Background:
Tatsuya Kishou is a TokuNerd who loves watching Tokusatsu and collecting DX, CSM, and other related items. His favorite riders are Glare, Glare2, Gazer, Regard, and Regard Omega, mainly because he loves their designs and characters. However, he doesn't care much for Chirami's character. Despite being a perfect student who always gets A's on every test, at home, Tatsuya is a lazy guy who loves playing games, watching Tokusatsu, and reading manga.

One day, when a bully was hurting his classmates, Tatsuya decided to fight back and managed to defeat the bully. From that day on, he decided to learn how to fight, inspired by the fighting styles in the High and Low series, especially from Sanno Rengokai, White Rascals, Rude Boys, and Oya High. After school, he started hunting bullies around the city.

After beating a bully one day, a flyer advertising a Zillion Driver for a cheap price landed in his face. He decided to visit the store, located in an alleyway, where he met someone cosplaying as Ace Ukiyo God Form. He bought the Zillion Driver, but suddenly, Truck-kun appeared with a box of DX items. Shocked, Tatsuya found himself transported to heaven through a portal.

In heaven, Kami-Sama introduced himself and explained that Jyamato was attacking another world because of X-Geats, who wanted to make the world his playground. Tatsuya accepted the mission but didn't want his parents to miss him. Kami-Sama decided to make a clone of Tatsuya to stay with his parents so they wouldn't worry. Tatsuya accepted this arrangement and was sent to the new world.
