If Steph could be blessed by any god and goddess there would be three that would bless her. No, she wouldn't get any extra powers, it's not really how that works. She would only get her powers enhanced, since gods don't really favor other demigods more than their own. Plus blessing takes big, very big tasks in order to be blessed. I can see Stephone doing these, even if her fatal flaw kicks in, she will always do what it right for the ones she loves.

Persephone: The reason she would is because Stephone does have courage and even though it's not much, she is willing to put others life before her own. So she would strengthen her healing powers, after all she is the goddess of spring time, hence flowers, which most of the flower Apollo kids use to heal other demigods. So when she does heal it won't take so much of her energy away, and her healing powers are safe for underworld, death and darkness children to be healed. So really, she can heal anyone if they don't have the proper things needed to heal others with.

Apollo: Her father, she is always helping others, even when she herself needs help, she puts herself last. So he would give her more control over light, so it's less energy draining as she uses her powers. It will take less energy to make light balls to light up complete darkness, which is the only thing she uses it for. She doesn't have complete control, only a small minor part of her father's power, which she still doesn't know why she had it. (besides the healing blessing)

Last but not least, Hades: Now Hades doesn't bless any other children but his own. But Steph would obviously do anything for Nico, and Hazel, she will always stand by their side and agree with them even if no one else is. That same goes with sticking by them as a friend. Since she is a child of light, he can't do much for her, but he can let her light powers be able to use in all darkness, underworld, Tartarus, and all shadows. Nothing can stop or lighten them, only she can choose to do it. Which is really good, especially when there needs to be light to light a darken path.
