Krystle POV:

I have been waiting for Akansha for nearly fifteen minutes now. I guess she will come soon. I called her but her phone was out of reach!

Few seconds later, I heard footsteps behind me. So I turned to see Akansha but it was Andrew walking towards me.

Oh God! What is he doing here? Shouldn't he have gone home by now?

I just turned back and ignored him.

"Hey Krystle! What are you doing here?", he asked but I ignored him.

"Is there any problem with your car? Let me check it", he said and went near my car.

But I blocked his way.

"What is your problem? Can't you mind your own business? And why the hell are you acting like you care for me?", I asked him.

"Kryz! I...tr.. ", he started but I cut him off saying, "Don't call me Kryz! You don't have the fucking right to call me like that. You are a nobody! A nobody to me", I shouted at him.

"Please Kryz! Please listen to me! I love yo....", he started but I cut him off, "Stop! Just stop it!!! I know you don't mean it!"

"STAY AWAY FROM ME!!!", I shouted and walked my way towards the library to see Kanz but Andrew grabbed my hands stopping me.

"Not this time Kryz! Don't walk away from me", he said and hugged me tight.

Tears started to roll out of my eyes without my consent. Even though I hate him, my stupid heart still beats for him. Me and my pathetic heart!

I controlled myself and pushed him with the remaining strength I had. I guess he didn't expect it because he stumbled back.

"I hate you! I hate you!!", I mumbled with pain and walked in the direction of the library.

Why are you still affecting me Andrew? I should not love you. I should hate you! Why did you break my heart? Whyy?

I wiped my tears and controlled myself by taking a deep breath.

I soon reached the library and looked around but I couldn't spot Kanz or Parth here? Where is Kanz?

I went to the librarian and asked, "Did you see Parth Paxton in the library?"

He looked at me weirdly. "No", he replied and continued doing his work. I came outside the library in shock.

Parth was not in the library? But...but..Kanz said she was meeting him in the library. Did she lie to me?

No..no..it can't be...but where is she? Is she fine? God! Help me to find Kanz!

Andrew! Yes, he will surely know. I am sure that this is one of their stupid, dirty games to play with me and Kanz.

I went towards the parking lot to see Andrew standing with his head hung low.

I felt sad seeing him like that but I shrugged it off and yanked his shirt, "Where are Akansha and Parth?"

He looked at me shocked. "Akansha and Parth?", he mumbled with a confused face.

"Don't act in front of me Drew! Now tell me where Akansha and Parth are?"

But in turn, he was smiling like an idiot. He just knows how to irritate the hell out of me.

I glared at him. "Why the hell are you smiling?"

"You just called me Drew! I am very happy to hear that from you after a longg time", he said and cupped my face with lots of love in his eyes.

What love?...no...no...my eyes are manipulating me.

He slowly wiped the tears that had fallen from eyes.

"Sorry my love! I am extremely sorry."

I tried to break away from his hold but he kept a hand on my waist and brought me closer to him than before.

'This is just a game for him! Don't fall for it Krystle!! Don't!!!'

PARTH POV:

Her hair fell on her face hiding her beauty. My hands slowly touched her hair. It's so soft.

I slowly tugged her hair behind her ear, brushing her face with my fingers. She shivered visibly. I could feel it.

I looked into her eyes with a feeling I couldn't understand.

She just took my breath with her innocent face and eyes.

I held her face with my hands and slowly leaned near her ear and with my breath fanning near her ears, "What are you doing to me Akansha?"

This is the first time I am saying her name and it felt very natural for me to say it. The name suits her too.

Her eyes widened and soon she started pushing me away.

I moved away from her.

What the hell just happened now?

I was not in my senses again. Damn bitch! What is she doing to me?

I saw her eyeing the keys at the corner. I soon got up and took the keys from the corner before she could take it.

"Not so soon Lilliput", I said with a smirk on my face.

She groaned and sat on the nearby chair.

I too occupied a chair. "Since we need to spend a few more minutes here together, I would like to discuss the timings for the project."

She gave me an annoyed look and looked the other way.

"Excuse me Miss. nonstop. Don't show me your attitude. I am also irritated to share a room with you", I said sternly.

She looked at me with that same bloody innocent face.

"Fine. Let's discuss."

Cute. 

What the...? No ..no...not cute...she is irritating. Yes, irritating!!!

"Can we have the project discussions every morning before college starts? We can come two hours earlier to college to discuss the project."

"No way. I can't get up early for this shitty project. We can do these project works at my house in the evening."

"I can't. I have my part-time job to do."

"We can have those discussions after your job. Your working hours are till 8.0 pm only. So we can do those projects till 9.45 pm. And since you are coming to my house, I shall drop you back."

"How do you know my timing hours? Are you stalking me?", she asked with a shocked face.

Oh shit! I am in deep trouble.

"Well.. I ..I just said the closing timing of the shop. Don't overthink Miss. nonstop. I just guessed it."

Phew. Great escape!

"I don't know the way to your house."

"Since I go to Green world everyday, I can pick you up from there after your working hours."

She nodded her head.

"Okay, I agree but we should be like strangers in the restaurant."

She doesn't want others to know that I speak with her. Even though it shouldn't hurt, I felt sad to hear it from her.

"We are strangers for sure even now. So don't worry about that", I said with a straight face.

Soon my phone rang and I took it to see Andy calling me.

Why is he calling me? Shouldn't he be with Krystle now? Did they not meet at the parking lot?

Before I could attend the call, it ended. Again my phone rang and I answered.

"Where are you Parth?", Andy asked me immediately.

