"ALEXANDER WASHINGTOON...!"
Martha's loud voice could be heard all over the mansion "Hun, calm dow--"
"CALM DOWN?! JOHN IS CRYING HIS EYES OUT AT HIS ROOM AND YOU EXPECT ME TO CALM DOWN?!" Martha screamed at her husband before barging into the ballroom "ALEXA--What the hell?"
Martha was greeted by a woman hugging his son "Alexander?"
The woman looked at her and smiled happily "Mom!" She let go of Alexander and embraced Martha.
"Who is this girl? Why was she hugging you? And why is she hugging me?" Martha asked, confused and angry at the same time.
"Oh, my apologies...I just missed you so much..But I don't expect you to remember me after all these years Mom." She smiled nervously, letting go of her.
"Mom? Eliza?" Martha looked shocked "Yes! That's me!" She smiled happily.
"W-what're you doing back here..?" Martha asked breathlessly "I begged my father to let me go back, at first he didn't accept so I ran away.."
"YOU RAN AWAY?!" Angelica screamed, pushing Martha and holding both of her sister's shoulders "ARE YOU CRAZY?!"
"Crazy inlove~" She said dreamily, leaning onto Alexander's chest, then jolted away from him in realization "O-oh! How disrespectful of me! You probably have fallen inlove again by this time.." She said sadly "Well, I g-guess I was being too clingy, I just missed you all so much and I wanted to go back and say hello."
"She said hello with a kiss." Aaron shuddered "Yup, a big wet one right on Hamilton's lips." Jefferson said, disgusted.
"She kissed him..?" Martha mumbled breathlessly "W-was John here when that happened?"
"Unfortunately, Yes." George Eacker sighed "I see, so that explains it." Martha said as she looked down.
"I didn't expect it to be her..." George gritted his teeth and walked away "George? Where are you going?"
"To John." He replied without looking back, disappearing in the crowd.
"This is getting out of hand." George Washington clenched his fists "This is beyond my power..."
"Have you fallen inlove to another? Alexander?" Eliza asked calmly, a sad smile on her face.
"Yes, tell her yes." Peggy mumbled, trembling in anticipation.
"...N-no" Alexander replied, stuttering.
"Really?" Eliza looked relieved "I'm glad.." She smiled and looked down.
"Liar." Angelica hissed "Why didn't you say yes?" She muttered.
"Oh John...I hope your okay.." Charlotte said worriedly, looking back at the door.
-
Meanwhile.
John was in his room, curled up into a ball in bed--Crying his eyes out.
The room was dim, except for the scented candle John has lighten up whenever he was feeling depressed, the scent did always calm his nerves.
The large room was filled with his painful sobs, the bedsheets were drenched with his tears "N-no, stop crying John..." He mumbled to himself.
"Your stronger than this." He said in a strained voice "He's not worth your t-tears." John hiccupped and sat down, grabbing a piece of paper and a pen--He wrote.
"I'm sorry brain for all the pain,
I'm sorry heart for all the damage."
He shooked his head "Be strong John..." He glanced at the dimly lighted candle in the corner of his room, he went near it- grabbing the piece of paper he wrote.
He stood infront of the candle with dull eyes "You stupid, inconsiderate, bastard.." He mumbled angrily "How dare you steal my heart without permission?" He hicupped, placing the piece of paper in the flames of the candle "I hope that you.."
"...burn"
John dropped the flaming paper to the ground and stepped on it furiously "I hate you..you..you.." He started to cry again.
He dropped to his knees "I-I..."
"I'm helpless...."
"John?" A familiar voice interrupted his misery "G-George?" John hiccupped from the corner of his room.
"Oh John.." George Eacker frowned at the sight of the older man "I...I don't know what to..I.."
"Y-you don't need to do a-anything George.." John smiled weakly and stood up "Yes I do, your hurt."
"It's fine I--"
"Stop treating me like a child John, I know a broken man when I see one." George said "I may be 13 but my mind is older."
John chuckled "Of course.." He stumbled towards the bed, George on alert in case he falls "I just..I'm just.. A bit hurt that's all."
"A bit?" George scoffed and sat down next to him "Look, I know nothing is gonna happen if I told you 'everything will be alright' or 'time will heal the pain' or some shit because I know those things just don't work anymore."
