His heart was already stolen by someone else.However, he changed some laws and had regular guard patrols around his kingdom, they made sure nobody was stealing or any other crimes, his punishment was death, depending on what you did, if you stole a large amount of food/money you would be thrown into jail, a year for every coin/food piece stolen. Murdering someone however was a instant death. Multiple citizens disagreed with this law, but they stayed silent, knowing to go against Tyler's word was a bad idea.That didn't stop a smaller group from trying to find ways to sabotage his rule, wether it was freeing some of the dragons from their stables or causing near death fights, they protested continuously.…
