Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Parker

She is the daughter of Laura Parker and Joshua Parker and the twin sister of Luke Parker, and the younger sister of Josette Laughlin and Malachai Parker. She is a member of the Parker bloodline. She is also the wife of Klaus Mikaelson and the mother of their children  Hope and Theo Mikaelson.

Hayley Marshall-Kenner

She was born as Andrea Labonair but was adopted by mortals after her biological parents were murdered. She is a good friend with the Mikaelson, Lizzie, Faye, and Luke. She had her daughter Andrea with Jackson. She is a member of the Labonair family. She is the wife of Jackson Kenner and the the alpha of the Crescent Wolf Pack.

Lucas 'Luke' Parker

He is the son of Laura Parker and Joshua Parker and the twin brother of Lizzie Parker, and the brother of Josette Laughlin and Malachai Parker. He is a member of the Parker and Labonair bloodlines. He is also the boyfriend and eventually husband of Freya Mikaelson and the father of their twin daughters Liv and Josie.

Kol Mikaelson

Specie: Original Vampire

He is an original vampire and the third son of Mikael and Esther. He is the younger brother of Finn, Elijah and older brother of Rebekah and Henrik and the younger half-brother of Klaus. He was brought back from the death by Esther by possessing a witch named Kaleb and after he dies, Davina resurrected him eventually in his real body. He is the boyfriend and eventually husband of Josette Laughlin.

Faye Bennett-Mikaelson

She is Lucy Bennett's younger sister and the distant cousin of Bonnie Bennett. She is the best friend of Luke and Lizzie and Hayley and become quite closer with the Mikaelson family. She was turned into an heretic by Damon Salvatore. She is also the girlfriend and the eventual wife of Elijah Mikaelson and she is a member of the Bennett family.

Sage

Specie: Vampire

She was a vampire whom Damon Salvatore met in 1912. She showed him the better sides of feeding and made him what he was, similar to what Lexi was to Stefan. She returned to Mystic Falls looking for Finn Mikaelson, her lover. He was the one who turned her so they could be together forever. She was the first vampire of Finn's bloodline and she will eventually become his wife. She will become a good friend of the Mikaelson family and is a good friend of Lizzie, Faye, Hayley and Luke. Lizzie, Luke and Faye casted a spell to resurrect her,  and the rest of the dead on the rapidly-disintegrating . Lizzie, Faye and Luke eventually revived Sage, and when she saw how the spell was draining them of their life force, Luke used his magic to force them to stop the spell. Then they fled, leaving Damon and Bonnie and  trapped on the Other Side when it collapsed.

She is a witch of the Gemini Coven, daughter of Joshua Parker, twin sister to Kai and elder sister of Lucas and Elizabeth Parker, and the aunt of Theo and Hope. She is a member of the Parker Family, and also a member of the Gemini Coven. She will become a doctor at New Orleans hospital and a Professor of Medicine at New Orleans university. She will also become an immortal witch and the wife of Kol Mikaelson.

She is an heretic that was turned by Elijah and she is a member of the Strix. She is the mate/wife of Tristan de Martel and the best friend of Aurora de Martel. She is a former member of the Gemini coven and she is also Lucien's younger sister.

He is the adoptive brother and biological cousin of Elena Gilbert, as well as a former medium, although this status became defunct following the collapse of the Other Side. He is also a member of the Brotherhood of the Five. He moved to New Orleans for a fresh start. He is also the boyfriend and later the husband of Davina Claire. He is a member of the Gilbert Family and one of the members of The Five. He will have his daughter Lola with Davina.
