Zac jumped in his car and rushed to the hospital. "Hello I'm looking for Kate West is she here?"Zac asked a woman sitting behind a desk. "Yes she's in room 23." She pointed in the direction of the room and Zac rushed towards it calling out, "thank you!" Zac was so so worried he hoped she would be alright. He stopped when he saw room 23 and stepped inside to see Kate laying on the hospital bed with a badly injured leg and a bruised cheek. Kate smiled when she saw him. Zac ran over to the bed and gave her a hug. "Are you ok babe?" Zac said holding her hand in his. She just nodded her head up and down. Zac turned to see the doctor walk in as Kate drifted off to sleep. "Will she be ok?" Zac asked reassuringly. "Yes, she was lucky that she didn't get hurt as badly as the person that she hit into, he will be in the hospital quite a bit longer than she will." The doctor informed Zac. "So when will she get to go home?" Zac asked as her glanced back down at her leg. "Well we were going to let her out today but she doesn't have anyone to take care of her." The doctor said. "What about her parents? Why can't they?" Zac said with a confused expression. "Her mother died 3 years ago and her father lives in Washington D.C. and is to busy to leave work, she's an only child and we couldn't find anybody else to yet." "I will." Zac said "let me take her home."