"This is the real world, and it will not hesitate to make your life more miserable than it already is, so I'm telling you to man up and confess to him again! Your strong John, you won't let some old flare get in the way of your love!"
"I-I can't confess again..I-I already did and look w-where that got me." John sighed "That's because you didn't get to finish John, Eliza swooped in and kissed him when you even got the chance." George frowned and stood up.
"It's your choice John, either your gonna fight for your love or just give up and let it go, You'll be the one who will choose your ending- If it were to be a happy one or a miserable one, your future is in your hands and your hands only, no one else's..." George said as he opened the door "Just remember whichever path you chose, it will be a miserable one, but one path will be worth the pain."
"No pain, No gain- Am I right?" He smirked before leaving John, slamming the door behind him.
John sat there, dumbfounded "Wow, for a 13 year old he really does have a way with words..."
"I HEARD THAT!"
-
"Lexi! The garden is so beautiful! It's been renovated A lot since I was gone!" Eliza squealed happily, gently brushing her hand to the flowers "Martha did always loved the garden, so I always make sure it looks pleasing to her eyes."
"You sure love Mom, don't you?" She smiled "You always did want the best for the people you love."
"Yeah..." Alexander smiled softly, but his mind in a daze, he felt numb- Like he was forgetting something "Alexander?"
"H-huh?" Alexander snapped out p it "Yes?"
"Are you sure you've not fallen for anyone else?" Eliza asked yet again, This time, with seriousness in her voice.
"I--"
His phone rang "I-I need to take this..." Alexander walked away from her "Hello? Who is th--"
"Yes."
"What?" Alexander was confused.
"Tell her yes, tell her that you've fallen for someone else." The voice said.
"...Ms. Fune?" Alexander recognized the voice.
"JESUS CHRIST JUST TELL HER YOUR INLOVE WITH SOMEONE ELSE! I'M GETTING TIRED OF WRITING THIS!" She screamed, but Alexander heard a scream familiar to hers not so far away, so he followed it "I don't know what your talking about."
"FOR FUCKS SA--AHHHH!"
"Found you." Alexander looked at girl struggling in his arms "LET ME GO!"
"For a small woman you sure have a loud mouth." Alexander insulted, making Kira frown "I am not small, you're just tall, and besides--I'm still 13."
"YOUR 13?!" Alexander screamed "I THOUGHT YOU WERE 20 OR SOMETHING?!"
"Fool." Kira hissed "I can't have a 13 year old working here, your *****" Alexander said, but he was confused on why he couldn't say that word "What?" Kira smirked.
"Your *****" Alexander growled "WHY CAN'T I SAY IT?!"
"You can't fire me Hamilton, i'm the author- I can do whatever I want, and when I say I work here. I work here." She smirked deviously.
Alexander clicked his tongue "Why were you watching us?"
"I'm the author, I watch everyone-duh." She rolled her eyes "And besides, I can't let this happen- Your supposed to be with someone else, This was supposed to be Lams!"
Alexander dropped the woman "I don't know what your talking about.." Alexander glared at her, Kira glared back "Your such a dick."
"Okay what the fuck did I do?" Kira glared at him harder "Congratulations, and yes, that reference was intended my fellow readers." She winked and left, disappearing in the wind.
"O-oi! Kira..!" Alexander tried to run after the woman, he ran inside trying to find the mysterious girl so he would know what she was so angry about.
He ran inside, he was already going to pass John's room when--"Lexi!"
Alexander stopped, he almost forgot about Eliza "E-eliza..."
"How could you! You left me when you knew I don't know where to go! Have you forgotten that I'm new in this mansion?" She frowned "I-I'm sorry...I.."
"I'll forgive you, as long as you take me to a date." Eliza smiled victoriously.
"Date? What date?" Martha suddenly appeared along with George Washington "You two are going on a date?"
"N-no-I-I!"
"But Lexi..." Eliza looked at him with tears welling up her eyes "I-I flew all the way from Paris for you, I disobeyed my f-father for you..And you c-can't even take me to a simple date..?"
This was Alexander's weakness. Seeing the love of his life cry because of him.
But why doesn't it hurt like it used to?
"Right, Eliza was good at acting.." Martha sighed "And she used that against us to make us feel guilty and give her what she wants.." George sighed.
"I admit, even though this is all a bluff I can't help but feel sorry for her, she's gotten better at this."
"F-fine, i'll take you out." Alexander sighed, not wanting to take in more of Eliza's drama.
