The Battle of New Orleans
The next day, Klaus was scaling the rooftops of various buildings in the French Quarter when Elijah calls him from the compound, while Lizzie, Luke, Hayley, Faye and Sage impatiently stands next to him.
Lizzie was wearing a red dress with some heels.
Faye was wearing a T-shirt with a jean jacket, a small pant and some boots.
"They've gone to search for the moonstone. It's been too long." Hayley mumbled.
"Hope nothing has gone wrong." Faye sighed as her eyes glued on Genevieve preparing the spell.
Elijah lifted up his phone placing it on loud speaker as he says "Niklaus."
"Yes, brother, what is it?" Klaus asked.
"It appears our wolves have gone astray, brother." Elijah sighed.
"They should have been back hours ago." Hayley cut in, voice filled with worry.
"We need to find them." Elijah interrupted.
"Well, that might be a bit tricky. You see, we've located their car on a back road in the middle of nowhere. I suspect they've been shanghai'd." Klaus responded.
"And you didn't feel the need to share this information?"Elijah asked.
"It was my intention to present you with a problem only after I had found an appropriate solution." Klaus explained.
"Do enlighten us." Sage said.
"I'm closing in on it as we speak. The only person who would be bold enough to snatch my wolf allies is the one who has the most to lose." Klaus informed.
"Marcel." Lizzie stated.
"No, he'll kill them!"Hayley said in fear.
"Genevieve assures me that Marcel has procured a cloaking spell. The only witch who will aid Marcel is Davina. I just need to get one last bit of leverage before I pay her a visit."Klaus informed before he hung up.
Later that evening, Hayley was pacing around the compound since Elijah left to assist Klaus.
"Elijah should have called by now." Hayley stated.
Lizzie nodded in agreement.
"Worrying isn't going to help. You should sit down, try to keep calm." Genevieve told them.
"What are you, now, magician slash zen-life-coach?" Lizzie retorted sarcastically.
" The treatment of pregnant women has advanced remarkably since I was a nurse, but even I know high blood pressure is bad for you, and your babies. Especially now, since you're so close to term." Genevieve said.
Lizzie sat down.
"I hate this. I feel completely useless."Hayley sighed and grumbled under her breath.
"Don't you get it, Lizzie? You're the point of all this. Klaus and Elijah running all over town? It's all for you. I'm a bit envious." Genevieve huffed.
"That's lively to know. Really."Lizzie says, rolling her eyes.
"Is there anything I can get either of you?" Genevieve asked.
"No. What I need, is for you to leave."Lizzie said, waving a hand in a shoo motion. Genevieve rolled her eyes and turned to Hayley, Faye, Sage and Luke with raised brows.
Hayley lifted her chin, looking up to the redhead with a wide, fake smile plastered on her face as she said "How about a moonlight ring?"
Genevieve sighed, opening her mouth to speak but Luke cut in "She needs the stones, and the moon has to reach it's apex."
"Which, clearly, not yet..."Lizzie added, gesturing to the window where the sun blared into the room.
Out of nowhere,Klaus, Elijah and Jackson all walk in, looking extremely disheveled, covered head to toe in ash.
Jackson groaned Elijah helping him sit down. Hayley rushes over instantly checking him over.
"My god you're alive!" Hayley exclaimed, hugging him tightly before she turned to Derek and Elijah and says "Thank you."
" I'm fine, too, thanks for asking." Klaus said sarcastically.
"Yes, you are." Lizzie told him as she leap forward, hugging him in a tight embrace.
"What about the stones?"Hayley asked.
"Scattered across the bed of the Mississippi, I'd imagine." Elijah sighed.
Klaus poured himself a glass of scoth as he says "Marcel's not a fool. He knows an empowered werewolf army would mean the end of vampires in New Orleans. The explosion is his way of saying he means to prevent that. For all the good it'll do him."
"Well, it did him pretty damn well, didn't it?" Hayley scoffed and Elijah frowned.
"This is my fault. I'll find a way to fix it." Jackson spoke up.
"No, Jack, you're hurt. No one's blaming you."Hayley said, shaking her head as she rubbed his shoulder affectionately.
"I'm blaming you! Those stones will be hard to replace. Fortunately, I always have a backup plan." Klaus laughed.
Klaus dragged them all downstairs, where they see Francesca walking in with lots of her bodyguards.
"You can't seriously mean her! She's a gangster!"Faye scoffed.
Klaus rolled his eyes, saying " I see her more as a means of procuring rare items at short notice."
He turned to greet Francesca "Greetings, Ms. Correa! I see you've brought company."
"These are my brothers. I always include them in delicate business matters. Fellas, meet Mr. Mikaelson." Francesca said.
"Please, call me Klaus. All my friends do." Klaus smiled.
