Hello, Readers,

The redraft of The Tethered Trilogy is now available for reading. The book is on my profile and titled "The Tethered Trilogy (redraft 2025 edition) || Seasons 1, 2, and 3."

I intend to keep this book up for a while until the final chapter of the revised version is uploaded. However, due to the significant differences between this series and the revision, I may unpublish this book in October 2025.

This book was part of the Wattpad Creator Program from September 2022 to September 2024, with an additional year added to ensure it remained available for reading. After September 2025, I can do whatever I want with this story.

For the time being, I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with my previous writing style and the disorganized nature of the series in this book. It is featured on a few Wattpad ambassador profiles and has won or placed in some Wattpad contests, but the new version will flow exactly as I want it to. The narrative has changed significantly, and many of the themes and scenes from this version will not be included in the revision. I even rewrote the blurb to flow better.

After finishing this trilogy in February 2023, I started reading physically published novels written in omniscient point-of-view so that I could rewrite this series in that style. This version is written in third-person point of view, and many of the chapters focus on just one character's perspective repeatedly. This slowed the pacing and caused many sections to feel cluttered with information rather than flowing naturally.

Furthermore, my writing has evolved over the past year. I now use more "show" than "tell." I have better descriptions and a more engaging plot to share. This is my first completed series, so I'm glad I went back to redraft it. Please check it out. The chapter amounts have decreased as well.

For example, Book One of this version has 70 parts. The new version has 35 chapters. So far. It was written with this number of chapters, but as I edit and update the chapters, that number may be reduced if I remove unnecessary scenes or merge them to keep the first book under 35 chapters. The new version is still being updated, but it reads very differently than this version. I really hope I can do justice to this story in the end.