"Yay!" Eliza cheered and pecked his lips "Let's go then!" She said and pulled Alexander away, leaving Martha and George.
"This is bad." Martha panted "This date could lead to a kiss."
"And another kiss." George clenched his teeth "And from that kiss could lead a budding romance." George continued.
"Let's just hope Alexander comes to his senses and come running back to John."
-
Alexander waited at the dining room, groaning as he patiently waited for Eliza to dress up.
"Why are girls so slow on picking clothes? It's just clothes." He complained to himself.
Alexander's thoughts were interrupted when a shoe was thrown to his face "WHAT THE HECK?!"
"You deserved that asshole." Jefferson hissed "How dare you throw your shoe at my face you asshat? Who knows what that things been stepping on." Alexander growled.
"Oh i'll tell you, it's been stepping on poop, dirt and other disgusting things, Oh! and especially cum, lots and lots of cum--"
"That was a fucking rhetorical question you fool." Alexander shuddered, shivering at the thought of all the germs and bacteria that was transferred to him because of a shoe "And what did I even do to deserve it?"
"Actually, that shoe wasn't enough- We still need to throw you off a moving train." Aaron appeared.
"A moving plane would be better." George Eacker suddenly appeared, frightening Aaron "What did I do now?!"
"Have you forgotten about John you bitch?" George frowned "Don't call me bitch, and speaking of John, I haven't seen him since--"
"You broke his heart? The poor boy has been crying nonstop eversince this morning." Jefferson hissed.
"What?" Alexander felt numb, he seemed to have forgotten everything but John, the poor
boy was about to confess his love for him when Eliza had to swoop in and kiss him right infront of his face.
"And what's worse is when Eliza kissed you, you didn't even make an attempt to push her away." Aaron glared at him.
"I-I need to g-go see him..." Alexander muttered, his mind filled with nothing but John.
"Damn right you will, and when you do- Shower him with kisses, fill his heart with love, apologize with your soul- Fuck the living daylights out of him if you have to." George said "Now go."
Alexander was about to go when--"Lexi!"
"FOR FUCKS SA--" George was interrupted when Alexander covered his mouth "E-eliza..."
"How do I look?" Eliza strutted towards him, a flirtatious smile on her face "Y-you look nice.."
"Thank you!" Eliza beamed and twirled her dress "Shall we go?"
"Y-yeah.." Alexander faked a smile and held her hand, they were about to leave when Eliza said "Georgie? Is that you?"
"Uh oh." George gulped as Eliza embraced him "I haven't seen you since you were 5 years old! How are you?"
"Um, I'm fine Eliza..." George said "Well! look at the time! You better run off to your date! I'll see you later!"
George dashed away from them and brought out his phone "Hello? Aisis? Are you there? Good, Operation; sabotage Hamliza date is a go!"
-(sum hamliza 4 da soul)
It was 7:00 pm.
Alexander was driving, no traffic to hold them down-- It was a silent night, a perfect time for a date.
But he was going to have this perfect date with the wrong person.
"You really are amazing Lexi, I heard your quite the successor here in New York." Eliza said dreamily.
"Uh, Yeah..." Alexander replied, not taking his eyes off the road "Though I'm quite surprised that you haven't fallen inlove with another Lexi, Especially with all these beautiful girls who're head over heels for you," She admitted "I was sure you were probably lusting over some woman by now."
"I don't lust." Alexander hissed "I am not interested in woman."
"Oh!" Eliza looked surprised "Could it be that you like men now Lexi? You didn't tell me you swing that way."
"I--" Alexander stopped himself from yelling because he knew if he would deny, it would be a lie--And all those memories with John would be proof "Forget it."
Eliza giggled in response "Well, for our date- Would you like to go to the movies? I've always wanted to watch Justice League."
"Can we do something else? Somewhere with less...Publicity."
"Oh, let me guess." Eliza smirked "Your afraid people might assume were lovers or something- Technically, we are."
"We are?" Alexander was surprised.
"We never really did have a proper break-up, and we still love each other, you do love me? Right Lexi?"
"...I do--"
Alexander was saved when the car suddenly came to a sudden stop "W-what's happening?"
"I think it's the tires, I'll check it out."
-
It was 7:30pm
And for some reason all four tires in Alexander's car flattened during driving in the middle of the road.
