I making you uncomfortable?" Luna questions suddenly feeling bad.
"God no, Lu. If anything you're making me nervous." Robby responds grabbing Luna's hand once again and replacing them on his chest absolutely loving the feeling of her running her hands all over him.
"Good. If I ever become too much. Please let me know." Luna demands.
"Of course. And you're mine too." Robby states firmly kissing Luna's lips passionately immediately making them break into a hot make-out session.
"Drink, drink, drink!" multiple shouting voices chant confusing Luna and Robby who pull away from one another suddenly feeling extremely turned on from one another's presence.
"What is that?" Luna wonders walking towards the chanting seeing Tory and another male standing on stools gulping down plastic cups of alcohol.
Said male falls after a while landing harshly on the ground below them.
Luna winces alongside Robby who's watching just as confused.
"Winner and still champion, Tory!" Miguel shouts cheering for his girlfriend.
"Hey, you okay?" Luna asks noticing Sam joining them outside.
"Well, look who it is. Maybe you'd like to play a little game? Or are tea parties more your speed, princess? What about you Lulu?" Tory taunts.
"No thanks. I don't owe you anything." Luna responds earning a glare off the dirty blonde girl.
"Just give me a cup." Sam orders looking at Tory smirking at her, "All right. New game." Tory exclaims alerting the surrounding partygoers.
Robby, Luna and Miguel all share the same looks with another suddenly feeling like this will get out of hand.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" Luna questions following her sister towards the stool.
"What? You don't think I can beat her? Think you're better than me Luna?" Sam taunts shocking Luna at how rude she's being.
"It's not that. Believe me... I just don't think alcohol is the way to fix your problems or make future ones. But go ahead. Be my fucking guest." Luna mutters.
Luna angrily walks inside leaving behind Sam and Robby— who watches his girlfriend not knowing if he should follow her or not.
Not wasting anytime the crowd begin chanting around them repeating the word drink.
Moon notices Luna angrily walk back into the house and gestures for her to come over to the group she's with since Luna also knows them.
"You okay?" Moon quizzes, "Yeah. I'm okay. Nothing to worry about." Luna responds smiling at the brunette who nods in understanding.
Luna and Moon soon begin talking to the males surrounding them with smiles on their faces oblivious to Hawk looking at the both of them sadly.
Luna looks over at the doorway noticing someone she never thought she'd see again since he moved away a few months ago.
"Atlas?" Luna exclaims shocked, "Luna Azalea-LaRusso. How are you?" Atlas greets hugging the brunette.
"I'm good. How about you? What are you doing back?" Luna questions.
"I'm good now. My family and I moved back. Moon here invited me to this get together. But I'm not realising it's a party." Atlas explains smirking at Moon who shrugs.
"Dude, you wouldn't have came if I mentioned the word party." Moon states.
"That was the old me. However, this me is much more of a party person." Atlas explains while Moon excuses herself seeing Piper— her girlfriend has arrived finally.
"So, are you still doing boxing?" Luna asks, "Uh. Kind of. It's more of a side activity at the moment." Atlas responds.
"Atlas, my man!" Hawk exclaims doing a handshake with the male he's known for a while now.
"Hawk. Hey man!" Atlas greets taking note of Luna's panicked face at the arrival of the Moskowitz boy.
"Lulu, how are you?" Hawk taunts facing the brunette, "I was good and now I'm questioning why I'm talking to you still." Luna mutters.
"Chill pretty girl. I haven't done anything." Hawk smirks, "It was nice seeing you again Atlas. But I'm gonna go find my boyfriend." Luna states, "See you soon, Luna." Atlas responds with a smug smile.
✹
AFTER TAKING a minute to calm down over Hawk's taunting her and seeing someone she use to be incredibly close with during boxing classes— now guessing he's a member of Cobra Kai.
Luna walks out into the backyard from the kitchen door seeing Tory go down and Sam mutter something to her.
Which results in Tory pushing Miguel away and rushing inside claiming she needs to clean up.
Luna sips on the plastic cup of alcohol she made herself before coming outside.
"Hey gorgeous." Robby says walking towards the brunette girl who's clearly stressed.
"Hello handsome." Luna responds with a smirk feeling slightly tipsy due to the strong mix of alcohol she's drinking.
