Kazumi Mitsuki is a TokuNerd who love watching Tokusatsu and collecting DX, CSM, and other relate item. His favorite Riders are Glare, Glare2, Gazer, Regard, and Regard Omega, mainly he love their characters and design but he doesn't care for Chirami. He always hard-working on his studies and get every perfect A on his test but he is a lazy guy and play video games with his junior, Tatsuya.

Kazumi meet Tatsuya when they have favorite of Tokusatsu and Tatsuya call Kazumi a Junior as they become friends. He witness his friend getting bully and beat up the bully with his fighting style from Yakuza game. He learn fighting style from Yakuza game like Kiryu's style. He decide to protect weak from the bully and beat up the bully.

After the school, Kazumi saw a flyer and see it was DX version of Vision Drivers for a cheap price. Kazumi visit the store and meet someone a cosplayer Ace Ukiyo god form, Kazumi brought Vision Drivers. But suddenly Truck-Kun appear with a Box of DC and open a portal before suck Kazumi inside the portal and reunite with Tatsuya.

Kami-Sama introduce and explain that Jyamato was attacking another world because of X-Geats, who wanted to make the world his playground. Kazumi accept the mission but he didn't want to miss his parents. Kami-Sama make a clone of Kazumi to stay with his parents. Kazumi accept it and sent to new world with Tatsuya.
