Yukio headed up the spiraling staircase that led to the roof. The door to the roof was unlocked and he opened it.

Walking through the door, Yukio could see four large white pillars that were a light blue color and buzzing with power.

Atop each pillar stood a white winged Angel. All of their eyes Were closed in deep concentration.

Yukio pulled out his guns and fired at all four of them In the heart. The Angels fell from the pillars and landed on the roof with a loud thud.

The pillars vibrated before they lost their color and no longer was active.

A whistle in the distance turned Yukio's attention to the figure carrying a large scythe.

The figure waved before approaching Yukio.

"Is the Earl here?" He questioned.

"Yes. He's probably inside the abyss right now," Yukio answered.

The figure smiled and chuckled before tossing him a small liquid vial.

"This should complete the process. That girl will live but she'll live as a bizarre doll of sorts. She won't be human and I'm not responsible for the consequences,"  he said before leaping off of the roof.

Yukio stared at the vial before pocketing it and making his way down from the roof.
