CeCe sat in the car with Bonnie, they were on their way to pick up Elena from her house, to go to school. The Heretic was in the passenger seat, Elena climbed into the back seat after she came out to the car. Bonnie started driving and the younger Bennett explained to Elena what grams told has been telling her. "So, Grams is telling me I'm psychic. Our ancestors were from Salem, witches and all that, I know, crazy, but she's going on and on about it, and I'm like, put this woman in a home already! But then I started thinking, I predicted Obama and I predicted Heath Ledger, and I still think Florida will break off and turn into little resort islands..." CeCe noticed that Elena was staring out the window and Bonnie noticed too and got her attention "Elena! Back in the car."

In order to befriend the doppelganger and keep an eye on her CeCe compelled the school to hold her back a year so that she would be in the same grade as Elena, because it just made things easier. She was 18 physically but a junior, she could always just compel them again after she was finished with her little plan.

Or just 'drop out' if all else failed.

"I did it again, didn't I? I--I'm sorry, Bonnie. You were telling me that..." the gilbert girl trialed off.

So, Bonnie said it again "That I'm psychic now." CeCe just shook her head at the younger Bennett thinking 'not psychic a witch.'

Elena looks at her "Right. Okay, then predict something. About me."

"I see..." Bonnie starts but a crow hits the windshield Bonnie looks back at Elena with wide eyes "What was that?! Oh, my god! Elena are you okay?" The Heretic rolled her eyes thinking 'Damon and that damn crow.' Bonnie looks back at Elena "It was like a bird or something. It came out of nowhere"

CeCe nodded looking at Bonnie "it was a crow."

"Really, I can't be freaked out by cars for the rest of my life," Elena tells her and it sounds more like she's trying to reassure herself more than Bonnie.

Bonnie finishes her prediction about Elena "I predict this year is going to be kick-ass. And I predict all the sad and dark times are over and you are going to be beyond happy."

The three of them walk into the school and Bonnie looked around and then back at Elena and CeCe "Major lack of male real estate. Look at the shower curtain on Kelly Beech. She looks like a hot — can I still say, "tranny mess"?"

Elena shook her head "No, that's over."

CeCe looked between them "actually it was never in."

Bonnie shrugged "Ahh, find a man, coin a phrase. It's a busy year." CeCe shook her head with a little laugh at that while Elena waved at Matt, but he ignored her.

Elena sighed and looked back at the two Bennett girls "he hates me."

CeCe gave her a little sympathetic smile as Bonnie told her "That's not hate. That's "you dumped me, but I'm too cool to show it, but secretly I'm listening to Air Supply's greatest hits."

The Heretic gave her a look "Just give it time and he'll come around." Elena gave her a small smile as Caroline walked up to them and hugged Elena.

"Elena. Oh, my god." She pulls back and looks at Elena "How are you? Oh, it's so good to see you." Then Caroline looks at the two Bennett girls "How is she? Is she good?"

Elena cuts in "Caroline, I'm right here. And I'm fine. Thank you."

Caroline looks at her "Really?"

"Yes. Much better."

"Oh, you poor thing." Caroline hugs her again.

"Okay, Caroline."

The blonde let her go and smiles at them "Oh! Okay, see you guys later?" CeCe waved at the blonde she quite liked Caroline, the Forbes girl was one of her three favorite blondes, coming in a number three of course, with Lexi coming in at number two and Rebekah being number one. "OK! Bye!" Caroline walked away from the three of them.

Elena gave them a look "No comment."

"I'm not going to say anything," Bonnie tells her.

CeCe nodded agreeing with Bonnie "yeah neither was I."

The trio walked past the office and Bonnie stopped "Hold up. Who's this?"

Elena looked at her "All I see is back."

"It's a hot back." Was the answer Bonnie gave, CeCe snorted to herself "And that would be Stefan Salvatore... Just great.' "I'm sensing Seattle, and he plays the guitar."

Elena laughed "You're really going to run this whole psychic thing into the ground, huh?"

Bonnie nodded "yeah pretty much."

CeCe Chuckled as Elena looked and saw her brother walk into the bathroom, "I'll be back."

Bonnie is looking at Stefan whispering "Please be hot." CeCe shrugged though Bonnie didn't notice, the Heretic was thinking 'well he is hot alright just too young for my taste I mean I am a whole millennium older than him plus he is just not my type.'

Bonnie and CeCe met Elena in Mr. Tanner's classroom and they took their seats, a few minutes later, Tanner started talking "Once our home state of Virginia joined the confederacy in 1861, it created a tremendous amount of tension within the state. People in Virginia's northwest region had different ideals than those from the traditional deep south. Then Virginia divided in 1863 with the northwest region joining the union." And with that CeCe zoned out what he was saying it wasn't like she needed to know any of this because she already knew it, the only reason she's even in school is to keep her cover up because she is forever 17.

After a boring day of school, CeCe walked into the Mystic Grill, with Bonnie and Caroline who was talking about Stefan, "His name is Stefan Salvatore. He lives with his uncle up at the old Salvatore Boarding House. He hasn't lived here since he was a kid. Military family, so they moved around a lot. He's a Gemini, and his favorite color is blue." (I never understood why they said he was a Gemini when he's not he was born in November he's a Scorpio.)

Bonnie looked at the blonde "You got all of that in one day?"

