The next morning, Faye and Lizzie load up the four coffins into the moving truck so that when they does find the last Malraux wolves, they can cure the siblings. Jo and Luke decided to stay behind to look after the kids. Theo, Liv, Josie and Hope walked outside with Jo and Luke beside them.

Lizzie was wearing a sweater with a leather jacket, a pant and some boots.

Faye was wearing a sweater with a pant and some boots.

Once Faye and Lizzie closes the back, they looks back to see Hope, looking worried.

"Do you have to go?" Hope asked her mother.

" I do. But Faye and I will be back very, very soon. And we won't be alone." Lizzie smiled causing Hope to smile too and hugging his daughter and kissing the top of her head before doing the same with Theo.

"I'll call you every night before bed, okay? In the meantime, you listen to Uncle Luke and Auntie Jo. Deal?" Lizzie told her children as she kisses her fingers tips, holding it out for Hope and Theo to grasp. Theo kisses his own and connect them with her mother's as he smiled "Deal."

Lizzie hugged her kids one last time.

"We'll be back before you know it." Lizzie said.

The heretics walked toward the truck and Luke followed.

"Keep your guard up. Stay moving. You smell trouble, you run. I'm sure the Mikaelsons would agree with me because right now they need you more."Luke says as he taps the side of the truck.

"Everything we do is for them." Lizzie stated.

They began to get into the truck and pulls out of the driveway once Luke backed away.

Lizzie and Faye were sat in a bar in Austin, Texas watching a woman down shots with friends. She was the last of the seven wolf packs whose venom they needed to make a cure for Kol and Elijah's infectious bites.

Keelin stood from her table and said "Ooh! I'm getting the next round. Just take a sec, pull yourselves together."

They made their way to the bar. Faye rose from her seat and said "I'll go talk to her."

Lizzie nodded and watched her head toward Keelin.

"You look like you're having fun. What's the occasion?" Faye asked.

"I just finished my residency, which makes me an official ER doctor."Keelin replied.

"Congratulations. Does it help with the guilt, given what you are?" Faye told her.

Keelin's expression dropped and she asked "What did you say?"

"Keelin, you need to listen to me."Faye says, putting his drink down on the bar surface.

"How do you know my name?" Keelin asked.

"Got it from a friend. He said your grandma's maiden name was Malraux." Faye replied.

Keelin scoffed and began to walk away but Faye grabbed her arms, pulling her back.

Keelin frowned as she flashed her wolf eyes."You better back off. Right now."

"I wish I could." Faye replied, flashing her purple eyes as Lizzie stood up from her seat. Faye looked toward her and gestured with her eyes toward the door.

Lizzie nodded and Faye turned to Keelin and said " I need a favor. Five minutes. Outside. I can explain."

She saw Keelin and Faye walking out of the back door of the bar. Keelin elbowed Faye in the face and made for the fence. She watched as Keelin climbed over and down the fence, unaware Lizzie was there.

Keelin noticed her.

"I don't think so." Lizzie said.

Faye used her vampire speed to ran beside them. Keelin frowned.

"I'm not going without a fight." Keelin told them.

"Would you relax? We're not here to fight you. We need you. You are the last of your pack. That makes you special for reasons that are too complicated to explain." Faye, standing besides Lizzie.

"I don't care about your problems." Keelin scoffed.

"You should. Because there are others who know how important you are. And they will come for you." Faye replied.

"Look, I have a life, a career, relationships. Someone tries to take that, they're gonna have to kill me." Keelin said.

Lizzie could hear a glass smash and a man yelling from inside the bar "Where is she?"

"I'm sorry. We don't have time for this."Lizzie told her as she thrust her hand up, generating some power before making a fast sweeping motion in the air, knocking Keelin unconscious. Faye caught her just as she dropped and both heretics used their vampire speed to ran back to the truck before driving away to an abandoned house warehouse. 

Inside of an old warehouse, Faye and Lizzie sets up the coffins inside so the people inside were ready to be cured and gathers the ingredients for each cure. Finally waking up from unconsciousness, Keelin noticed the restrains around her wrists and ankles and begin to panic.

"Relax. I'm not your enemy. If I left you where you were, you'd be dead already." Faye sighed.

