Background:
Y/n (Soukasa) Tsukiwa is the successor to Tsukasa Kadoya and Sougo Tokiwa, destined to become the next Decade and Zi-O. His parents own a studio/café, where he often helps out. Y/n is a big fan of Tokusatsu, especially Kamen Rider, with Decade and Zi-O as his favorites. Over time, he became skilled in photography and dreamed of becoming a king. Though he knew being an actual king was unlikely, he found another way to lead by becoming the "king" of a delinquent school.

Frustrated with the delinquents and gangsters who troubled his town, Y/n fought back, consistently defeating anyone who caused trouble. His reputation grew, and both the delinquents and neighbors started calling him "The Destroyer" and "King" for his ability to crush anyone in his path and make even the toughest gangsters bow down. After graduating middle school, he decided to attend Oya High, the infamous "Demon School." There, he defeated nearly every student, though his match with Murayama ended in a tie. Hearing that Suzuran High also had powerful fighters, Y/n planned to go there after getting even stronger.

One day, while out taking photos with Tsukasa and Jamuo, Y/n noticed delinquents from various schools fighting recklessly in town. Angered by their chaos, he and Tsukasa jumped in and defeated them, but one of the fighters managed to stab Y/n. As he lost consciousness, he awoke in a white room, facing Kami-Sama, Tsukasa Kadoya, and Sougo Tokiwa. Shocked but thrilled, Y/n learned that they were real and that they had chosen him as their successor. They explained that a new enemy, Time Shocker, had merged the 18 Heisei Rider worlds to destroy them all.

Y/n accepted the role and received both the Decade and Zi-O Rider Watches. He made a final request to bring something important with him to this new world, as Kami-Sama's agree on it, he was transported to his new world.
