Three weeks later, it was time for the Grand Magic Games.

Granted, not much training had taken place, with all the research Artemis, Lucy, Erza and Gray were conducting as Natsu and Happy ate food. And...

They didn't find anything on crazy powerhouses.

"Come on!" Lucy had yelled in exasperation after the second week. "Seriously!? Are these.. Ealivians or whatever imaginary!?"

"Yeah." Artemis snorted as she took another book from the shelf. "So imaginary, they knocked one of Fairy Tail's strongest wizards off of a train."

"The sarcasm was unnecessary."

"No, it was completely necessary."

"Are you bipolar or something? Sometimes you're nice, other times you're rude."

"Old habits die hard." Artemis shrugged.

"The Grand Magic Games are in one week." Erza spoke up. "We should start training."

"No argument there." said Gray, throwing the book he was reading over his shoulder. 

"We're training now!?" Natsu's eyes gleamed. "About time!! Arty!! Fight me!!"

"Don't call me Arty- hey!" Artemis started to protest, before Natsu punched her in the face. 

"HAHAHA!!" Natsu laughed. "I won!! Okay, Erza, get ready cause-"

"ARROW MAKE: GRIZZLY!!"

A ginormous green grizzly bear charged Natsu, barreling into him and knocking him comically into the next room.

"That's Natsu for you." Gray sighed.

At the current moment, they were in the dining car of the train, heading to Crocus, the city where the Grand Magic Games were held.

Natsu was currently devouring the food the train had to offer. If you're wondering why Natsu was not sick to his stomach, it's because Wendy, a Sky Dragon Slayer, had used her magic to dull the pain quite a bit.

"This food is delicious!" Natsu said between bites with a cheery grin, crumbs flying everywhere.

"Aye!" agreed Happy, who was gnawing on a fish from his position on Artemis's head.

"Hey, did you guys hear that there's three guilds on each train?" Lucy asked. Erza nodded, thanking the waiter as he gave her the strawberry cake she had ordered.

"Yeah, I think Blue Pegasus and Sabertooth is with us." Gray commented.

"S-Sabertooth?" Artemis whispered.

Erza sighed with a scowl. "I swear, if that bastard comes by here..."

"What bastard?" Artemis asked.

"This short creep who likes to flirt with Erza." Happy replied as he swallowed his fifth fish. "He's one of the only people who scare her!"

"HE DOESN'T SCARE ME!!"

"Denial." Happy sing-songed, before shrinking back in fear at Erza's death glare. "S-sorry!!"

Suddenly, the door opened, and two men around the same age as Team Fairy Tail stepped in,, with a brown cat and a grog-like thing behind them. The one with spiky blond hair, Sting, grinned. 

"Hey, Fairy Tail!" He greeted. 

Erza, Gray, and Lucy seemed shocked at his personality, as less than six months ago he'd been nothing but serious, however Natsu didn't seem to mind.

"Hey, Sting!" He waved back. "Hey, Rogue! How ya been?"

"Good." Sting replied. "Being Guild Master's pretty hard work, though. All of the paperwork... but we don't have as much as you do!"

Artemis was sweating bullets, hoping that he wouldn't see her.

Wishful thinking.

Sting gasped as he saw Artemis, and jumped forward, anime-style hearts in his eyes. "If it isn't Artemis!! The graceful and beautiful archer of my dreams!!"

"What!?" Lucy's eyes widened. 

Rogue, Sting's partner who had black hair, sighed. "Sting, you're scaring her again..."

"Nonsense!!" Sting yelled, bringing a bouquet of flowers from seemingly nowhere and holding them out to Artemis. He cleared his throat. "PLEASE!! IT WOULD MAKE ME THE HAPPIEST MAN IN THE WORLD IF YOU WOULD GO OUT WITH ME!!"

"How many times do I have to say no!!" Artemis yelled back in reply.

"I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!!" Sting grabbed Artemis' hands. "FOR THIS IS LOVE!! AND I WILL NEVER GIVE IT UP!!!"

"Hey, Sting." Lector, the brown Exceed, pulled on Sting's arm. "You said you'd teach Katrina how to block a roar, remember?" 

Sting sighed. "Until we meet again, my love!" With that, he skipped out the door.

"I'm sorry." Rogue said, before following his Master.

"Um.." Wendy said slowly. "What was that?"

"Before I came to Fairy Tail, I met him while he was on a job." Artemis explained. "I help him defeat these bandits, and now he's in love with me..."

"At least there aren't any more creepers." Lucy said.

"Don't jinx it!" 

Suddenly, three extremely attractive men opened the door. "Hello, wondrous Fairy Tail!! With your beautiful women!!"

"Hey Hibiki, Eve, Ren." Gray greeted, however the men ignored him as they saw Artemis.

The one with black hair took Artemis' hand and got down on one knee. "You're luxurious hair... it looks so soft..." Ren whispered.