"Let me guess, we're on the run from vampires? You and your friend have the same stink they do." Keelin stated, glaring at them.

Lizzie slightly shrugged "Oh we're specials. We are heretics.  Part Vampires and part witch, well siphoners... "

"And considering that we saved your asses, you should show us some respect."Faye added.

Keelin asked "How do I know you weren't the one that led them to me?"

"Does it matter? They know who you are and they want you dead. The only way to survive is to do exactly what we tell you."Faye stated and walked toward a table.

"It's not like we have a choice. Hey, look, I don't know what kind of pervy stuff you're into, but my daughter and I are not that kind of girls." Keelin said, looking at what Faye was grabbing and it was a mask with tube.

"This is a device to extract your venom. And before you ask, yes, it will hurt." Faye explained and moves on to pull the tarp from the top of the coffins.

"Why are you doing this to me?"Keelin lowly asked as she watched her open one of the coffins, revealing it's Freya.

"We're trying to save our family. Keelin, the people in there are dying. The only thing keeping them alive is a sleep spell, and the only one that can cure them is her." Faye says.

Lizzie pointed to Freya and said "She's a powerful witch, and she left us instructions on how to wake her up early. The only thing we're missing is your venom. Once she gets on her feet, we can give her the ingredients we got. And, with any luck, no one has to die."

"So if I give you what you want, will you let me go?" Keelin asked, raising an eyebrow.

"You have my word." Faye said.

Later, Keelin sat weakly in the chair as Faye placed a cap on a small bottle to contain some of the venom.

"You got my venom. When do my daughter and I get to go?" Keelin groaned.

"As soon as we know it works." Lizzie answered and sets down a vial with Malraux on a piece of tape.

"And when will that be?" Keelin asked.

"Believe me, you'll know when you see it." Faye replied and pulls out a syringe.

"You have to wake up Sleeping Beauty, right? How do you do that?" Keelin asked more questions and Faye looked at her with annoyance.

"You know, you ask a lot of questions." Faye commented and walked over to the open coffin where Freya remains asleep.

She holds up the syringe over Freya's body for a moment until she stabs her in the chest to cure her poison and to wake her up early. As she comes to, Freya quickly sits up and gasped for air.

"Freya! Are you okay?" Faye said, hugging her tightly and pull away.

"Did you get the ingredients?" Freya asked them.

"Yes." Faye answered.

"Good, I need to begin. If I can't turn all that into a cure Elijah and Kol are going to die." Freya panted.

Faye helps Freya out of the coffin as she said "You'll still weak. You will channel me while casting the spell."

Then quickly Freya sets up around an area by covering the ground with salt and candles. Lizzie handed her the bottles of the werewolf venom from the packs they had encountered over the past four years.Freya took them and began to place them down.

"How much longer do we have?" Lizzie asked.

"Maybe an hour. Assuming they live that long." Freya replied, looking through the ingredients.

"Do you have everything we need?"Lizzie asked.

"Venom from the seven packs, along with Klaus' blood. Infused by my magic and magnified by the Dark Objects. It's going to take all of me and Valerie's strength and more than a little luck, but it should be enough to fashion a cure to save my brothers."Freya said.

"Should? What do you mean should?" Lizzie frowned.

Lizzie's head shot toward the far door when she heard the noise of engine and car doors slamming. She looked toward Faye and Freya before she said "We got company."

"Let me go, please? If it's vampires, they're gonna kill us." Keelin begged.

"Don't worry, I've got it." Lizzie said as she speeds away, earning a groan from Keelin now that she was officially stuck.

Lizzie vamp speed into the entrance of the warehouse to only see black SUVs facing her and their headlights on. She looks past the bright lights until she hears footsteps from behind her. She turns around to see a group of vampires surrounding her, some of them with weapons in their hands, and the leader of the group stepped forward.

"Took a long time, but we finally caught you." He stated and Lizzie gives him a shrug.

"Or maybe I just stopped running." Lizzie says back.

Lizzie uses her speed to attack first, ripping out the heart of one of the men. She proceeds to attack the remaining men. After two more fall they begin to surround her. Lizzie attacked two more of their men with ease, and they fell, they begin to surround the two women.