And by the looks of it, it seemed like it was slashed open.
"What the hell..?" Alexander muttered, gritting his teeth "It's not so bad Lexi, atleast we can still see the beautiful stars." She smiled.
"Yeah, I guess..." Alexander sighed and looked up "It's really beautiful.." Alexander gasped, remembering how he once lighted up the sky with fireworks in attempt to making John forgive him
"You know what else is beautiful?" Eliza said shyly.
"Uh, what?" Alexander asked, uninterested
"Yo---"
"Where is this smoke coming from?!" Alexander hissed as a huge puff of smoke suddenly covered the sky, Eliza looked worried "Someone must've created a huge fire."
"This is starting to get suspicious..."
-
"C'MON BOYS! KEEP THE FIRE BURNING YOU PUSSIES! IS THIS THE BEST YOU COULD DO?!" A voice with a rough Filipino accent screamed, fixing her ponytail.
"Good work Aisis." George smirked as Aisis looked down at the smaller boy "It's a pleasure doin' business with ya kid."
"Your 13 too you know."
"Shut it."
(whoever guesses the person Aisis is gonna end up with will earn a fanart from me, and you get to choose the theme of the fanart *insert winky face*)
"So anyways, why do you even wanna sabotage this date?" Aisis said, popping some mentos' in her mouth.
"Well, it's a long story.."
"I'm all ears."
-
"That's it, I'm calling someone." Alexander groaned "B-but what about our date?" Eliza frowned "Were in the middle of nowhere Eliza, we need help."
"Can we just stay here for a bit longer?" Eliza said with puppy dog eyes.
Alexander sighed "Fine."
-
George clicked his tongue "It's been hours, why hasn't Alexander called anyone?"
Aisis looked annoyed and grabbed a random thug and pulled bim close to her.
"Get the hose, let's make it rain."
-
Drip, drop.
"WHAT THE FUCK?! That's it! I'm calling someone!" Alexander hissed "W-wait! It's just rain!" Eliza screamed, grabbing his hand "Let's dance!" She grinned.
"Oh God.." Alexander sighed as they start jumping and hopping around "Eliza.."
"Isn't this fun?!" Eliza smiled.
"We're soaking wet."
"Atleast were together." Eliza smiled and stopped. She stared at Alexander's eyes "Alexander.."
Alexander gulped as Eliza started leaning in, did he really want this?
He thought he moved on, Has he really moved on? Did he still hold even the tiniest feelings towards the woman infront of him?
Alexander could feel Eliza's hot breath in his face.
Why can't he say no to her? Why can't he reject her? How did she manage to control him like before?
Eliza planted his lips gently to Alexander's, kissing him softly.
Why...
Alexander didn't budge, or make an attempt to pull away, instead. He stood still.
Alexander was wrapped around Eliza's little finger.
-
"Damn it.." Aisis gritted her teeth "This is harder than I thought.."
"Aisis why aren't you doing your damn job?!" George hissed "I'm having some difficulties...T-this is hard! There inseparable!"
"Don't you mean that Eliza's just being clingy af?" George scoffed.
"Yeah, that." Aisis said "W-wait, Alexander's finally calling someone." Aisis frowned.
"But they still kissed, were too late." George groaned.
"God fucking damn it."
-
"Thank you for today Lexi, I had fun..." Eliza smiled and opened the door "I'll be staying with my sisters at the Washington estate, i'll see you tomorrow!" She beamed and kissed his cheek before stepping out the car, smiling at him for one last time before closing it.
Alexander sighed and slumped into his seat, But then the doors to the backseat suddenly opened "What the--George?"
George came in with another girl who seemed to be in the same age as him "Hamilton, why did you let her kiss you?"
"How do-Wait, you were there?!" Alexander screamed and scrunched his eyebrows in realization "You were the one responsible for the flattened tires!"
"And the smoke." George grinned.
"And the rain." The girl smirked.
"And yet you still didn't get the hint that this date must be stopped." George glared at him "John is really hurt you know."
"I-I know.." Alexander sighed "I'll talk to him-"
"No, not tonight." George hissed at him "He's waited for you long enough, and now he's sick and tired of you- He really hoped you would go after him this morning you asshat."
"I..."
"Just go to him tonight, you've already fucked up enough." George growled "Just drive."
-
Hercules was awoken by an ear piercing scream.
