Lakshya was driving the jeep as fast as he can. There was a huge traffic on the road since it's day time and he was trying his best to overtake all vehicles. He ran his fingers through his hairs frustratedly when he stucked at a traffic signal for a long time. His horn was continously banging and almost all people who had to bear it cursed him rudely. But he was not at all bothering about it.

He looked at the watch where is shows 10:20 am. Only 10 minutes left and he had to take a short cut which helped him to reach the airport within 10 minutes. But airport parking lot was almost full and he didn't have a space to park his jeep. He cursed himself for all this. It was only because of his wrong decisions now he have to face all this on this last minute.

Damn it.
He hit his palm hardly on the steering. He closed his eyes to calm down his nerves and the pain he is going through. He tried a lot to move his jeep through the waiting queue of vehicles. He looked at his watch to see it's already 10:30 am. That means the flight may take off anytime soon. He was disappointed. He rested his head on the steering with a deep sigh.

It was then he heard an announcement that the flight in which Samskriti is going will be late by 10 minutes. His face brightened and a new hope made him alive. He didn't even wait to park the vehicle and jumped out of the jeep. He rushed towards the entrance where he got blocked by a security staff.

"Show me your pass" the guard demanded.
"Sir, it's urgent. I can't wait till I get a pass. Please let me in."he requested probably for the first time in his life.
"You can't enter without a pass. Get out before we call the police."the guard shouted and it was enough for him to gain the devil in him back.

Soon the security staff has been kicked on his stomach and he fell down on floor yelling in pain.
"Even if I tries to be decent, no one allows me." Lakshya muttered before crossing the entrance and rushed inside.

He started looking for Samskriti everywhere. But she was nowhere found. He was disappointed. He tried his best but she was not in his sight.
"Samskriti, where are you?"he cried out.

It was then his eyes fell on a figure standing near the washroom door at an empty corner. He immediately identified her and he was worried seeing her crying hiding from everyone. It didn't take a second for him to reach her.

"Samskriti..."he called out loudly before pulling her into a tight embrace.

Samskriti was shocked seeing the person infront of her. Before she can process what is happening around her, she is now in his arms. The arms where she always found her safety. She couldn't believe that the person for whom she was crying is now infront of her. His tears were burning her bare shoulder while she was trying hard to form words to ask him what exactly happened. She thought that he didn't want to see her face anymore. And now the same person is crying on her shoulders. She is alert about people looking at them with opened mouth and her very own mama is one among them. Finally she gained the courage to pull back from his hug which alerted Lakshya too.

"Laksh...you... here..."before she can complete he was ready with his next move.
"Will you marry me Samskriti?"he asked kneeling down infront of her.

She couldn't believe what she heard. The words she wanted to hear from him a million times, the words she thought that she can't hear from him anymore. His teary eyes reflected his love for her and she found him sincere and honest this time. Her eyes widened. Surprising her a slight smile appeared on her mama's lips.

She looked at Lakshya who is waiting for her reply impatiently. The past incidents passed through her mind and that made her weak enough to not respond. She recollected how he avoided her always, how he hided his feelings for her, how he shouted at her, how he confessed his love, how he pampered her, how he consoled her, how he assured her and finally how he asked her to forget him and leave. Her face became red and heart started beating fast.

"For what? So that once again you can break my heart?"that was what she asked him and the glow in his face have disappeared within a flash of second.

He stood up to face her. Her face was reflecting anger and sorrow. More than all, confusion. He cupped her face and she jerked his hands away from her. He was shocked.

"No I won't allow you to break me once more. I won't allow you to play with my feelings once more. You have done enough destruction to me Laksh. Now its all over. You were always afraid of expressing your feelings for me. You didn't show the courage of standing for our love till now. I can't trust you once again to kill my pure love for you."she said looking straight into his eyes.

He made a stern face and cupped her face this time forcely. She struggled a lot to escape from his grip. But she couldn't do anything infront of his power.

"I want to marry you. Not to break you again. To heal your heart that was broken by me. To heal all your wounds with my love that was caused due to me. To make you fall in love with me again. To regain your trust back in true love which was lost due to my fears. To assure you everything that you wanted from me. To help you live without any fears."he said and she was wondered.

"As I warned before I ruined you with my love. But please give me a chance to rejuvenate you back."he pleaded.
She was surprised.

"Laksh.. Are you aware of what you are telling?"she asked blinking her eyes.