Freya was kneeling on the ground within a seven-pointed star while holding Faye's hand in order to channel her. The seven vials of venom are outside at each point while five dark objects are within five points of the star. In the center a mixture of the venom and Klaus' blood. Freya and Faye chanted the spell "La candidat au somme la toxique cantus, La candidat au somme la toxique cantus, La candidat au somme la toxique cantus..."

Two vampires comes for Keelin as she struggles to get free from her bonds.

"Close your eyes, you blood-sucking punk-ass." Keelin growled.

Freya waves her hand, causing the vampires to flinch in pain and collapse to the ground.

"You just You waved your hand and his brain melted?" Keelin asked in shock.

"Well, that's what happens when people annoy me." Freya responded.

Lizzie continues to fight off the vampires who's mission is to ensure that she is dead. Lizzie slammed her hand into a man's chest, pulling her heart out with ease and she swings her leg behind him, sending a woman to the back of the warehouse. Lizzie fight off another woman trying to use her bat to harm her, but Lizzie knocked it from her reach then setting her on fire with her magic, ignoring her screams. The group of vampires she fought with ease all groan on the ground while more surround her.

"Ooh. Your magic is nasty. But you're outnumbered. Give up now and we'll end this quick." The leader of the group grits his teeth and Lizzie glared.

"I have a better idea."Lizzie smirked.

Lizzie waved her hand and many vampires were decapitated. She killed many of them.

Freya continued to chant the spell while channeling Faye "La candidat au somme la toxique cantus, La candidat au somme la toxique cantus, La candidat au somme la toxique cantus. La candidat au somme la toxique cantus."

"Did it work?" Keelin asked.

Freya and Faye takes the anti-venmon and rubs it on Elijah's and Kol's forearms.

Two injured women stands up from the ground by leaning against the car, trying to leave the warehouse, but they were then dragged back and gets their limbs pulled off magically by Lizzie. Lizzie then looks around to see some vampires slowly standing on their feet.

"You want more? Come on!" Lizzie says as she holds her arms up, ready to fight.

Injured vampires are getting back up as an unknown force continues to kill them as Lizzie watched on. Lizzie looks around, wanting to know who took them out and he feels a familiar presence which ease him. Elijah walked up behind her and Lizzie smiled, embracing him and Elijah embraced back.

Later, outside the warehouse, Elijah stands alone staring at the bodies that Lizzie disposed of and burned them. Faye joined him and stands beside the vampire. They both share a smile and she looked at his hand, lifting it up and moving his sleeve to see the bite mark had completed healed.

"And they say romance is dead."Elijah commented.

"I'll take it. Your infection's gone."Faye smiled.

"You and Elizabeth saved us. All of us. I guess Kol and Rebekah couldn't contain their hunger." Elijah told her.

" Elijah, after all this time, I..."Faye trailed.

"Me, too. Now, please tell me how are my nieces and nephew?" Elijah said.

"They're amazing. They're healthy. Happy. They're the perfect little kids. And they made me and Lizzie promise that one they'd get their family back. All of them." Faye laughed happily.

Elijah smiled " Children after my own heart."

Lizzie walked into that moment, looking down at her hand and played with her wedding ring on her finger.

"Then there's just one person left." Lizzie stated.

Elijah noticed what she's looking at.

"Let's go get him." Elijah says with determination and Lizzie smiles wide, excited to see him again.

At Hayley and Jackson's house, Hayley was downstairs, reading a book on the couch. She stopped when she heard her daughter's scream. She quickly stands up and runs to the room she heard it from, seeing Andrea was wide awake and shaken.

"Sweetie, are you okay?" Hayley asked softly, and walked further inside her daughter's room.

"I had a bad dream."Andrea says quietly and Hayley sits to her on the bed.

"Oh, sweetie, it's all right. You're safe. I'm not going anywhere." Hayley told her, holding her close and she rests her chest on her chest, staring at the abstract drawings.

"Do you want me to hum the tune again?"She then asked, knowing the tune always worked and that Andrea always sleep without nightmare when she hum the tune in theme.

"Yes!" Andrea said.

"Alright." Hayley says before the hybrid hummed the tune in theme and before she knew it, Hope was fast asleep in her arms.

Jackson walked closer and said "She's fast asleep with your tune."

"Those symbols Andrea is drawing. I don't know when but I swear that I had seen it before." Hayley says.

The couple shared worried looks.