"You okay Lu?" Robby questions taking notice of her swaying, "I'm great." Luna responds sipping on the alcohol.
"Oh shit. We should probably go find Sam... she's had too much alcohol tonight." Robby suggests, "Do you like Sam?" Luna bluntly asks feeling vulnerable.
"Friend wise yeah. Lu, baby... I like you and only you." Robby states firmly helping the girl walk inside spotting Sam pouring herself more alcohol— most likely more vodka.
"Then why do you care so much about her and not me?" Luna frowns and giggles when she hiccups.
"Ooo, I'm drunk." Luna exclaims wide eyed, "Yes, you sure are. Come on, gorgeous." Robby orders gently walking towards Sam.
Luna stands close to Robby's chest latching onto him suddenly feeling extremely dizzy and nauseous.
"Make the room stop spinning. Please." Luna begs through a whimper.
"I will soon, baby. I promise." Robby states looking at the slumped figure of his girlfriend.
"Oh crap." Luna gags rushing off leaving Robby and Sam in the kitchen.
Sam still pouring herself more vodka and Robby watching Luna running off covering her mouth towards the nearest bathroom.
Robby doesn't look at Sam rushing off after Luna knowing she'll spend most of the next few minutes throwing up.
Luna heaves into the toilet bowl of Moon's bedroom knowing her best friend and former ex girlfriend won't mind Luna being in there.
"That's it. Get it all out." Robby soothes pulling Luna's hair from her face just as Luna launches herself back into the toilet bowl throwing up the last bit of vodka and tequila in her stomach.
Said girl groans falling onto the floor of the bathroom exhausted, "I'm sorry." Luna mumbles watching Robby flush the toilet unfazed over dealing with his girls vomit.
"Don't apologise baby. You're okay." Robby sighs, "Hawk and Atlas got to me." Luna whimpers in annoyance.
"Who's Atlas?" Robby frowns helping the girl stand and exit the bathroom since she's finished throwing up and now she's just tired and thirsty due to the taste of vomit in her mouth.
"Atlas was a old friend of mine from boxing classes. Not anymore though. He's in Cobra Kai." Luna explains taking the glass of water off the male as soon as he offers it to her taking small sips getting rid of the putrid taste in her mouth.
"Oh. I'm sorry baby." Robby responds feeling a little jealous over the fact one of Luna's old friends returning and of course Hawk still being after his girlfriend.
Luna frowns hearing Demetri's voice through the speakers, "Excuse me!" Demetri exclaims into the microphone making it screech loudly with feedback.
Luna winces holding onto her ears beside Robby who's just as confused.
"I'd like to make a toast. To Eli Moskowitz," Demetri states receiving murmurs asking who that person is.
"Oh. I'm sorry. Some of you might know him as Hawk. But underneath that crazy clown cosplay and whatever type of Manic Panic he dumps in his hair. He's still good old Eli— my binary brother." Demetri explains looking directly at Hawk glaring at him.
Hawk stands beside Atlas, Aisha and Mitch, "Who the fuck does this kid think he is?" Atlas mutters looking at Hawk— glaring at Demetri with a clenched jaw.
"Well... he was my binary brother and he was also Luna's best friend. Hey Luna?" Demetri states looking directly at the exhausted brunette stood beside her boyfriend.
"Dem, this isn't..." Luna says trying to stop this from happening, "You know what he is now? A real zero." Demetri interrupts in his zone of sticking up for himself since Hawk poured his drink over him earlier during the day.
The crowd of partygoers erupt in laughter, "All right. That's enough, Demetri!" Hawk warns growing annoyed.
"Don't let that angry red hairdo fool you. He's a big softie. We watched every Harry Potter movie together and he bawled like a baby when Dobby died. All cuddled up into Luna like a scared baby." Demetri taunts avoiding eye contact with Luna knowing she'll be getting angry at him.
Robby looks at Luna's fists unclenching and clenching lacing his hand with hers to stop her from punching someone or worse cutting into her palm with her fresh long nails.
"All right. If he doesn't shut up... I'm going to shut him up." Hawk utters in pure anger looking at Atlas and Mitch.
"Remember what Sensei said about showing mercy." Mitch responds while noticing Atlas's scowl set upon Robby and Luna— now seeing who her boyfriend is.
Luna looks around since Demetri continues his speech trying to embarrass Hawk.