"Yes Samskriti. You are right. I was always a coward to accept my love for you. Finally when I did, I didn't have courage to keep you stay with me. I was afraid of the damage that our love can cause. My biggest fear was my past that can cause harm to you too. I didn't want that. But I knew that living without you will be tough for me. Then also I simply allowed you to leave without even trying my luck or fighting for you. I didn't put any effort in this relationship till now. It was always you who wanted us together and struggled for that. But now I promise I won't allow anyone to separate us or destroy our love. I won't let anything break our sacred bond. It's my promise."He said touching her forehead.

She smiled wholeheartedly. This was the moment she always dreamt off.

"I will always keep you happy if you have the courage to once again trust me. I will make sure that you are safe even if it costs my life. I won't let a single scar aches you. I will be there to protect you from all dangers till my last breathe. I will fade away all pain from your life. Your peace will be the ultimate aim of my life hereafter. Samskriti, will you marry me?"he once again knelt down infront of her and forwarded his hand for her.

She didnt have to think more to hold that hand that she always wanted to hold. She smiled making his heart flutter.
"I will marry you Laksh."she nodded her head with teary smile.
He stood up without leaving her hand.

"I love you Samskriti. I will always love you."he cupped her face and slowly pecked her forehead. She blushed.
"I love you too Laksh."
They hugged together.

"Tell me that I am not dreaming."she said.
"You are not dreaming my love. But I will make sure that hereafter your all dreams will be accomplished." He assured and she rested her head on his heart listening to the rhythm of his heart beats. It reassured her everything that she wanted to know further.

After many years it was a day of joy for Sooryamoorthi and his family. Two marriages were announced on the same day which is supposed to be conducted after one week. Shivani is getting married to her love Sreeram and Samskriti to her devil Lakshya. No words can describe Sooryamoorthi's happiness. His two daughters are getting married on next week to the love of their life. He made sure that the marriages will be celebrated like a festival. He didn't want anything lack on the biggest day of his life. His people were also happy.

"Samskriti, stop there."Lakshya was running behind Samskriti while she was giggling.
"Anyway I will catch you. You have to bear for this."he warned trying to catch her.

But she was not ready to surrender. Her laugh was making him crazy for her and he was continously moving his hand over his chest to control his fast beating heart. He was madly in love with her.

At a point he caught her from back and immediately wrapped his arms around her waist making her stop. She was surprised seeing him very close to her. She felt butterflies inside her stomach when he rested his chin on her shoulder. She gasped.

"See I caught you. Dont try to play with devil."he said smirking. She pulled his cheeks making him scream. She chuckled.

"Didn't know that devils can also have pain."she muttered while opening the chocolate pack in her hand.

She took one bite from the chocolate piece and looked at him confusingly seeing him staring at her.

"Want chocolate?"she asked forwarding her hand.
"I know how to take my share." Saying it he leaned closer to her and took one bite from the remaining chocolate she was having. She blushed.

They were shocked hearing a cough from behind and immediately pulled apart from each other. He sighed in relief seeing his own friends laughing at their back. She smirked thinking about his scared expression.

"Guna, Vinay...you can be proud. You made devil scare for a moment."she laughed. He glared at his friends when they chuckled.

"Cant believe that the man who was living along with swords and guns is now running behind a girl for a chocolate piece."Guna commented.
"That too with a newly wedded bride's blushed face." Vinay added.

Samskriti bursted into uncontrollable laughter. Lakshya sent murderous glares at his friends before chasing them.
"Wait...I am gonna kill you idiots."he shouted while his friends are running for their lives.

Samskriti was enjoying all these moments. She was living her life for the first time with unconditional and unlimited love around her and peace in her heart. All thanks to her devil.

Samskriti looked at the mehendi in her hands and smiled. Finally tomorrow is the day she is going to be her devil's forever. She heard a giggle and looked at her sister who is talking with Veera mama. Her mama was helping her sister with the tips on how to control Sreeram after marriage. Like a kid Shivani was all listening to him much to Samskriti's surprise. She coughed to gain attention.

"Akka, if you are going to treat my Sree Anna like a prisoner after marriage believing this mama's words, then its sure I am going to say Anna to escape from you. Its better he remains single throughout his life."Samskriti threatened her sister.

Shivani glared at her.
"Why are you involving into my life unnecessarily? Go and control your Lakshya. He needs someone to control him. And only you can do that." Shivani said.

Mention about his name made her heart beat to skip. She blushed.

