Really smart approach with the "vampire?" confusion, and your logical deductions worked well. You kept tight control of the character's voice, but I'd encourage you to push emotional layering next time; frustration, curiosity, tension, something that gives texture to the smart thinking so it doesn't read like a codex. Still, great structure, strong dialogue, and you made the prompt work on your terms.

"I am not aware of whom it is you speak of. Are you saying the Vampire is Clarissa Kensington? Oh dear..." Bertrand tutted, and shook his head, "she's a breather! Stupid! As in she breathes! She couldn't be a vampire unless she was bitten by one." A deep reddish shade glowed within his eyes. Within a split second he was there standing only an inch behind her. His fangs, sharp and in the blink of an eye, plunged them deep into Tsu'na Hyurcat jugular vein.

I think you got it right. Well done! Short and to the point - you could have used a few more words to give Lorelei's thought process during the questioning a bit more detail, to make it feel more detective-style, but that's just me. I like murder mystery stories, and this was just a mystery to be solved under different circumstances.

"Interesting, interesting. Your answer was clear, I shall say that. But is it right?" He gave a lengthy pause. Bertrand held his colourless hand above Scarlett's head. "State your name." He ordered with a usual cold chill to his words.

The girl stepped forward, "my name is Scarlett Olga Wolfgang, third daughter of Count Vladimir Slobodan Wolfgang."

"Which makes you?"

"I am a Vampire. And Bertrand's youngest sister!"

You are a style beast, and your character pops off the page. The jokes land, the voice is consistent, and your world-savviness adds real flavor. If I have to harsh your mellow I'd focus on turning down the banter just enough to give the stakes some breathing room The vampire mystery is fun, but it risks being treated like an afterthought. Your strengths are, in this case, in danger of overwhelming the story you're trying to tell.

"Come here, Kaliope." Bertrand beckoned, "or I shall come to you!" He moved swiftly and in the blink of an eye there he was staring down at her. His fangs were ready, he opened his mouth and plunged them into her throat!
