Everyone is sprawled around the practice room,breathing heavily or just looking at the ceiling with a blank expression.
Ten:"that was the hardest training I have ever gone through"
Taeyong:"okay so everyone who pulled out the mission papers, come with me,the rest of you can go take a rest, or you can train"he speaks unbothered and just walks out,probably walking to his office

Taeyong:"okay now.Your next mission is a movie theater protection.A gang has planned on ruining a movie theater.They are supposedly males in their twenties.They will watch a movie just like everyone in there,but they will eventually meet in the toilets and go to the back of the room,ruin the projector and turn off all the power,so no lights can be turned on or doors can be opened,giving them the chance to shoot everyone"
Hyuck:"but couldn't they figure out who the killers are?Everyone was killed except those dudes...they must have security cameras around"
Taeyong:"...they planned on shooting themselves as well..."he adds with a soft tone"...so I am lucky you guys got the mission cards...I need you to talk to them...they are controlled by a ruthless man and they would rather kill themselves then go to jail for a minimal amount of money they would get from this..."
In the room sat Wendy, Sunwoo, Donghyuck, Jeno, Mark, Johnny, Doyoung, Emma, Kun and Jaemin, all displaying soft frowns

They didn't really know how the guys were feeling,being forced to do something they didn't like and get paid almost nothing,since almost all of them were found by Taeyong and are getting paid so much to help innocent people beating bad guys.

But it must be so hard.Even for a good cause,they have gone through a lot,but the fact they were doing the right thing made them motivated,but for others,it must be so hard.

Jaemin:"so...We talk to them?"
Taeyong:"try to make them give this life up...but.If you can,try to bring them here...we could always use a few more members..."
Mark:"even more people?Isn't it a bit crowded?"he suddenly says with an unreadable expression
Jeno:"Mark.What are you talking about?"but he read the male very fast
Mark:"okay okay...it's so weird...how we have to return here,getting new members and hearing the fact we're probably gonna die if we don't do this.It's almost like-..no it doesn't matter.And even more people here is just weird for me"
Hyuck:"don't worry babe...we've always accepted anyone.Why not do it again?They could be super helpful you know?"
Kun:"he's right Mark.Don't worry.We always find a way to do the right thing"
The Canadian just nods and adds a defeated smile

The group drives to the theater with a weird feeling in their stomachs.They don't know what to expect from people they don't know and what they have been taught.Hopefully, it goes well.

They walk to the cashier to buy the tickets,then they wanted to go inside and sit down,but they saw they were missing a few people
Jeno:"Jaem?"he asks as he sees him standing by the cashier with Donghyuck,Sunwoo and Emma,ordering snacks
Everyone slightly chuckles
Johnny:"remember, we're here on a mission, not a mukbang"he then whisper to them as they walk into the theater
Hyuck:"don't worry hyung.We sit beside the exit,so we're seeing when they leave right away"he speaks while stuffing the popcorn into his mouth
Mark:"we just have to stay focused.Not get into the movie too much"
Everyone nods then they take their places,sitting near the exit,where the toilets are,acting as natural as they possibly can

About 15 minutes into the movie they noticed someone walk past them,then another walking behind him.
Jeno takes that as his signal and stands up,going to the bathroom to hear the other Male's conversations

He walks in the bright room and sees the two males standing by the sinks.He walks straight to the cubicles pretending to take a wiz and starts listening to the males.
After a minute two more males walk in.
??:"Kihyun's coming in last"one of them speaks suddenly,then they all shut their mouths as another male walks in
Jaemin:"babe?Are you feeling okay?You've been weird the whole day"he speaks as he approaches Jeno,ignoring the males that were already in the restroom
Jeno:"I don't know...I just need some time to calm down,that's all.It's probably just a digestive problem"
Mark:"guys?Everything alright?"he then walks in as well,but he looked at the men quickly,to see their faces,not being suspicious in any way
Jaemin:"he's feeling sick..."
Two more men approach the four beside the sinks and it was clear they were slightly flustered by the presence of the three-now four males
Johnny:"guys?Everything okay?Should we leave?"
Jeno:"no no I'm fine.You shouldn't worry about me,enjoy the movie"
??:"okay let's get this over with"the last man walked in without knowing the four were here,stopping in his tracks as he sees them
Emma:"hey guys.Do you want a water?"she asks the male pretending to feel sick
Jeno:"it's okay really"
The men look at each other with puzzled expressions,not understanding the situation,but just shrugging the thought,thinking the males didn't hear the last arriving man,wanting to leave.

But as they turn around,they are met with five people blocking their way,their arms all crosses over their chests,looking at them with a frown.
The seven turn around seeing the other five standing the same way.
??:"shit"one says quietly
Wendy:"we can do this the easy way,or the hard way"she speaks with a monotone
??:"who are you?"another one speaks
Doyoung:"we want to help you"
??:"excuse me?"the same one asked
Emma:"we know your plan...and we can't let you go through it"
??:"well we're sorry but we have to"a shorter male spoke
Jeno:"no you don't"
Sunwoo:"we can help you"
One of the Male's suddenly broke down,tears streaming down his cheeks and he hugged his knees making everyone flustered
??:"no one can help us"he says through sobs
Johnny:"don't worry.You're safe with us"he crouches down next to the crying one and slightly smiles as he looked up at him
Mark:"NCT"
Jaemin:"and we CAN help you,if you want"
Hyuck:"trust us"
Mark:"we've been there"he finishes off,the males all smiling at them with slightly glossy eyes,feeling weird
??:"but...what about our boss?He is gonna kill us when he finds us"the tallest spoke with a shaky tone
Wendy:"who is your boss?"
??:"he goes by V"added a slightly shorter one
The males all look at each other,worry written all over their expression,the name ringing in their heads giving them slight headaches
??:"he said that if we want to participate in a very important mission to prove we are worthy enough to live,we have to do this mission..."
Kun:"do you know what that important mission was?"he asks quietly
They all shake their heads,denying
Johnny:"it was to kill us.You were gonna join them in killing us"he spoke with a shaky tone,looking at the ground and running his hands through his hair
??:"wait what?"the tallest spoke,clearly not believing the Male's words
Hyuck:"V,from the gang BTS,is your boss.He is the one who survived our attack.He wasn't fighting that day due to feeling sick.When all of his members were defeated,him,being the only survivor,he wanted revenge.We went our separate ways when we defeated them.But they are seeking revenge...our leader has been protecting us ever since,but he called us back.We have to defeat them again,or else we are gooners..."
Jeno:"we have never been forced to do anything by him and he truly is someone you can look up to and he guides you,protects you.You can help us.You can join us and we will protect you all from your boss.We can defeat him together"
Doyoung:"we're all just one giant family.We have never turned down new members or alliances"
??:"can I join you?I feel safe with you"the crying male looks at Johnny and the others, still slightly sniffing, but it has died down severely
Emma:"of course you can.You all can"
??:"...Are you sure our boss won't find us and torture us?"
Sunwoo:"not on our watch"
There was a moment of silence,the atmosphere a bit gloomy
??:"Monsta X,at your service.I'm the leader,Shownu"the tall male introduces with a small smile,his eyes disappearing

So I don't know if you noticed,but in the first book,I ended it with six years later with Yang meeting Jeno and Jisung.That ending is correct and when this book ends,you will understand what I want to do with it

Did you notice Mark wanted to say something at the beginning but he cut himself off?Well..

I am finally going to be explaining NCT's lives before they found Taeyong.
(That's also a very very small hint about how many chapters I'm planning on writing(but don't worry if you don't get it,it's not completely set on how many chapters there will be))
