Y/n POV

A nurse came in earlier and pulled out the "IV" and gave me a pair of clothes to change in. My body still hurts alot especially my back since my wings were ripped out, but it'll get better soon. I'm starting to get nervous.

"I'll be back to check on your condition then you'll see subjected to release once your new guardian shows up."

"O-Okay."

I waited for about an hour and then I see new dad again. I'm excited but I don't know how to show it so I'm shaking and now I'm crying.

"Are you okay?" I reach my arms out signifying I wanted to a hug. He seemed to understand what I was motioning for and gave me a hug.

"I-I didn't hunk you were going to come. I thought you were going to abandon me." New dad look me in the eye.

"I would never abandon you. Now come on let's get out of this hospital the nurses are starting to creep me out." I nodded and got up. Immediately after I got up pain stuck through me and I fell, but new dad caught me.

"Woah there! Take your time okay." I nodded again and used his arms as support to stand. I haven't stood up in years. I looked up at him with nervousness and worry in my eyes. "Don't worry I won't let you go." I eventually got up and began walking slowly but surely.

We eventually got outside of the hospital and to the car and I sat in the passenger seat. "You okay there?"

I nodded and looked out on the window. "Put on your seatbelt." I did as told.

"Before we get home I have to take you to a friend of mine. He has some questions for you."
