Chapter 2

They were in their perspective classes, and Beomgyu was busy chatting with his friend to form a group for their research. It was easy for Beomgyu to get members because of his extroverted personality and his looks. Well, they were aware of his relationship, though.

“Why don't we have a quick meeting? Maybe we could have a brief discussion to decide on our topics and also to get to know each other more. What do you guys think?” Nayoung suggested.

“Well, that's not a bad idea if you'd ask me.” Woobin responded.

“That's right, but is everyone free, though?” Eunjoo inquired to make sure everyone could attend.

“Well, since it's for research, I guess I could make time.” Kijoon responded.

“Then that's settled, we could go to the internet café near here.” Nayoung uttered.

“That's good; we should get going; it would be my treat.” Beomgyu was the one who offered.

“That's so cool of you, Beomgyu-ssi!“ Eunjoo and Nayoung chuckled.

“Don't sweat it. I just got my allowance, and I think it's better to share some of it.” Beomgyu giggled.

They went to the café shop Nayoung suggested. Luckily, it wasn't filled with people, so they could at least focus. As they stated it was literally just for introducing themselves to each other and choosing topics and parts they wanted to do.

“Hm, I guess we could make this one,” Eunjoo pointed to the topic "The Relationship Between Social Media Use and Mental Health Among College Students". “I think this one looks easy,” she added.

“I guess so, after all, most of us used Social Media, so we could relate to it.” Kijoon responded.

“I'll do the abstract and introduction,” Nayoung chose her parts.

“I'll do the Literature Review and Methodology,” Woobin was next.

“We can share your part if you want to,” Eunjoo said to Woobin, and he nodded his head.

“Well, mine would be results and discussion,” Kijoon said. “but if you guys need help, just ask me; I'll help everyone, mostly you, Nayoung; you will cover a lot there.”

“I know, right, thank you for your help, then.”  Nayoung smiled.

“I'll do the rest and editing,” Beomgyu said. “since everyone seemed to have their parts, let's buy some snacks, and don't mind the payment, it'll be on me.”

They picked snacks for themselves and currently eating. Since Beomgyu basically had his back on the entrance, he didn't notice that Taehyun and his groups also went to the same place as his.

“Oh, Beomgyu-ssi, that's your boyfriend,” Nayoung pointed to Taehyun who was coming inside.

As he turned around, Taehyun seemed to hear Nayoung speak, so he looked where that sound came from and saw Beomgyu turning his body and smiling at him.

“Taehyun-ah!” Beomgyu seemed to be enlightened when he saw his boyfriend.

Taehyun excuses himself to his friend and makes his way toward Beomgyu.

“You're here,” he softly pecked the top of his boyfriend's head.

“Uh, for research, how about you?” Beomgyu asked.

“Nothing, they just wanted to go here; they said it's popular now, and they just wanted to give it a try.” Taehyun told him.

“Then, you can go with them; we're done with our meeting, so we might have to take our leave after I pay,” Beomgyu smiled.

“Okay, see you later, then.” Taehyun gave him a soft kiss on his forehead before he retreated himself.

Beomgyu then went to the cashier to pay for their orders.

“Sir, your card decline,” the cashier told him.

“Oh,” Beomgyu checked his wallet but he just remembered that he left his allowance in his room.

“Oppa, let us pay then,” Eunjoo suggested.

“No, it's okay, just wait here.” Beomgyu excused himself and went to his boyfriend's table. “Taehyun-ah, can I borrow your card for a moment?” he asked Taehyun and his boyfriend didn't bother to ask and gave his card to Beomgyu.

Beomgyu then went to the cashier once again.

“Wow, you didn't even ask him what's for,” Younghoon grinned.

“He didn't even hesitate, though,” Sanghoon sneered.

Taehyun just smirked and watched his boyfriend come back and give him his card. Beomgyu thanked him and left with his research members, after saying goodbye and I love you to Taehyun.
