I like the themes for the 3DS

The themes are really cool, cause not only can you customize how your background works with them, it also changes the background music, which I found out when buying the Shantae themes. It's so cool. Although they cost 2.99 or something like that, still, you can get free ones with Silver/Gold, and a bunch of other games. There are some Sonic ones for free though. 

There are preloaded colors on the 3DS, so you could use those. Bought themes also change how the folder, shop, and settings icons work, makinging it REALLY cool.
