Background:
Geito Myokito is the successor of Daiki Kaito and Geiz Myokin. He is a childhood friend of Y/n Tsukiwa, and rival of Y/n. Geito is often help out Y/n's cafe. He is a big fan of Tokusatsu, especially Kamen Rider, with Diend and Geiz as his favorites. Over time, he learn how to pick pockets wallet from rich people who doing bad things, and selling the money to orphans. Geito respect Y/n become King and follow Y/n as his partner and savior, he found another way by enter the delinquent school.

He see Y/n is fought back the delinquents and gangsters, Geito join the battle to help Y/n and defeat the delinquents and gangsters but also steal their wallet and money, sneak attack them like a thief. The delinquents and neighbors call him "The Thief" and "The Savior" for his ability to steal wallet and money from delinquents and gangsters, and his savior ability beat them like Y/n. After graduating middle school, he attend Oya High, the infamous "Demon School". He defeat nearly every student, he see Y/n and Murayama's match ended in a tie, he decide to see the battle between Y/n and Suzuran High.

One day, while hanging out with Kiyoshi and Yasushi who are crazy duo, Geito notice Y/n and Tsukasa fighting delinquents from various school reckless in town. Geito is angry, he and the Crazy Duo jump in and defeat them, but one of the fighters manage to stab Geito's back. He is lost consciousness, he awoke in a white room, and see Y/n is here. He meet Kami-Sama, Tsukasa Kadoya, Sougo Tokiwa, Daiki Kaito, and Geiz Myoukin. Geito is shock and excited, he learn they are real and Daiki and Geiz chose Geito as their successor. They explain a new enemy, Time Shocker, merged 18 Heisei Rider World to destroy them all.

Geito accepted the role and revive both Diend and Geiz Rider Watches. He make a final request to bring his family with him to come the world, Kami Sama agreee. And send both of them to the world.
