Doldrums 

a challenge a week

keeps the doldrums away

I scratch with my quill

let the words have their say

sometimes it's easy

and sometimes nay

but I still keep at it

day after day

when they waffle and balk

I just have to pray

that this challenge each week

will keep those doldrums away