Is Krystle not with him?

"Is Krystle with you?", I asked him, thinking my plan had flopped.

Andrew POV:

I am on cloud nine as I am holding Kryz after a long fucking time.

"Where are Akansha and Parth?", Kryz asked me.

Why is she thinking that Parth and Akansha are together?

"I swear to you that I don't know, Kryz", I answered her sincerely.

I noticed the worried emotions she felt. I held her firmly in my hands.

"Why are you thinking that Akansha is with Parth?"

She first hesitated.

"Akansha told me that Parth called her and asked her to meet him at the library to discuss the timings of the project."

Now I get it. Parth had intentionally asked me to wait for 10 minutes in the class and then go to the parking lot to speak with him there about Theo.

But I was surprised to see Krystle there. Thank you so much Parth, for your help.

"Don't worry Kryz. I will call Parth and ask him where he is."

She nodded her head in response.

"Um-- I don't wish to but I will be able to take my phone only If you could move a little, Kryz."

Her eyes bulged out realizing our closeness and moved back instantly.

I smiled to myself thinking about the effect I have on her even now. I took my phone and called him but he didn't answer my call. I tried once again and luckily he answered the call.

"Parth, where are you?", I asked him immediately.

"Is Krystle with you?", he asked me instead.

"Yes. Is Akansha with you?"

There were some shuffling sounds and soon I heard Akansha and Parth's voice in the background but couldn't make out what they were saying since the voices were too low and then the call ended abruptly.

I tried to call him again but it was out of reach.

"I guess Parth and Akansha are in the college only. Let's search for them", I said to Krystle.

She nodded her head and we started our search.

Kryz banged all the closed doors, "Kanz, are you inside?"

I felt amused with her actions. She turned and sent me a glare.

"You are of no help to me. You are simply walking with me. You can just go bac....ahh...ahhh..ahhhh!!!", she shouted and hugged me tightly, more like jumped on me.

Akansha POV:

"We are strangers for sure even now. So don't worry about that", he said with a straight face.

It was me who said let's be strangers but the way he replied made me feel sad. Even though what he said should not affect me, I felt sad hearing it.

My thoughts were interrupted by his phone's call. Phone? Yes, I can warn Kryz by calling her.

Why didn't I think of this before? My stupid brain is quite slow to think.

I took my phone to see it was dead. Where is the damn charge in my phone when I need it the most? Arghhh!

I heard him asking 'Is Krystle with you?' on his phone. Is he speaking with Andrew? Is Krystle with him? Did they trick me into helping them?

I must get his phone from his hands. Then I can warn Kryz. But how? Well, this is my chance. Kanz, gooooo!

I went towards Parth and snatched his phone from his hand. Since he didn't see it coming, it was pretty easy but then he caught hold of my waist before I could escape.

"Give the phone back Akansha."

Again! He said my name again. No..no....focus... focus Akansha!...focus!

"No way. Leave me Parth. You can't make me help you before I know the truth."

I clutched the phone with one of my hands and the nearby table with the other hand and tried to cut the call and dial Kryz but he jerked me towards him.

Due to the sudden movement, the phone fell from my hands to the ground. And the table I was holding came with me.

Oh shit!

The force made him lose his balance and he fell on the ground with a thud with me following him because of his grip on my waist.

To my sheer helplessness, I fell on him.

AND.....And the worst thing happened!!!!!!!!!

Due to the fall, my lips directly brushed his lips!

O.M.G.

My body reacted with unknown emotions.

To make it worse, I opened my eyes with a shock to be caught in the deep penetrating gaze of Parth.

His eyes spoke more with emotions. His grip on my waist got tighter.

'This is wrong. This is wrong. Get up Akansha', the inner voice of mine faded away while I was looking into his deep, black eyes.

Krystle POV:

I felt the amazing feeling again of being safe because of Andrew.

"What happened, Kryz?", he asked with a worried voice.

"I....I saw som...something moving strangely on the gr.....ground", I stammered.

He went to look but I stopped him, by hugging him in fear. He hugged me back.

"Don't worry sweetheart. I am with you. I will always be with you. I won't let anything harm you."

He slowly moved away from me. I missed his warmth instantly but soon he held my hand and walked towards it.

That thing was not moving and was like a statue. He left my hand and slowly went towards it. Then he laughed loudly.

Is he insane?? Why is he laughing? Soon he picked that thing and came towards me.

I cringed back and closed my eyes.

"Don't worry sweetheart. This won't hurt you", he chuckled.

I slowly opened my eyes to see it which literally gave me a heart attack.

Godd! What the hell just happened now?

That thing was a silly leaf! Did you hear me? A leaf!!!!!!!!

It looked like a creepy thing from far away. I guess due to the wind, it would have flown and I saw that and got scared.

This is so embarrassing. I just got scared because of a leaf! I kept my hands on my face and groaned.

How will I face him now? Argh. Silly me.

"Don't worry sweetheart. Your secret is safe with me. I won't tell anyone about it."

I glared at him.

"Are you mocking me that I got scared because of a leaf?", I asked him angrily.

"No sweetheart. I loved everything that had happened here. This leaf brought you closer to me", he said and smiled.

I turned back and started walking to the library. Soon he walked by my side. I took a side-glance at him to see him having a beautiful smile on his face. So handsome!

What? No...no....not handsome! Ugly!!! It's ugly. Yeah, ugly!!!!

"We can search near the library because Kanz told me that she will meet him there."

"Yeah, that's a good idea. Let's search them from there", he said with a stupid smile on his face.
