Lenny Feder, Eric Lamonsoff, Kurt McKenzie, Marcus Higgins, Oliver Higgins, and Rob Hilliard have been friends with each other for quite a long time. In fact, they even played together on a middle school basketball team. And even after their high school graduation, the group stayed together in Massachusetts, the state they grew up in, though the exception was Lenny, who moved to Hollywood. But over the summer, when the six find out that their basketball coach and father figure, Coach Bobby Ferdinando, or Coach Buzzer, has died, in an attempt to relive old times, the six reunite together after 30 years and rent a lake house for them and their families to stay in for the Fourth of July weekend, though there's more to the it than they could have ever anticipated, and they're bound to get involved in a bunch of wacky hijinks. Will they be able to make good use of the weekend and enjoy their vacation?