He jolted up from bed, only to be greeted by a slap to his face "What the-L-laf..?"
Hercules stared at the naked man infront of him, all covered in bedsheets, he looked at himself only to find that he was also naked.
Oh no.
Memories from last night started flooding in, the beer, the make out session.
The sex.
"L-laf--"
"L-leave." He growled.
"B-but--"
"LEAVE!"
Hercules quickly ran out of the room, only a blanket covering him, Lafayette slammed the door harshly as Hercules' heart break at the sound of the frenchman's loud cries.
He felt so broken.
Lafayette had regretted everything, the frenchman didn't like him that way-- And he was rejected in the worse way possible.
And he was also thrown out of his own room, naked.
Hercules sighed and blinked back the tears.
I guess he's borrowing John's clothes for Christmas party.
-
"JOHN CRIED ALL NIGHT?!"
Peggy's loud scream could be heard all over the Hamilton estate. Charlotte sighed "You should've heard it, his loud sobs prevented me from getting a wink of sleep."
"This is all our fault, Peggy." Angelica sighed.
"Bitch, how is this my fault?" Peggy glared at her.
"If we told Eliza that Alexander has already fallen inlove with another, we could've prevented this from happening." Angelica gritted her teeth.
"We should go check up on hi--Hercules?" Charlotte looked at the the larger man, his eyes red from crying "Are you alrigh--"
"I'm fine." He snapped, making Charlotte flinch "Let's go, Hercules." A familiar voice said.
"John.." Peggy frowned at the sight of the disheveled man, his eyes were swollen- large bags under his eyes. He was still wet from the shower, but he didn't seem to care.
He couldn't even spare a glance at the three ladies as he left.
-
"GET OUT OF HERE!" The landlord screamed at the sick man, who just flipped his middle finger in response, he sighed and carried his backpack which carried all his belongings, including things he need for school.
He sighed heavily and looked at his reflection on the puddle on the ground.
His looked horrible.
His dark skin made him look ugly, his eyes had this mix of black, brown and gray. His hair--Oh how he hated his hair.
He's got huge bags under his eyes, scars littered his neck, so he grabbed a scarf and wrapped it around them.
He coughed harshly.
And yes, he was always sick, he felt useless. He fely like he was nothing.
He was just James Madison. A sick, ugly, useless brat.
Maybe that's why his parents threw him out.
He blinked back the tears as he walked towards the school, wondering where he will go home to later.
-
A young boy hissed as he dropped a bottle of beer on top of his scars, he glanced at the almost broken clock and saw that it was already time for school.
He wore a large sweater and some pants to cover his ugly wounds and bruises, he ran a hand through his hair in attempt to fix it.
He threw the bottle of beer out his apartment window, a distant sound of breaking could be heard seconds after he did so.
He glanced at the mirror and plastered a fake smile that his friends would always fall for.
After all, No one really did put an effort to know who the real Samuel Seabury is.
And when his parents found out who he really was, he was kicked out.
He wiped the tears that was about to fall from his eyes and grabbed his bag, readying himself for another day of hell inside his mask.
-
This was it.
Today, she was going to confess to the love of her life.
She gripped the hem of her shirt, waiting for her to come to school.
She gasped when she saw her, she looked depressed, a frown on her beautiful face instead of that gorgeous smile of hers.
She hesitated, was this the right time? Should she wait follow it?
We get nothing if we wait for it.
Her friend's words echoed inside her mind. She gulped and made up a decision and went near the teen.
"Good morning Peggy..." She greets her, hesitantion dripping off her voice.
"Morning...." She greeted slyly, a small smile on he voice "You alright?"
"Y-yeah..." She answered and looked at her "How about you?"
"Just fine..."
A silence occurred between them "C-can I tell you something.." Peggy broke the silence.
"Sure, anything.." She replied, looking at her.
"I-i'm pansexual..." Peggy confessed, making the girl smile.
'YES! I HAVE A CHANCE!'
"Don't worry, I-I'm also a homosexual...I'm lesbian." She admitted.
"Really?" Peggy looked surprised yet happy at the same time "I'm glad you told me."
"Only a few people know, one of them is Mr. Hamilton." She chuckled.
"You know him--Wait, scratch that, Why would you tell him?" Peggy asked "Well, he thought I liked John and got jealous so I told him I was gay to resolve the conflict." She giggled.