Lizzie rolled her eyes.
" I don't know if I'd call us friends. But, if you and Marcel are planning on having a little throw-down, I'd prefer my family to be on the same side as the inevitable victor." Francesca said as she reaches into the briefcase her brother is holding, and pulls out a small black drawstring bag.
"Then, you have what I asked for?" Klaus asked.
"Not enough for an army at such short notice, but it's a start." Francesca said as she holds out the bag.
"Strange, I wasn't aware that she was familiar with our plan." Elijah spoke up.
"My price for doing business is full disclosure. Your brother complied." Francesca smirked.
"And what do you get out of it?" Lizzie asked.
Luke hummed in agreement "And what does the Human Faction stand to benefit from all of this?"
"I only want us to solidify our allegiance to the ruling class. It's good for business." Francesca explained.
Klaus who had been examining the stones, spoke up "If only everyone shared your capacity for reason."
"Sadly, they don't. Marcel is being especially vindictive. I'm worried he might come after me, or my family, just for meeting with you. It might be in our best interests if we combine our efforts." Francesca sighed.
"So be it! The more bodies we have to defend the compound, the better. Let's get started, shall we?" Klaus smiled widely.
Klaus gives the stones to Genevieve who started casting the spell.
She holds out her hands as she whispered "Tua virtuse. Materi lunare tua virtuse. Materi lunare tua virtuse."
Francesca rushed in as she said "My people say Marcel is on the move, and he's bringing friends."

"Get Lizzie to safety." Klaus said before walking away.
Hayley grabbed the pregnant girl.
"I will stay here." Lizzie says.
"You should help Klaus. My brothers and their security detail won't be much against a vampire army. I'll stay with Lizzie." Francesca said.
"Are you sure?"Hayley asked.
Lizzie nodded.
Hayley, Sage and Elijah walked away.
Lizzie sat down watching as Genevieve finished with the stones turning to them as she said "The stones are finished. I've done my part. Now, it's up to you."
Luke went to grab the stones.
"I'll get them to the Bayou."Luke smiled.
"Actually, she was talking to me." Francesca intercepted.
"What the hell is this?" Luke demanded.
"What the fuck is going on?" Lizzie added.
"Call it a side deal. The point is, I'm taking the stones." Francesca said as she started to walk away.
"Are you out of your mind? You think the humans can go up against Klaus?" Luke scoffed, following her.
"You're not human though, are you?" Lizzie asked Francesca.
Francesca grinned widely at the Lizzie, she grabbed a knife and slits the throat of her bodyguard. She doubles over in pain and glancing back at Lola, Liv and Ambrose with golden eyes and fangs.
"I'm a werewolf. And now, I'm gonna take back my town!" Francesca smirked.
"Like hell you are!"Luke growled and went to attack Francesca but before she could, Genevieve knocked him unconscious with magic.
"Maledictum."Lizzie chanted and a symbol appeared on Francesca and Genevieve before disappearing.
"What did you do to us?"Genevieve gasped.
"I cursed you. It cannot be undone. Your curses is a death curse that I imagined in my mind."Lizzie smirked.
Genevieve knocked Lola unconscious with magic too.
Later, Lizzie wake up, realising that she was being dragged by witches.
"Get her down to the floor!" Genevieve ordered when the pregnant girl started to struggle.
"We should take her to the City of the Dead." Monique said.
"We won't make it, the babies are coming now." Genevieve said, shaking her head.
"No! It's too soon! Ahhhhhh!"Lizzie screamed.
"Apparently not." Genevieve stated.
The witches started to bickering, Lizzie muttered under her breath the cursing spell, saying the words 'Maledictum' and Monique said "What is this?"
"Just like he did with Genevieve and Francesca, I cursed you but I cursed that once you dies, you won't meet your so called ancestors. You will be trapped into the darkness forever." Lizzie told her.
"AHHH! LET ME GO!"She then screamed.
"You need to be calm, Lizzie." Genevieve stated.
"Why are you doing this to me?" Lizzie asked.
"To be reborn, you must sacrifice."Monique said.
Lizzie struggled, pushing the witches hand away as Lola shouted "What does that mean, you psychotic little BITCH?"
"The ancestors demand an offering in exchange for power." Genevieve sighed.
"You and your children will be a fine offering." Monique explained.
"No! NO! You will not take my babies, we will kill All OF YOU!"Lizzie screamed.
"No, you won't! And neither will Klaus, or Elijah or Hayley, Faye, Sage or Luke! When your babies are born, you will offer them up to those who came before us."Monique said.
"I'm sorry, Lizzie, but this is the way it had to be." Genevieve apologised.
"No! NO! NO! AAH! AAH! I won't go down without a fight!"Lizzie screamed as she continued to fight back the witches.