The shorter man with bright blond hair named Eve grabbed a cup of tea from one of the waiter's going to the next car. "Might I offer you some tea, beautiful? It lengthens the lifespan!" 

"All I need to do to live forever is stare into your wonderful eyes." The one with dirty blond hair named Hibiki sighed dreamily. 

Artemis was blushing now. "Uh, thanks..."

"They're always like this." Wendy said. "Just go with it, it makes things easier and less weird."

"But.. I have a boyfr-"

"And just what is your name, beautiful woman?" Eve asked with a silky voice. "Surely such a lovely woman has a lovely name to match!"

"Uh... it's Artemis.."

"Artemis!" Ren sighed. "The goddess of wilderness! Such a fitting name for a beautiful woman!!"

"I'm 16..."

"Please! If I could take you out on a date right here and now, I would be content for the rest of my life!" Hibiko said.

"At least Ichiya isn't here..." Erza sighed in relief.

However, in sudden irony, the door opened, and a short, stocky man with long hair, a white suit that he seemed to think made him look attractive (It didn't... at all) stepped through.

"MEN!!" Ichiya said smoothly. "If it isn't the wondrous Fairy Tail, with all of the beautiful ladies... ladies..." He smiled at Erza, grabbing her hand. "Wonderful Erza, my darling!! How much you have- WHAM!!!"

Erza had kicked him in the face, her face bright red. "SHUT UP!!"

Hibiki, Eve, and Ren gasped. "Master!! Are you alright!?"

Ichiya hopped up, his lip bleeding. "Of course! MEN!!" He saw Artemis, and smiled. "And just who are you?"

"That's Artemis, Master!" Hibiki said. 

 "MEN!!" Ichiya began to compliment the archer in a silky tone. "Your eyes shine like the sun, and green looks absolutely marvelous on you!!"

"Uh.." Artemis said, feeling immensely uncomfortable.

Without warning, Ichiya jumped forward and started to sniff her like a dog smelling his owner after he'd played with other dogs. "My my my!! What amazing Parfum!! (means perfume) MEN!! What is the reason for this luxurious smell and what is it called!?"

Before he could continue, Artemis shot him in the face. "IT'S CALLED SWEAT YOU BODY SMELLING PERVERT!!"

"Sweat!?" Ichiya swooned. "Such an original name for a Parfum!!" 

"Master!!" Ren shouted. "Are you okay!?"

"I am fine, boys!" Ichiya once again jumped up, however now he was sporting a black eye with his split lip. "These two women are just playing hard to get!! MEN!! A couple tsunderes!!"

"WE ARE NOT TSUNDERES!!" Erza yelled, kicking Ichiya in the face again.

"What's a tsundere?" Artemis asked.

"Somebody who acts like they hate somebody they're in love with." Lucy replied, and Artemis scowled.

"I AM NOT A TSUNDERE!!" She shot another arrow, which once again hit Ichiya in the face.

Ichiya, who now had two black eyes, ran back to Artemis. "YOUR PARFUM!! SMELLS LIKE FRESH LILACS IN THE SUN!! MEN!!" 

"GET AWAY!!" Artemis punched him in the stomach, sending him on to Erza's lap.

"BACK OFF, PERVERT!!!" Erza shouted, doing the same to Ichiya, who landed on Artemis.

Artemis punched him in the face, sending him back to Erza.

This cycle went on for ten minutes, until finally Erza just knocked him unconscious. 

"What is it with that guy!?" Artemis asked incredulously. 

"I don't know." Erza replied.

"And on that note," Wendy said, looking up. "We're here!" 

Artemis looked out the window, and her jaw dropped.

It was a magnificent, beautiful city, the size of four Gothams put together. In the center of the city was a beautiful castle. 

"Holy..." she whispered. "Holy crap!"

The train stopped, and Team Fairy Tail hopped out. 

"Anyone remember the way to the hotel?" Gray asked.

Erza nodded. "Yes... this way." She started to walk, and the other four followed her. (As Wendy had gone to the other hotel with Mirajane)

"This place is beautiful!" Artemis whispered.

"We can go sight seeing tomorrow, after the event." Lucy promised.

"Yeah!" Natsu agreed. "I heard there's an eating contest!"

"In the Games?" Artemis asked.

"No." Happy shook his head, sitting down on Artemis' head. "It's just around here."

Ten minutes later, they were at the hotel. 

The girl's room only had one queen sized bed.

"What!?" Lucy yelled. "Why is it-"

"Apparently the other one blew up." Erza explained. "About five minutes before we got here... another one won't get here until tomorrow."

"Can't they just make another one!?" 

"It's fine." Artemis said. "I'll just sleep on the flo-"

"No!" Erza interrupted. "I'll do it!"

Artemis blinked, before agreeing. "Er, okay."
