Kol looked at his wife as they walked out of the clothes store where they had just bought him some clothes since she couldn't get to her bag which, had clothes that she brought for Kol it was in the car that Klaus had taken to check on Gloria, so they had to go shopping instead, "why are these pants so tight?"

She chuckled and looked back at him "it's the style these days Kol."

He rolled his eyes "well it's annoying."

CeCe laughed and grabbed his arm pulling him along, "now we are getting you a cell phone... I know that you've seen me use mine enough to understand the basics of it."

He nodded "yeah, okay."

She was pulling him along until they came to a store that sold cellphones, they spent 10 minutes in the store and then walked out once they had the phone that he decided on and CeCe looked at him with a grin "there we go... hmmm I think that's all we needed to do, now we can get that shock factor from Nik."

Kol smirks "he'll probably get angry rather than shocked."

That made her laugh, but she nodded in agreement "that's true but I'll handle that if he tries to attack you"

Kol was smirking still "I know you will darling"

The Heretic smiled at him "I didn't work on getting you out of that coffin all summer just to let Nik dagger you again, no he'll have to go through me to even try."

The couple walked back to the warehouse, but Klaus hadn't gotten back yet and Stefan looked at Kol confused since he didn't recognize him "Uhhh what's going on here?"

CeCe smirked ignoring him and looking at Bekah "so Nik hasn't got back yet?"

She shakes her head "nope but I'm sure he'll be back soon so you two got back just in time."

The Heretic grinned at Rebekah grabbing ahold of Kol's hand "well this is certainly gonna be fun"

He chuckled, smiling down at her "well you are definitely right about that my little witch"

They hear the blonde original squeal, grinning at them "awh you two are getting along and all is right in the world again"

CeCe looked at Kol with a smirk "I told you Bex would be happy."

Rebekah giggled at them "ugh seriously you guys are so adorable, and I am so happy that I don't have to listen to either one of you complain about the other anymore."

Kol and CeCe smirk at each other, making Rebekah sigh "and there it is... the matching smirks are back."

The Heretic heard Klaus walk into the warehouse and turned to Kol, "it's showtime... "just stay behind me.... as I said earlier, I did not spend all summer getting you out of that box just to let him put you right back in it... I'm not going to let him touch you."

Kol smiled at her running his thumb across her cheek, "I know that C." she smiled back at him before turning around and standing protectively in front of him.

Rebekah is biting her lip with a grin on her face, "you see now that right there is what I've missed."

Klaus walked in and looked at Rebekah having heard what she said "what's going on here? What have you missed?" Then his eyes flicked over and looked at CeCe, then noticed his little brother behind her and he was surprised since the last time they were together they were fighting. Then he looked back at CeCe "well that is a surprise.... can't say I was expecting that."

CeCe knew that Kol was thinking about trying something so she just held up a hand behind her back, Kol grabbed her hand and she grinned at Klaus "that was the point because nobody would have expected it.... so, mission accomplished."

The hybrid rolled his eyes giving her a look "how did this even happen? Because the last I remember the two of you weren't on civil speaking terms."

She gave him an innocent smirk "Well you remember that dream I told you about?"

He nods "yeah."

"Well I made contact with the person... because I wanted to know who it was and it turns out" I point behind me at Kol "it was him... still not completely sure on the how that happened but anyway yeah so basically I popped off and said get lost then a few days later he showed up again and we had a serious talk and we've been on good terms ever since."

Klaus looked between them "and let me guess you found a spell that let you see him outside of the dream thing?"

She grinned at him "oh Nik, you know me so well, that would be correct"

Klaus nods "well things are making sense now... should have known you were up to something... you've had that I'm up to something smirk and that devious look in your eyes all summer."

She let go of Kol's hand crossing her arms over her chest and gave Klaus a look "are you gonna try and dagger him again?"

Klaus rolled his eyes, easily noticing the protective stance that she has in front of his little brother "well considering now that you two are on good terms again with that look you are giving me you would throw me through that wall over there" he points to the wall "before I even had that chance to go for the daggers so what do you think Lia?"

The Heretic smiled satisfied with his answer "good at least you are very well aware that to get to him you would have to go through me first" She turned to face Kol but saw a slight smile on Klaus' face out of the corner of her eye.

Then he looks at Rebekah "Gloria's gone. She's cleared out. We need to find a new witch immediately."

Rebekha looks at Klaus "Something's wrong before Lia and Kol got here, he was asking about Mikael, He's not with us, Nik. I can sense it."

Stefan looks at the hybrid "She's wrong. Klaus..." but Klaus rushes over to him and snaps his neck.

Klaus is driving the truck with Rebekah in the passenger seat and CeCe is driving Klaus' SUV with Kol riding with her he looked over at her "wow I'm honestly surprised he gave up so easily back there"

CeCe smirked over at him "well for one Nik knows firsthand how protective I am of you, even when we weren't on speaking terms I always hated when he daggered you and he always heard about it too not like it did any good but still I tried and second he also knows that he would have to go through me to get to you and well he really doesn't want to do that because he once again knows firsthand what I'm capable of."

Kol smiles at her kind of surprised to hear that "really?"

She nodded at him "yeah really... you may be an idiot sometimes but you've always been my idiot.... even when we weren't on speaking terms, you were my idiot and I still loved you no matter how many times I said I hated you, it was always a lie.... but saying that I hated you was easier because I thought you hated me."

Kol grabs her hand "I never hated you C..... I could never hate you, you are the one person on this planet that I could never hate no matter what, I was upset when I realized I didn't have my magic anymore and it felt like part of me was missing without it and then we found out that you still had your magic and I lashed out because I didn't know why you got to keep yours but I lost mine.... but the biggest thing was that you didn't tell me about it, it was the way I found out, was the biggest part of why I lashed out at you the way I did... we had just turned and everything was heightened which really didn't help the matter."

She smiled at him "that was my mother's idea to keep it a secret from everyone... I knew you would have understood and been okay with it but my mother thought is was best to keep it a secret because being different in the witch community can get you shunned and she didn't want that to happen to me so she wouldn't even let me tell you but she always kept something around for me to siphon so that I always had access to magic to make it seem like I was like every other witch and then when we turned I had never-ending access to magic and I tried to explain it but you were being stubborn and you weren't ready to hear it so there was nothing I could do about that."