CeCe laughed giving her 'cousin' a look "Come on Bonnie this is Care we are talking about."

The blonde playfully glared at CeCe before answering Bonnie "Oh, please, I got all that between third and fourth period. We're planning a June wedding."

The Heretic shook her head, CeCe already knew that right now, the only girl Stefan had eyes for was Elena, but that was only because she looked like Katherine and he has no idea why.

Caroline suddenly turned her attention to CeCe "what about you CeCe? Got a man you've been holding out on telling us about?"

CeCe sighed and bit the inside of her cheek debating on if she wants to talk about this but ended up telling her this "well I guess technically yes, but we haven't talked in a really long time. It's been years... like I said technically we never broke up and I really don't want to talk about it, it always upsets me." 'ugh, she just had to go there... I know she didn't know but still, I miss him... a lot.'

Her eyes widened "oh my god, CeCe I am so sorry, I didn't mean to upset you."

CeCe smiled at her "it's okay Care, I know you didn't know."

A little while later CeCe stood with Matt and Bonnie who were talking about Elena, surprise, surprise. "How's Elena doing?"

Bonnie looks at him "Her mom and dad died. How do you think? She's putting on a good face, but it's only been four months."

"Has she said anything about me?"

"Oh, no. So not getting in the middle. You pick up the phone and call her."

"I feel weird calling her. She broke up with me."

Bonnie looks at him "Give it more time, Matt."

Elena walks in with Stefan Matt looks at her "More time, huh?" He walks over to Elena and Stefan and introduces himself to Stefan "Hey, I'm Matt, nice to meet you."

Stefan smiles politely at him "Hi. Stefan."

Elena smiles at Matt "Hey."

"Hey."

CeCe looked at Bonnie "wow that was so awkward." Bonnie just chuckled at the comment. Now they were sitting at a table, with Caroline, Stefan, and Elena, Caroline is asking Stefan questions.

"So, you were born in Mystic Falls?"

CeCe smirked to herself 'yep like a hundred years ago.'

"Mm-hmm. And moved when I was still young."

Bonnie looked at him asking the next question "parents?"

"My parent passed away" Elena gives him a sympathetic smile before changing the subject.

"I'm sorry. Any siblings?"

"None that I talk to. I live with my uncle." was the answer he gave he didn't deny having a sibling he just said that they didn't talk. CeCe grinned internally 'more like your nephew, Stef. God, I love knowing things that other people don't.'

Caroline took over the conversation again "So, Stefan, if you're new, then you don't know about the party tomorrow."

"It's a back-to-school thing," Bonnie tells him.

Stefan looks at Elena "are you going?"

CeCe looked at him with a grin "oh of course she is."

Stefan looked at her "and you are?"

She just gave him a friendly smile "Sorry we haven't been properly introduced, CeCe Bennett."

Stefan nodded at her "so you and Bonnie are related?"

The Heretic nodded "yep we are cousins or something like that but yes we are related."

Stefan smiled at her "well it's nice to meet you, CeCe." Then the vampire offered her his hand to shake, CeCe's lip quirked up in a little half smirk as she took it, she didn't even space out at the touch, once you get used to it you can touch a vampire and not space out, but newbie witches always space out.

The next day CeCe was sitting in History listening to Tanner drone on 'ugh I hate that man more than words can even begin to describe, If I could, I would eat him drain him of all of his blood, but I can't because it would draw unwanted attention.' CeCe rolled her eyes as Tanner continued to talk "The Battle of Willow Creek took place right at the end of the war in our very own Mystic Falls. How many casualties resulted in this battle? Ms. Bennett?" he pointed at Bonnie to specify which one he was talking to.

"Um...a lot? I'm not sure. Like a whole lot."

"Cute becomes dumb in an instant, Ms. Bennett. Mr. Donovan? Would you like to take this opportunity to overcome your embedded jock stereotype?"

Matt shook his head "It's okay, Mr. Tanner, I'm cool with it."

Then, Tanner, the asshat calls on Elena "Hmm. Elena? Surely you can enlighten us about one of the town's most significant historical events?"

The brunette shook her head "I'm sorry, I--I don't know."

"I was willing to be lenient last year for obvious reasons, Elena. But the personal excuses ended with summer break."

Then Stefan came to her rescue "There were 346 casualties. Unless you're counting local civilians."

Tanner looks a little impressed "That's correct. Mister...?"

"Salvatore," Stefan answered.

"Salvatore. Any relation to the original settlers here at Mystic Falls?"

"Distant," Stefan answered vaguely.

"Well, very good. Except, of course, there were no civilian casualties in this battle."

CeCe grinned internally as Stefan answered him "Actually, there were 27, sir. Confederate soldiers, they fired on the church, believing it to be housing weapons. They were wrong. It was a night of great loss. The founder's archives are, uh, stored in the civil hall if you'd like to brush up on your facts, Mr. Tanner."

Tanner looks pissed "Hmmm"

CeCe and Kol are married CeCe goes by CeCe Bennett instead of CeCe Mikaelson because she and Kol are estranged because he freaked out on her for being a Heretic (well it wasn't really because she was a heretic, it was more because she didn't tell him about it before they were turned and that was the way he found out about it and with the heightened emotions of just being turned he overreacted a bit.) while he lost his magic after they were turned and they haven't really talked in over a thousand years at least they haven't talked civilly they mostly fight.