"I see, typical." Peggy laughed and looked at her again "W-wait, I'm not finished.. There's still more I have to t-tell you.."
"What is it?" She smiled.
"I'm really confused about my feelings." She admitted "How come?"
"T-there's this girl I like.." Peggy smiled softly.
'I-is she talking about me?'
'Of course she's talking about you! I've been activating your pheromones, keep it up.'
The voice inside her head made her feel as confident as ever "How does she make you feel?"
"She's...Wow, she makes me feel like I'm not alone, that i'm special... She makes me feel happy.." She smiled dreamily.
The girl stood still, was this her chance? "B-but i'm sure she likes someone else.." She sighed.
"I'm sure she likes you too, I-I mean, W-who wouldn't?" Her friend said, making Peggy smile.
"B-but it's strange, I never thought.. That my opinion of her would change from..." Peggy looked straight at her friend's face.
"From a girl that i'd never be into...To a girl that i'd kinda be into.."
"Is she worth it..?" Peggy looked at her intently.
"Absolutely!" Her friend answered almost instantly.
Peggy chuckled "W-why am I telling this to you?" She looked down then up at he friend again "I guess a part of me wants to.."
Peggy smiled brightly at her friend "I guess a part of me wants too, Who knew?" She said yet again.
"I guess a part of me likes to talk to you." She giggled "I guess a part of me wants too.."
"I guess a part of me--" She cut herself off, a blush on her face. She coughed loudly and looked at the sky.
"The girl that I'd kinda be into..."
"The girl that you'd kinda be into.."
"The girl that I'd/you'd kinda be into..."
"Is.."

"This party sucks." Hercules sighed as he sat at the chair in the corner with his best friend "I wanna go home." John sighed.
"I-I guess this is the perfect time to cool off.." Hercules sighed, he didn't know about John's situation, and John didn't know about his. Theid friends also didn't know, they didn't trust each other enough.
And they knew they don't trust each othed that much either.
They were currently in the middle of the Christmas Party, waiting for it to end so they could finally enjoy their Christmas break, but by the looks of it... They won't enjoy it much.
"Hey guys! You okay? You look down.." Samuel asked worriedly, patting both of them in the back.
"I agree." James mumbled in a voice barely even audible.
"Where's Maria?" John asked, trying to change the subject.
"I don't know...I haven't seen her." Samuel answered, but Peggy seem to have heard them "She went to the bathroom."
"What?!" The four men exclaimed, shock filled their voices "A-are you sure?" James asked.
"Yeah, she told me herself while we were having a conversation." Peggy shrugged "Though I think she went the wrong way--Huh?! Where are you guys going?!"
-
A young girl cried alone in this area in the school garden, she was in this hidden part where no one comes but she and her friends.
It was like it was made for just them, it called out to them whenever they were feeling sad or depressed, or just looking for some solitude.
Her tears fell down like waterfalls as se hugged her knees, crying about the rejection of her loved one.
First, she was rejected because of her sexuality. Second, she's been traumatized by the thing that happened to her not too long ago, Third was the incident with her supposedly 'boyfriend'--then she was rejected by her crush because she told her that she liked some girl named Charlotte.
She really thought she was talking about her, but she only assumed, and where did that leave her?
A broken heart, that's what.
She continued crying her eyes out, her loud sobs could be heard from miles away.
But who cares? No one cared about her, especially since James Reynolds, and her friends? They only pretend to be her friend because of pity.
She knew her friend had secrets of their own, she knew that they all didn't trust each other fully, she knew they were hiding something from.
She was alone in this cruel world, her parents were long gone. Her friends were just 'friends'-- No one will be there when your on the brink of falling.
People are like that, at first they're your friend but when your facing a huge problem they leave you like you were nothing.
She's experienced that many times before.
After all, who would care about Maria Reynolds?
She's got her heart broken many times. Countless people has left her in the past, rejected by people she hold dearly.
Maria was living a very devastating life.
"MARIA?!" Her sobs stopped, could it be?
"MARIA?! WHERE ARE YOU!?"
Maria froze, her heartbeat quickening "Maria..!" John shouted breathlessly when he saw her "A-are you okay?"
John walked towards the woman who was in her knees "W-what're you doing here?"
"H-how did you know I was here..?" She breathed out "We know you always used the bathroom as an excuse to cry your eyes our Mari." He frowned.