"Oh god. If your Lakshya sees this blush now, I don't think he will wait till tomorrow."Shivani teased her.

"Akka..stop this."Samskriti pouted.
Veera was laughing seeing the sisters teasing each other. He came near them and placed his hands over their heads. He blessed them together.

"May God bless you both to have an happy married life. I couldn't live with my wife for a long time. Same applies to your Appa who lost his wife early. Atleast we want to see our children living happily." Veera said making them smile and emotional.

When her sister and mama went back to their conversation, Samskriti slowly came out of the room. She suddenly remembered that she didn't show her mehendi to the man who owns all this. She saw Guna and Vinay talking with each other while helping with the marriage preparations.

"Shhh...Guna. Vinay..come here.."she called them without anyone's notice.
"Hai angel."They came towards them happily.
"Where is Laksh?"she asked while looking at her both sides to confirm no one is watching them.

"He is working there forgetting the fact that it's his marriage tomorrow. Such a man."Guna laughed.
Samskriti giggled along with them.
"I need your help. Ask him to come to his room. I will be waiting there."she said.
"Can't you wait for one more night?"Vinay asked.
"Arey there is an important matter."Samskriti defended.
"What's so important?" Guna asked anxiously.

"That I will tell to your friend. Just inform him to meet me at his room. I can't wait for a long time. And don't shout out this to everyone. We are not allowed to meet each other till the wedding rituals over."she said and his friends smirked.
"Ok Done" they said together.

Samskriti was waiting at his room when she heard some footsteps. She hided behind the curtains and the door opened.
"Samskriti.."Lakshya called while his eyes travelling through the entire room.
She sighed in relief and immediately got out from the curtains.

"Laksh.."she ran towards him and hugged him tightly. He smiled and wrapped his arms around her back. They stayed in that position for a long time. It was him who moved back first.

"How will you feel if I call your Appa to show him how his daughter breaking rules?"he smirked and she looked at him in shock.

"I will kill you then"she pouted.
He laughed.
"Dont you want to see my mehendi?"she asked and he was excited. She showed her palms and he looked at it carefully while holding it.

"Wow. Thats my name."he smiled seeing his name written on her hands.
"It's beautiful Samskriti."he said.
"Did you like it?"she asked.
"A lot."he replied.

It was then they heard some footsteps and she was shocked.
"Laksh, someone is coming. Who will be that?"she asked scaring.
"May be your Appa."he said shocking her.
"Laksh...."she screamed.
"Arey don't worry. It might be that idiots."he said to console her.

Samskriti looked through the window and she immediately rushed back to him.
"Laksh, Sree Anna is coming. What will I do now?"she was tensed.
"Hey relax. If you want go and hide behind that curtains till he go. I will manage him."he assured and she went to the curtain side. She hid behind that.

Within this time Sreeram has already entered inside. Lakshya looked at him amazed seeing him serious and tensed.
"It's your marriage tomorrow. Why are you looking pale?"Lakshya asked moving towards him.

"There is an important matter Lakshya."Sreeram spoke still with a lowered face.
"What's the matter?" Lakshya asked.
"That Prabhakar...he escaped from jail." Lakshya was shocked and so Samskriti too.

"But how it's possible? I can't believe this."Lakshya said.
"I don't know. But the commissioner have just called uncle to inform this news. He didn't want to create a scene in our house when we are preparing for two marriages. So he asked me to inform you secretly. And also he didn't want to scare the ladies."Sreeram said without knowing that Samskriti is hearing all this.

"Lakshya, we should be careful hereafter. And don't let anyone else know this. Especially Samskriti and Shivani. They will be panicked
"Sreeram warned and he nodded in agreement.

"Ok I will take care of that."Lakshya replied and Sreeram went out. Lakshya closed the door immediately after he is gone.

"Laksh..."he turned back to see a panicked Samskriti behind him. He hugged her and consoled her.
"Hey dont you believe me? Prabhakar or his father can't harm us. Dont tense."he tried to make her calm.
"I am getting scared Laksh."she said resting her head on his heart.
"Nothing will happen dear. As long as I am here I won't let anything bad happen to you or your family."he promised.
"I want you to be safe more than me. I can't live without you Laksh."she said and he smiled.
"No one can separate us now. You are mine and I will be always with you. If it's not me who can save you?" He kissed her forehead while she closed her eyes.

She felt secure within his embrace and he gained the courage to fight from her love. To fight for her, for her safety. And for their togetherness.
