Sam and Dean had been talking to the half demon/half human, when the kid freaked out and wished that they where somewhere else. He accidentally brought them to the Doctor's universe, right in the Torchwood tower, with the toy Castiel and the child's birth mother as she was possessed with the demon. Lucifer found out and tried to follow them, and though he succeeded he ended up in a totally different part of the building.

When Sherlock, John, and Moriarty where at the pool, John with the bomb on him, something weird happened. A wormhole teleported them to the Doctor's universe. They ended up near where Sam and Dean and the others from that universe ended up.

What do you guys think? Will Lucifer and Moriarty team up? What will their reactions be to the cybermen and Daleks? This all happened while the Doctor was yelling at the leader of Torchwood about the 'ghost' thing.