"In the words of Eli's hero, Steve Jobs: I've got one more thing. Have any of you heard of sleep enuresis?" Demetri questions with a smirk directed straight at Hawk who shakes his head.
"Come on Dem, this isn't mature!" Luna exclaims trying to stop a fight for starting.
Hawk looks at the brunette shocked at hearing her trying to stop Demetri from outing his secret, "Don't." Hawk snarls.
"That is the medical term... of course. In the King's English, it's good old-fashioned bed-wetting and Eli here is a pro," Demetri states making the crowd laugh and look directly at the boy.
Luna sighs not liking where this is going and still feeling like crap turns towards Robby who looks at her seeing her face knowing Hawk was once her best friend and this shouldn't be outed.
"My mom even had a special air mattress for sleepovers. And she called it Eli's waterbed." Demetri states.
"Screw mercy. You're a corpse!" Hawk shouts angrily walking towards Demetri with Atlas smirking beside him ready for the fight to breakout.
"You're gonna have to go through me." Chris snaps stepping in-front of the stage where Demetri is standing, "Stay out of it, traitor." Mitch mutters.
Robby walks towards them standing beside Chris ready to back up his friend.
"Hey. Don't touch him." Robby orders in warning, "Or what?" Aisha quizzes hearing a dark chuckle from beside her.
"Touch a hair on any of their heads and you'll have to deal with me." Luna mutters folding arms across her chest.
Fear flickers through Hawk and Aisha's eyes at the mention of fighting the Azalea-LaRusso girl knowing her past with anger and of course her boxing training.
"Guys, stop. We're friends." Moon demands standing in-between the two dojo's, "Ooh, I smell a rumble!" Stingray— another Cobra Kai member shouts.
"Touch me and I'll have you arrested! You're an adult hanging with kids." Luna snaps looking directly at the male who steps back scared of the brunette.
Sirens wails around them making the house glow red and blue from the lights.
"Cops!" someone shouts panicked running out of the house along with the other partygoers.
"Demetri! You got lucky. I'll see you in school!" Hawk taunts loudly being held back by Luna and Robby.
"See you soon, pretty girl." Atlas winks turning around and leaving the party in a rush away from the cops.
"We need to find Sam!" Luna exclaims suddenly feeling woozy, deciding to ignore the feeling Robby nods and pulls her towards the kitchen spotting Sam who's staring at the ground in guilt.
"There you are. Luna's been looking for you. We got to go." Robby demands.
"I'm so sorry, Robby. Lulu." Sam slurs confusing the couple, "It's okay. We just got to get you two home." Robby says looking at Luna and Sam.
"No. No, no, our parents are going to freak out if they see us like this." Sam states panicked also looking at Luna's pale face.
Robby nods grabbing the keys from Sam to her car knowing where he can take the two drunk girls without questions asked, "Come on baby." Robby says helping Luna and Sam into the backseat.
Luna groans hurriedly hanging out of the door gagging as she throws up more left over liquor in her stomach.
"Ugh. I'm never drinking again." Luna whimpers leaning back on the backseat with Sam doing the same thing.
Luna groggily groans while Robby helps her walk. Both of them not understanding why she's so bad again but puts off that question since Luna hasn't been able to stop throwing up due to her mixing intake of vodka and tequila at the party.
"You're okay. Just relax against me baby." Robby says knocking on the apartment door also looking at Sam leaning against the wall holding herself up a lot better than Luna at the moment.
Johnny opens the apartment door looking at his son and the two girls in shock, "Hey Dad." Robby greets lowly.
Johnny sighs letting the three teenagers into his apartment helping Sam walk into the bedroom Robby basically carries Luna into seeing her finally asleep and not throwing up anymore.
"Why are they so drunk?" Johnny asks seeing Robby walking out of the spare bedroom into the living area of the apartment.
"I don't know. I thought Luna was fine but she started throwing up on the way over here and Sam's just been a mess all night due to Miguel and Tory." Robby explains with a sigh.
Johnny nods grabbing a pillow and a blanket for Robby since his doing the right thing and sleeping on the floor in the bedroom with his girlfriend and Sam passed out on the spare bed.
"Thanks for doing this Dad." Robby says going to sleep himself knowing tomorrow morning both Luna and Sam are gonna be hungover.
