Tyler sat on his throne, his legs dangling off the arm of it, his eyes staring up at the tall ceiling, he groaned as he heard the doors swing open, he directed his attention towards the person who interrupted his peaceful silence, he smirked when he saw Craig enter shyly.

“Tyler, their back again, what do you want me to do..?”

Tyler shifted his position on the golden throne to look more formal, with a finger he beckoned Craig closer, which he obeyed immediately, Once Craig was close enough, Tyler stood up, he cupped Craig's cheeks and pecked his forehead, causing the smaller male to blush slightly,

“Send out the guards, tell them to drive them off the castle grounds with any means necessary,”

Just outside the castle gate was a small group of men and women, one of them had a large metal bat in hand, he had brown hair, pale skin with multiple scar marks over his hands and legs, he was wearing a light blue hoodie with a ski mask on he looked messy, the black sweatpants only added to that idea. He waited patiently tapping his foot against the wooden bridge, he gripped the bat tighter when the doors opened, a male clad in silver shiny light weight armour, raven black hair peeked out from his helmet, a rapier sheathed in its holder on the man hip, the rest of the men and women behind him wore the same attire, the man sighed.

“Jonathan.”

“Evan.”

‘Evan’ groaned, “Are we really going to have to dance this dance again?” He asked rhetorically already knowing the answer.

“Yes. We will until Tyler makes the murder-law less strict.” Jonathan hissed, spitting Tyler's name like it was poison.

“Those people are criminals, if Tyler lessened the punishment, they would do it again.” Evan replied trying to reason with the baseball wielding man.

“Those people are someone's child! Someone's sister, brother, boyfriend, girlfriend! They're human dammit!”

Evan sighed unsheathing the rapier, he looked at Jonathan and frowned, “Jonathan, this is getting old. Now we have orders to get you all off the castle grounds. I'm going to ask nicely, please, return to your houses and continue on with your day,”

A few people left, clearly threatened by Evan's words and sword, Jonathan stood his ground, his grip on the bat was tighter, he had attempted to fight back from Evan before, it ended with a few months in the hospital for Jonathan while Evan was basically unharmed, a part of him was yelling at him to flee but the stubbornness of Jonathan nature resulted in him standing up to Evan.

Evan rolled his eyes, he quickly gripped Jonathan's shirt and pulled him close, the handle of the rapier stabbed into his stomach, Jonathan yelped, he swung the bat at Evan’s side, Evan had seen this coming and quickly slammed the handle into Jonathan's skull, rendering him unconscious before the bat was even close to Evan, Jonathan went limp in Evan's hold, the bat dropped to the floor before rolling into the water with a splash!

The others who had seen this, had scrambled off, Evan gently tossed Jonathan over his shoulder before facing the other guards. “I'll drop him off at his house, someone go tell Craig the job is done,” and with that he left.

Craig was informed of how the situation ended and went to make a report to Tyler, however he stopped outside the door when he heard two people yelling, he listened in quietly.

“Tyler! You can't keep denying every ally request because you have so much faith in your army! We would be even stronger with help!”

Craig could faintly hear Tyler growl, “We don't need other people's help! We have fucking dragons, wizards, archers, swordsman- we have everything anyone could offer us! Pull your head out of your ass and admit that we are strong enough on our own!”

The other person groaned, “You're not even considering any of the princess- you need a heir Tyler!”

“Bryce. All of those princesses are just lusty, spoilt brats, I'd rather adopt then get a disease from one of those “princesses" besides, I'm already in love,” Tyler responded, his voice as almost inaudible to Craig but he heard it and he smiled.

Bryce sighed, “Just try to ally with at least one other kingdom,”

“No promises,” Tyler responded, his voice laced with aI sarcasm.

Craig heard footsteps approach the door, he quickly and silently creeped back, to make it look like he was never listening at all, the door swung open and Bryce revealed himself, his light brown/blonde mixed hair was disheveled, most likely out of anger, his purple shirt was still clean, most likely due to the slight cleaning problem he had, he shoved his hands onto his jean pockets and groaned, he saw Craig and gave him a soft smile, which he returned immediately.

It was pretty obvious Bryce didn't want to talk so Craig just let him keep on walking, Craig sighed and caught the door before it closed, he tugged it open wider so he could slip in, Tyler glared at him before realising who it was before smiling softly.

“Hello Craig,” The way Tyler said his name caused slight jolts down his spine, Craig smiled.

“H-hey Tyler, I have a report from the guards regarding what happened earlier,” He spoke calmly.

Bryce marched down the halls to the back door, he opened it and stared at the watery surface in hopes of zoning out and discontinue mind.

“Careful,” A voice spoke from behind him, “If you don't watch out, a seadragon could pull you under,”

Bryce looked over his shoulder noticing the kingdom's top Dragon tamer, Luke standing behind him, still wearing his red devil onesie he probably slept in.

“Then you will have to make sure I don't die,” Bryce giggled poking his tongue out childishly.

“Glad you think that, ‘cause I event even trained them yet,” Luke admitted, truthfully.

Luke chuckled, “I said not yet not never, gosh Bryce have some faith in me,”

“Hate to interrupt this bonding session, but everyone is gathering for dinner, that includes you two,” Evan’s voice jumped in, surprising both males.

“Oh shit okay, I'll be in there in about,” Luke nodded, “See you both at dinner,” He finished, marching into the castle to freshen up before eating.

“Evan, you sound tired, you alright?” Bryce asked, standing up and examining Evan from head to toe.

“I'll be better on a full stomach,” Evan muttered.

“Alright, then let's go!”