"H-how did you know..?" She asked, looking down in shame "We're your friends...You think we haven't noticed?"
"I..." Maria was loss for words "Maria!" Hercules yelled.
Maria saw the rest of the gang come towards her, stopping to kneel infront of her "G-guys.."
"Are you okay?"
"Are you hurt?"
"Who made you cry?"
Maria was silent, tears falling down her eyes "I...I can't.."
"Mari, come on... You can tell anything to us." Samuel smiled.
"...T-that's a lie.." Maria mumbled and looked at them "That's a fucking lie..."
"W-what?"
"Don't act like you guys don't know!" She screamed "I-I know you don't f-fully trust me! Or each other!"
"Mari--"
"Your afraid to tell the truth... Your afraid that this group might split a-apart if you sh-show them the real you.." Maria gritted her teeth "Mari calm dow--"
"B-but isn't that what friends are all about...? To be there for e-each other? T-to help solve e-each others problems..?" Maria said bitterly.
They were silent "I-I thought we're f-family...W-we should help each other, n-not feel u-uncomfortable with each other.." Maria sobbed "I-I know y-you think i'm being o-overdramatic b-but don't tell me you guys haven't noticed it too..."
"W-whatever we a-are doing..This isn't f-friendship. This is all f-fake."
A silence occurred between them, only Maria's sobs could be heard.
"I'm trans."
All eyes were on Samuel, who was looking down in shame "I-i'm trans...T-that's why my p-parents kicked me out.." He looked at them "I-I didn't want to tell you because.." He started breathlessly "B-because I was s-scared..."
Samuel started crying, John softly patting his back "Shhh..." John hugged him
"I-I was kicked out by my parents since I was 10.." James mumbled "I-I didn't want to go to an orphanage so..so.." James started hyperventilating "S-so I kept r-running away.."
"B-but I-I realized I n-needed money so-so I..I.." Hercules hugged him "I..I..sold myself.."
They were shocked, but didn't show it so they could avoid offending their friend "I-I didn't want too... It was the worst year of my life.. But I-I had too.."
"T-then a g-guy helped me, he gave me s-some sort of exam and I p-perfected it..I was then given a scholarship and r-relied on it s-since then..." He admitted "I g-got a part time job..But it wasn't enough--A-and now my l-landlord kicked me out... I-I.."
"Shh, that's enough for now.." Hercules soothed him "Y-you can stay with us.." John smiled as James sobbed his eyes out.
"I fucked a guy 3 years older than me because I was drunk." Hercules chuckled bitterly "I was also inlove with him..But now, he hates me..."
John looked at Hercules sadly "I don't know what to say...I can't remember anything from my past.."
"B-but I was rejected in the worst way possible when a girl kissed the guy I was about to confess my love too.." John sighed "It's not as tragic as you guys though.." (just you wait)
Maria looked down "I-i'm lesbian.." All eyes were on her "And my parents kicked me out because of that.."
"A few years later, James Reynolds came and threatened to spill my sexuality if I didn't go out with him.."
"That bitch." Samuel gritted his teeth "S-so I went out with him... B-but one day.."
"H-he raped me.."
"WHAT?!" The gang screamed "I-I couldn't do a-anything..T-then the next day he started spreading rumours about me fucking his brother.."
"That asshole." Hercules hissed "L-look, I'm n-not ready to tell you g-guys the whole st-story I--"
Maria was enveloped with a hug by all her friends, tears welled up her eyes as she slowly dropped to her knees, her friends doing the same.
This was what they needed.
They all cried their eyes out, all the frustration and the sadness leaving their body. All the anxiety, regrets, and the huge weight left their shoulders.
They felt free.
They weren't gonna hide from each other anymore, they will stop wearing masks, they were sure they can finally show they're true colors to each other because they knew they were frie-No.
They were family.
The tension between them was finally gone, they knew they could fully trust and open up to each other.
"This feels nice.." Hercules sobbed happily.
"I feel sick." James commented "Your always sick." John snorted, making everyone laugh.
"But we still love you." Samuel grinned "Can you all just shut up and hug?!"
The gang laughed as they spent the rest of the Christmas Party cuddled up with each other at their secret garden.
During that time they feel free, they forgot all of their problems and was just happy with being each other, laughing and opening up like a family.
I guess there is still a bit of light shining in the midst of darkness.
You just have to find it.
